I ordered a piece of langeron from Moscow to Vitebsk ( 500 km) worth $ 40, in Moscow, the seller flew it, wrapped it in a bubble wrap, handed over the cargo, left... I receive a notification that the delivery costs $ 200, I dial to Moscow, I say I am not satisfied with such a delivery from Yudashkin) to which they assured me that upon receipt everything will be recalculated when they give the cargo. As a result, upon receipt, for some reason they knocked down the crate three times more than the cargo itself, the fuck is asked, I did not ask them about it, according to them, it was supposed to be so, and accordingly they did not recalculate the cubic capacity and outweigh it, they said it was useless, I would still pay the entire amount that is indicated... you can't go to them anymore, it was cheaper to take a taxi to Moscow and pick them up yourself)

The worst transport service,I sent the parcel on January 28, 2025, the parcel was sent only after 10 days and all this time it was just lying in the warehouse, the cargo arrived to the recipient with a huge delay, but the most important thing is that more documents were transferred with the cargo that were lost altogether, so if you want to waste time, nerves and money and more cargo, please contact to this transport service.
