The hotel is wonderful, the biggest advantage is the gently sloping sandy beach. I lay quietly sunbathing and didn't twitch every time the child went into the water. The territory is huge and well maintained. Free ice cream. There are no complaints about the food - no frills, but everything is quite edible, you can always find something delicious. The meat was: turkey, chicken, beef. White fish. There was no seafood or shrimp. Once there was a themed dinner:there was sushi. The only thing is that the alcohol is local and disgusting. There are few Russians, mostly Germans and others, Poles, Czechs. A quiet family hotel, if with a child, then come here again :)

Pros:
1. The huge territory of three hotels, there is a place to walk
2. Delicious buffet
3. Gorgeous beach, ideal entry into the water for children, without differences in depth. Sand. Comfortable lounge chairs.
4. Inflatable obstacle course in the sea (paid, 15€ per day per person)
5. A lot of free entertainment on site (beach volleyball, boccia, aerobics, a small water park, foam discos on the beach, animation)
6. Very well maintained green area
Cons:
1. Tubed rooms: the water in the shower does not go away, the toilet lid always falls, hard mattresses and pillows, lack of sound insulation, rooms with access to the road (2111,2113,2114, etc.) - it is impossible to sleep, as if you are on the highway. A tiny room and a bathroom.
2. Internet 15€ per week, or 5€ per day. The paid one works well. Free fishing in the lobby, on the beach by the pier and in the amphitheater.
3. Paid ice cream on site, free only from 11:00 to 18:00 on the territory of another hotel.
4. The staff is rather apathetic, you won't get any help.
5. Tired lobby area. Visually, it's like relaxing in a hotel in the 90s.
6. Very expensive water activities on the beach. At the same time, they will not let you take your phone with you to take pictures, I motivate the refusal with security. In fact, so that the photographer then imposes on you his photos taken during a parachute flight, a banana ride, etc.
7. Deck chairs should be occupied in the morning, by 8 a.m. everything is already occupied
8. Cats/cats. They are all over the territory. There are 15 of them, all of them have names. The hotel is proud that they have tamed so many animals. They go everywhere, even on the buffet. Unfortunately, with allergies to cats and personal dislike, this moment caused a lot of negativity.
In general, the pros outweighed the cons for me. I liked the rest. We spent most of the day on the beach. Usually you can't drag children there, but here they didn't even want to go to the water park, they liked swimming in the sea so much. The water is clear, there are a minimum of living creatures, the bottom is like a soft mat.

The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is smooth. The food is varied, the chefs are trying their best. Lamb, beef, turkey, chicken.. There are many different pastries, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, pickles.... In short, you won't stay hungry. The territory is huge, as it is combined with the Royal and the Resort, you can walk wherever you like. There are pools, slides. The rooms are simple, but tasteful... Everything worked in the room... Shower, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator... The air conditioner is central. It is quite convenient with children. The staff is attentive and friendly. Definitely, I recommend this hotel for a vacation both alone and with a family! ❤
