we celebrated our birthday with a large company, it was very comfortable and cozy. A great holiday estate, everything is done for guests, the owner Kirill is a very responsive and pleasant person! Customer orientation is at the highest level, we have not seen this anywhere for a long time and were delighted! The house is very atmospheric, clean, has everything you need, there are enough beds,a lot of dishes, towels, slippers, everything you need for a good rest! Kirill is very sensitive to his guests, worries that everything is enough and will do everything to make the guests happy and not think about anything,helped us with the organization of the buffet, gave the guests a ride to the city so that it was convenient to call a taxi, noticed all the little things,treats his visitors very sincerely, which can not be left without attention!a beautiful clean area, cute and kind dogs who are happy to see everyone, lights that create a wonderful atmosphere of comfort and warmth in the evening! Additionally, you can rent a swimming pool, a font and a sauna. We took the pool, Kirill cleaned it right away and everything was cool. We are very glad that we visited this estate, I think we will definitely come again, we wish many good guests and prosperity! And once again we want to thank Kirill for the warm welcome and hospitality, all the guests were satisfied, had a good rest and only pleasant memories remained!❤

We celebrated the Baptism of our daughter, with a company of 18 people and three children. Everyone was very satisfied.Here you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city with family, friends and family. Kirill, this is generally a super host, he treats the guests very attentively and carefully: he entertained our children, which he always brings, he also gave us a lavrushka bush. There are very kind dogs and cats on the territory-the children were not afraid.
Speaking of owners, people who love animals can't be bad.😊
We did not go in order to look for disadvantages and some kind of jambs, we were going to spend time with our loved ones, so we liked everything. Would you like to come back again??? The answer is yes!

Many times we rented different houses in the city or nearby, but this place is the best, believe me! And of course check it out!))

We rested at the manor on 18.05. We were completely delighted. Today I was lucky enough to visit this "wonderful place". THE PRICE AND QUALITY DO NOT MATCH AT ALL. I would like to ask if the owner himself would rest in such conditions for 550 rubles.
1. The toilet is a rustic house, but with a terrible stench.
2. The sleeping places are just mattresses (which were not thrown in the trash, but decided to leave for the guests). There are no beds. In general, there is a feeling that the sleeping places are designed for the fact that guests will get drunk and they don't care in what conditions to sleep.
3. Washbasin - water should be poured into it with a bucket. There is no soap.
4. Flies, wasps and the worst thing is hornets.
5. There is no fence, uninvited guests (dogs) may come.
6. The water in the pool is cold, dirty and already has a smell. There is no filter. There is garbage floating on the bottom. And for this pleasure you need to pay an additional 100 rubles. We didn't swim. The owner returned the money.
8. The second time, I would not go to this place and would not recommend it.
THE PRICE IS SOOO OVERPRICED.
I WOULD LIKE TO ASK IF THE OWNER OF THIS ESTATE WOULD LIKE TO REST IN SUCH CONDITIONS FOR SUCH MONEY.

Отличная усадьба, подходит для семейного отдыха и отдыха компанией. Всё необходимое для отрыва от городской суеты - деревянный дом с баней, бассейн, зона для шашлыков и отдыха на берегу водоёма. Все удобства, река Сож в шаговой доступности. Отдыхали компанией с детьми, всем понравилось. Огромное спасибо хозяину усадьбы Кириллу и его детям-помощникам за приятный отдых и душевный подход!

Отличное место чтобы отдохнуть! Отдыхали с маленьким ребенком,все очень понравилось,сервис на высшем уровне. Домик очень уютный,есть все необходимое. Отдельное спасибо хозяину и его деткам. И помогали и малышку нашу развлекали. Обязательно приедем еще раз

Прекрасное место для отдыха. Приятный хозяин, которому не все равно на своих клиентов. Уютная атмосфера как в гостевом домике, так и на придомовой территория. Хорошая баня с приятными мелочами. Проведенное время пролетело незаметно. Рекомендую для небольших семейных мероприятий!

Очень хорошее место для отдыха. Уютный дом, баня, бассейн, игры. А самое главное, действительно понимающие хозяева, которые по-настощему заинтересованы в том, чтобы гости провели хорошо время.

Из плюсов:
1. Приятный хозяин. И классные его дети.
2.Хорошая баня. Рекомендую!
Из минусов:
Сутки с баней 600 руб.
За эти деньги, больше не готова ночевать на чердаке на полу в жаркой комнате с трубой из бани.
Биотулет и везде паутина.
Это если в кратце. За сарай брать такие деньги и рассчитывать, что люди будут возвращаться -глупо.

1. Тихо. Можно расслабиться, побыть на природе.

Усадьба просто шикарная!!! Все на высшем уровне, всем советую обязательно там отдохнуть!! Хозяева супер, и вообщем все очень понравилось!!

дорого, место отстой, бассеин с одной и той же водой не чего как пишут не меняют, бассеин платишь отдельно,в место кроватей спать на матрасах на полу и все спальные места в одном месте , за все отдельно платить, нечего интерестного там нет не советую не рекомендую в пустую потратите время и выкините деньги
