We arrived at the clinic on 12/29/2022 to the doctor on duty, Alina Chibotarenko. The child had a temperature of 39.1 which could not be brought down + diarrhea, chills, headache, dehydration and general weakness. We were immediately charged 890 lei in advance at the checkout for a doctor's consultation + tests. We waited in line for tests for about 40 minutes. The lab assistant was in no hurry. She barely worked. Taking tests, I was outraged at how badly the blood was coming from my finger. Like, the child is dehydrated. But we actually came for the dropper! By the way, we have not received our daughter's tests either by mail or in hard copy.We passed the tests, went to wait for a doctor's appointment. We sat in the hallway for 1, 5 hours and when we finally went to the doctor, she left for lunch. And we sat for another 15 minutes only in the office, still with the child burning with fever. The doctor examined the child, but did not really diagnose him. She said we're going to get a fever shot and put on an IV. She took me and my daughter to the day hospital, looked around the room and told me: we will not put you on an IV. We are not in time
The time was 13:30. I was outraged, how come we paid for what and waited so long? Answer: no one is going to spend the night here with you. After my indignation, they simply gave us an injection in bestial conditions on my lap, tore off the child's jeans and told us to leave the hospital. At the same time, they gave us an extract with them, which says that we were put on an IV, but this is not the case. I asked for a refund. Because they didn't help me. But the money was not returned to me. Both nurses and receptionists attacked me. They said 10 more times that they wouldn't put you on an IV. Leave the hospital. I demand that action be taken because such an attitude is simply unthinkable!I will not just leave it like that and I will complain to the consumer rights society and other authorities!!!!
