Many thanks to the entire Department of Cardiac Surgery.
The highest professionalism and well-coordinated work of the team.
Thanks to these people! My son had an operation to install an occluder on his heart.
And I would also like to thank the state for such medicine.
Excellent conditions, delicious food, a warm atmosphere, not to mention such unique medical services that people can receive.
The case when you see miracles in reality.
I bow low and thank you very much.
The hospital was contacted about the tick. The child was found to have a tick on his leg at 9 p.m., so I had to go here, since we belong to the Oktyabrsky district. We arrived, went straight to the reception department, it was still a day off. Thanks to the medical staff who work at such a time, for that I am very grateful to you. You always need to have a passport with you, issue documents and the reason why we applied. There were normally 5-6 people in front of us. And just on the ground floor there is an office where they get a tick. The parasite itself was taken out quickly and even the doctor recommended which mini tool you definitely need to buy in order to get the tick yourself next time. I gave the tick in a jar for delivery to the laboratory, said that we were free to take it. Everything is clear and fast. Many thanks to our doctors for their work and help.
The emergency room, they work quickly and smoothly. They give good advice.
Surgeons are wonderful, professionals in their field. Communication is clear and to the point
The child was lying in a purulent ward, the junior medical staff did not help him eat, change clothes, and even things from room to room did not help to carry (the child had 2 hands wrapped).
I would like more attention in the reception department. Many thanks to the Emergency Surgery Department for their attention, work with young children, many thanks to the nurses and doctors for taking care of my granddaughter at night, I was very worried about it, it turned out in vain. The doctors and nurses were attentive and caring.Bow low to them.
I had a chance to come with a child in an ambulance with abdominal pain. All they did was press on our stomach a couple of times and the diagnosis was announced: there is no appendicitis. Although initially the localization of pain did not indicate appendicitis. That's all. They said we could go home. They left by taxi, as it was painful for the child to walk, and it was necessary to go out of town with several transfers. God willing, never contact this institution again, so as not to run into such "sensitive" and "attentive" doctors.
The reception department works quickly and smoothly. She was in the 2nd cardiac surgery department. Sensitive staff, professionals in their field. We supported them not only as medical staff, but also as people.
As an adult, half a serving of food was enough for me.
Recently I was in the DKHC. It is very unpleasant to see so many sick patients.
The service is not very good. Upon discharge, the doctor Zhuk E.N. did not explain what and how, only replied - "Read" in the statement.
Many thanks to the doctors who performed the operation on me, I don't know the last names, Dmitry Yurievich was a good anesthesiologist and surgeon. And the nurses in the operating room were nice. Thanks to them!
They were lying on 01.2025. The child has lung cancer, went to bed for a CT scan, lay down for two days for the third rotavirus, was infected, before that 4 people were discharged with the same diagnosis, i.e. the virus is walking, patients are not warned, the attitude of negligence, the nurses are rude, ward number 3. The horror is complete
There are no security measures, it's a shame, they lay there and left with the virus without performing this procedure.
We arrived with my mother in an ambulance with suspected appendicitis, it looks cozy and beautiful.but my friend said that she also came here with the same symptoms and was given an enema by the man who sits at the reception desk, which of course confused me and therefore I didn't really want to go there.…
Bright sunlight is playing in my son's stroller, his tiny fingers are holding the toy tightly, and his small lips are forming a smile. And it's impossible not to smile back. Everything else on Earth seems insignificant and unimportant compared to my little son's smile!
.....After all, he might not have been!...
My son wasn't born yet, and I loved him so much! My pregnancy went well and I felt great so far...
- Something is wrong with the heart! - they told me at the Novopolotsk polyclinic No. 4, where I was observed during pregnancy. Then there was a birth at the State Educational Institution of the Russian Orthodox Church "Mother and Child".
All I saw and remember were the faces of the doctors, thanks to them, and the tiny face of my newborn baby, which was shown to me for a minute and immediately taken to the intensive care unit ...
A unique heart operation at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Pediatric Surgery in Minsk lasted several hours. My heart was flying into the abyss along with the anxiety and excitement that gripped me for the life of my baby.
I even tried to imagine the face of the surgeon bending over the open little heart, in whose hands my son's fragile life turned out to be.
The name of the surgeon, whose name has become a legend for me and which constantly sounds like an anthem in me
KONSTANTIN VIKTORYEVICH DROZDOVSKY!
Thanks! You are our Guardian Angel!
Thanks to the assistants, nurses, and intensive care workers who nursed my baby for two long months!
- Don't worry, Mommy! Your son is doing well, a real hero! Knyazev Alexey Nikolaevich said with a smile every time. Every doctor, every nurse had kind words for me when I spent hours pumping breast milk, and when I stood for hours behind the glass of the intensive care unit, trying to catch my baby's breath, and when the doctors literally took my son out of the world.
Today, my low bow and congratulations on the holiday to you
Migun Anna Sergeevna,
Nazarova Victoria Yurievna,
Knyashchev Alexey Nikolaevich, Shalkevich Alexander Leonidovich,
Veronika Vasilyevna Drozdovskaya!
You are the best!
I am a mother with many children. I have a beautiful daughter growing up and now I have two sons. As they say, the Angels flew by. And my every day is filled with joy and real happiness, which I want to share with you, my dear doctors, nurses, health workers!Thank you for everything!
Marina Tolkacheva. g Novopolotsk
The ambulance brought her with her granddaughter at 8 a.m. with suspected appendicitis. They were processed very quickly and took tests. After half an hour, the diagnosis was ready. The staff is friendly, thank you for your attention.
The medical staff is beyond any competition. Everything is simple at the highest level. Attitude, attention... just everything-everything without any complaints. Many thanks for saving my son. Despite the complexity of the operation, I will always treat this place with awe and warmth.
The hospital itself is good. Everything is there. The shower is on the floor, there are no queues in it. There is a good dining room with a microwave oven, there is always boiling water in a thermos, and cold boiled water in a kettle. You can freely come, warm up the food and eat there. There are as many as 3 refrigerators in the hallway for storing food. Phone charging outlets are also in the hallway. There are enough of them.
They were taken to the emergency room with a child for consultation after a tick bite. I didn't ask the doctor's name, but the reception was completely incomprehensible to me by the doctor's behavior. The whole consultation is in a mockingly arrogant form, in an attempt either to make me look stupid, or to amuse my ego, useful information after taking 0. The male doctor took it in the 6th office. I have never seen a more useless reception for a child in my life. I hope that other doctors at the hospital are more professionals than amateurs to act out their incomprehensible behavior on mothers who worry about their children.
I had to treat a child here several times, it was very clean inside, the doctors were very good, you can drive inside in your car, but you need to look at the signs, there are many places where you can only stand special vehicles, the impressions are good, but I want to wish that you would not have to come here and everything was always fine with your child)
Good afternoon. Today, on 07/3/2024, they went to the emergency department of the medical center with a child, complained of pain in the lower abdomen. We were very quickly processed, tests were taken and we were examined by a doctor, Ekaterina Gennadievna Novikova. Clearly, professionally examined and gave recommendations. I want to express my gratitude for the attention!!! The Solodukho family!!!
Thank you for your efficiency and professionalism. They were treated several times with abdominal pain and suspected appendicitis. They quickly do an analysis, ultrasound, and observe. It turned out to be a replenishment of intestinal lymph nodes, in another case, a viral infection.
we arrived with chest pain, we thought the ribs were broken, as a result of hematomas in the liver, we refused to put them (16 years old). They said that children are not allowed here after 16.Are these new introductions??
I went to surgery a month ago, they did a radio frequency ablation of the heart, the staff was excellent, the food was very tasty, there are no complaints. Many thanks to the doctor for the work done 🙏🏻
she was lying in the pediatric cardiology department 2)
I put one star for the pleasant attitude at the reception . I know that there are good specialists and masters of their craft in this hospital, but somehow we are not lucky ... we have been there 5 times in 1.5 months and even came by ambulance, but apart from a blood test, as I was told, my 2-year-old child is not even supposed to have an ultrasound according to the protocol (I wonder who they are writes these protocols to these doctors). And for five times each time different recommendations, and the doctor Yasyukevich O. In general, a rare boor talked like a girlfriend, it's good that she didn't smoke at the reception, today she wrote out recommendations for a baby cream. It is a pity , of course , that our children are treated by such specialists , any desire to visit this institution has completely disappeared . Although there are very good doctors there , but as a rule they all work in the first shift and they do not need a competent consultation , and those who can determine the maximum ampedicit are sitting in the waiting room .
Many thanks to the doctor D. S. Shepelev, the anesthesiologist (unfortunately I did not remember the last names (it was 02/14/2012 in the evening)), as well as the nurses and the X-ray technician. The doctor IDEALLY made a closed reposition of the fragments (under mask anesthesia). The attitude of all staff towards young patients is very patient and understanding.
The child was scheduled for a colonoscopy on 4.08.2023 at the age of 5, the head of the department did not allow the mother to stay, despite the fact that in our ward (number 5) there was a mother with a child of 6-6.5 years old (there is no disability, she could not really explain why she was allowed, they say her baby will not be able to without her) most likely they were lying on acquaintance (I ask if possible to conduct an investigation)
The allowed time is only from 15 to 19
The child could hardly stand the time of stay, the nurses did not do the necessary care, the nurses were mostly rude, the child constantly called crying and complained that he was being offended.
The colonoscopy was done a day later than planned (by the way, that woman with a girl 6 ,5 years old was done a day earlier, 100 percent on acquaintance) there are no questions about the procedure. On the last day after the procedure, they wrote a refusal, took the child and went home, but there were some problems with this, the attending physician initially lied that he was letting go without questions, but after 20 minutes his shift ended and the trace was gone, the doctor on duty refused to discharge, I offered to stay with the child for this last day, but there was a refusal. To which my husband and I said that we were just packing up and leaving, and that's when they started moving. The senior nurse ( with eyes of different colors , it seems Svetlana Mikhailovna began to threaten me that if the child bleeds , we will not get to them anymore !
Generally disgusting place
He was lying there.they operated quickly, the diagnosis was made lightning fast, the staff is friendly, but the neighbors may not be very.If you wait in a live queue, it may take a long time, but then everything will be fast, as soon as the diagnosis is made, the quality of treatment is excellent, the food is not bad
Of course, you don't want to get here. But sometimes you have to. The staff is polite. I didn't have to sit for a long time. It was a great idea to turn on cartoons for children on the TV in the lobby. The little kids weren't so nervous.
Promptly, professionally, well. This is the experience we gained at the RNPC, having had an operation and stayed in the hospital for 5 days. Thanks to the doctors and staff.
Excellent doctors, professionals of the highest level! For 17 years, they have been treated with completely different problems, from gallstones in a 3-year-old daughter, to a stuck pebble in her son's leg. All the doctors are incredible, friendly, kind, helped to cope not only with the problem, but also with the fear of children and parents. Very cool hospital!
I was lying with my daughter from February 20 to March 3, they had surgery to clip the OAP, cardiac surgeons are just GODS in white coats. Ilya Denisovich and Alexander Vladimirovich performed the operation on us, if you are reading my review, then I am extremely glad ❤️ Thank you our saviors🙏 May God grant you good health🙏
You call the registry office to find out about the doctor's appointment. As a result, I never got through. It took 22 minutes and no one picked up the phone
What is the attitude towards people? The call: "your place is in queue 2, stay on the line." It takes 10 minutes of waiting. "Your place is in line 1. Stay on the line." Another 10 minutes pass. The beep starts and then resets after a minute.
And so many times!
If you don't believe me, you can check for yourself.
A very good center. Qualified staff, promptly perform ultrasound tests and other studies. The only drawback is the queue, but it is understandable, since this is the RNPC.
I was not in the emergency room, but I was lying with the baby in Cardiac Surgery! We had a 7-hour operation on the heart!!Doctors from God saved my baby's life! The nurses are good!
Many thanks to the head of the Department of elective surgery Korostelev O.Yu. for
the high professionalism!I also want to say thank you for the work of the neonatologist Rozhnovskaya N.I. and the head of surgery of newborns Valek L.V.
We often come here with the child, due to the existing disease. The center is good, competent doctors. A beautiful room inside. The registrars are polite, they will always answer the question accurately and clearly. This is the case when everything is for people.
What a wonderful attitude in the waiting room! And the girl who took blood from the child, and the doctor found an approach to her daughter, she stopped being afraid and allowed her to look at her stomach and did not cry. I am very grateful for the professionalism and this approach, because attitude is also important at such an alarming moment. Low bow!
We were in pediatric cardiac surgery, a Kind doctor looked at us, told us everything, asked if there were any questions, the doctor was just super, there would be more such specialists)
Unfortunately, sometimes you have to visit this place. And most often at night. The last time we went with suspected appendicitis, the child was vomiting heavily... When processing the documents, I held the child, the package and things and could not move away from the window. They started yelling at me to get the baby out of there. And I didn't understand how it was better for me to hold the baby and the package in which this is all... Or let it all fall to the floor. The rudeness was just there. The situation is so difficult, they also yell when you try to make them feel better as much as possible so that they don't have to clean up.
Next, the most interesting thing is that the doctor sent me home before morning... It's from 3 to 9. That if there is severe inflammation, then come and find out. That is, there was no thought that the child could get even worse... What could be better to leave under supervision in the hospital. But I had to go home and back in the morning. Fortunately, everything went well, but the sequence of actions in such a situation was unclear.
The Department of surgery has gathered professionals in their field! Very attentive doctors and nurses and service staff.
Thank you so much for your care and attention!!!
I would like to express my gratitude to ALL the staff of the Department of Surgery of newborns and premature babies. Thank you for your work. People work in their place. They are very attentive to children and their parents.
Today, on 01/20/2024, my 6-year-old son was taken away by ambulance with suspected appendicitis. The doctor in the emergency department, O. S. Yasyukevich, considered it sufficient to examine the child only with her hands, without ultrasound and X-ray. She sent me home and told me to drink a cup at home..., to the question if she doesn't stop? She said, let's get an injection.
I do not know how it can be that a 6-year-old child was brought by ambulance with abdominal pain and at the same time refused an ultrasound, citing that the ultrasound would be only in the morning and from 20.00 to 8.00 only anesthesia
Is this normal in EMERGENCY PEDIATRIC SURGERY????
I want to thank the doctor of the emergency department of Samson M.A. was very attentive and considerate. The crying daughter of 12 years calmed down and stopped being shy. The assistance was provided professionally, we will fulfill the appointments. Thank you very much!
I would like to wish mutual understanding between doctors and patients, the absence of various conflicts on any occasion and the indispensable availability of necessary medicines and equipment.
They helped the child, they try to work quickly.
But we faced rudeness from the medical staff - it is very unpleasant. It is clear that no one should smile and be friendly, but they should not snap and be rude either.
Sometimes we sat down in the wrong place, then we went the wrong way, then we went the wrong way. And the time is 2 a.m. and we are worried about our child - I would like more understanding from the medical staff.
