They will not only not explain the reasons to you, but they will not even talk to you, claiming that it is up to them to decide and you read the contract, which is drawn up far from in your favor and you are obliged to sign it. I offered various ways to solve this problem, to additionally pay for the days of stay or the difference in ticket prices, but they did not listen to me when I knocked on the closed door. Can you imagine what happens in another country, how your tour operator will help you if he ignores you even at home, after receiving money from you, even though this is far from a burning tour. The mood for a vacation was spoiled not so much by this problem as by communicating with them. I will not contact this company anymore and I do not recommend it to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
