The next day, we arrived at 10-something, we had to contact the designer (and had to wait 20 minutes), as a result, we passed on the wishes, and after a while they sent us the options. The sign was ready a day later, for the atelier (at 96 Leningradskaya Street).
A very unpleasant impression was left after visiting this institution. The phlegmatic guy is not ready to communicate with the customer at all. You have to get everything out of him with questions. When the lunch was brought to sell, he took his mind off me without any objections and rushed to buy. While discussing my order, it felt like he was waiting for me to leave as soon as possible. Lunch is getting cold. And the print quality leaves much to be desired. I took it away because I needed it urgently. Color distortion... before ordering, we discussed that everything would be OK. But expectation and reality played a role.
Managers, apparently you need to be contacted so that employees have a lunch break and communicate normally with the customer.

I came with a request to laminate my first two pregnancy ultrasounds. I wanted to keep it for a long time. Arriving at the printing shop, the girl began lamination. Employees should know which paper can be laminated and which cannot. As a result, we got two black squares! The ultrasound is ruined, there are no copies of the ultrasound! These were the only copies!
To which the girl said, "it's not my fault, you should have warned me," and began to aggress my husband and me. Warn about what? How did we know? That's why we turned to a specialized place!
We made a remark that you don't need to raise your voice and talk to us like that.
We came to the copy center to the specialists, and they had to consult us and warn us that it is impossible to laminate the paper on which the ultrasound was done!

About 10 years ago, while studying at the university, I often printed drawings with the necessary error of 1~ 2 mm per 1 meter - everything is always clear, thanks to the understanding and tolerance of the staff!!! :) And to this day there are no questions and there have been none. Moreover, somehow he messed with the dimensions himself, emailed the file, called back to warn when they had already printed out the A3 format - calmly entered the position and reprinted it for FREE without any problems! THANK YOU SO MUCH again!!!
