We looked in the evening at the CP (we were disoriented by Yandex, over time), but we were accepted - thank you. The next day, we arrived at 10-something, we had to contact the designer (and had to wait 20 minutes), as a result, we passed on the wishes, and after a while they sent us the options. The sign was ready a day later, for the atelier (at 96 Leningradskaya Street).

A very unpleasant impression was left after visiting this institution. The phlegmatic guy is not ready to communicate with the customer at all. You have to get everything out of him with questions. When the lunch was brought to sell, he took his mind off me without any objections and rushed to buy. While discussing my order, it felt like he was waiting for me to leave as soon as possible. Lunch is getting cold. And the print quality leaves much to be desired. I took it away because I needed it urgently. Color distortion... before ordering, we discussed that everything would be OK. But expectation and reality played a role.
Managers, apparently you need to be contacted so that employees have a lunch break and communicate normally with the customer.
I do not recommend it!

We were shocked by the service and the reaction!
I came with a request to laminate my first two pregnancy ultrasounds. I wanted to keep it for a long time. Arriving at the printing shop, the girl began lamination. Employees should know which paper can be laminated and which cannot. As a result, we got two black squares! The ultrasound is ruined, there are no copies of the ultrasound! These were the only copies!
To which the girl said, "it's not my fault, you should have warned me," and began to aggress my husband and me. Warn about what? How did we know? That's why we turned to a specialized place!
We made a remark that you don't need to raise your voice and talk to us like that.
We came to the copy center to the specialists, and they had to consult us and warn us that it is impossible to laminate the paper on which the ultrasound was done!
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return what the employee spoiled and were left in wild horror from the reaction ... photo attached
