The best beach and a great hotel, food and service at a height

We were at the hotel at the end of September 2023, and even earlier in the pandemic (September 2020). Both times I am delighted, the beach is magnificent, the territory is large and very well-groomed, the first time we went to the Resort, the second to the club, the food is the same, a lot of everything, everyone will find to their taste, the rooms are clean, the staff are like ants, they are constantly doing something!

I'll give you 4 points. I will compare it with other hotels, including those nearby: the club and the royal. The delivery of towels and collection are limited in time. Check-in before 19:00. The room came with an old air conditioner, remote control on the wall. The shift levers were broken, the temperature control was broken. Animators should go through and invite people to volleyball, darts, and so on. But they didn't do that. Responsible for volleyball did not play at all, only gave out the ball. On the minidisko, no one announced songs or tasks in Russian. The children's club is also open until 17:00. Although it could have been longer.
The hammam is also paid. The food is good, the choice of food is huge. You can always eat whatever you want. There is a children's menu. There is a terrace for smokers and not.
Local alcohol is diluted, this is expected.
The territory is well maintained.
I would like to highlight the staff responsible for hospitality, they are great!!
But there is almost nothing outside the hotel, you need to go to Avsalar, i.e. no pharmacies or normal shops.

We return for the second time to the Pegasus hotel chain ) For the first time we were at the nearby Royal Hotel) The hotels are identical, both in terms of food and service) the only thing is probably a better room stock in royal (according to the girl at the reception) and so - as always everything is at the highest level - the beach is sandy, clean - the sea is clean, the gentle entrance is ideal for children, the food is delicious and varied, and the hotel staff very friendly!! we really liked this hotel, it is better to take a Resort out of the three Pegasuses - it is in the middle, there is no movement under the windows, because it is either in the Royal or in the world - very quiet. a beautiful sandy beach with an ideal setting - gentle, soft, without sudden changes. the food is excellent, the contingent varies depending on the building. you can use the territory of all hotels except restaurants. with small children - the best option!

We are currently at the Resort (16.09-24.09). The hotel is beautiful, the beach is magnificent, the entrance to the sea is shallow, sandy, without a single stone. Wonderful delicious and varied food, all day long. The choice of alcohol is standard (rum, whiskey, gin, wine, beer, champagne and baileys - unfortunately there is no🤷🏻♀️). There are no queues in restaurants and bars, although there are a lot of vacationers. The staff (waiters, bartenders) are very attentive, friendly and very fast, the rest of the staff is also not far behind. The reception is always ready to help and answer any questions, check-in is super fast, we arrived at 7 a.m. and immediately received the key. Mostly Russians, Poles, Czechs, Ukrainians, Germans are vacationing (Tagil did not meet)). The territory is large, in any of the three hotels you can sit in bars, attend animation, etc., beautiful show programs, there is also something to laugh about. There is a shop across the street, you can buy everything from chemicals, ending with food and souvenirs, including alcohol/beer/water and chips. The hotel is family-run, a fairy tale for children, and a bomb for adults. I definitely recommend it and will return to it again!!!

They were in August 2021. Everything is fine here - the beach and the hotel (lived in the resort), the staff and the contingent. Mostly Russians, slightly fewer Ukrainians, a few Europeans and 5-7 percent Turks. I've never seen a single drunk Russian there, and I've never heard a mate either. The territory is huge (there are three hotels on it) - there is a place to walk. 40 minutes by bus to Alanya (it's better to take local buses, the Antalya-Alanya road is two steps from the hotel, the stop is just at the resort; for 10 lira, i.e. 1 dollar, get to Alanya, and by taxi 30-40 dollars). Across the street there is a private sector with local residents, their gardens have almost no fences - I went everywhere, visited the locals, ate figs and all sorts of things in their gardens - without asking, no one will say a word. In short, traveling around the neighborhood and immersing yourself in the local flavor will add even more impressions about the rest than lying by the sea with vegetables) By the way, in Granada between it and sangayd, the Russian boy Serega rents out sapboards for 20 euros for the evening - spending the sun in the middle of the sea is an unforgettable experience)

I returned from the hotel today. I liked everything. Beautiful beach, fine sand, smooth entry into the sea. there was enough territory for walking. the water in the sea was warm, 27-28 degrees, The food was good, there were soups for dinner, different every day. Vegetables, fruits, all kinds of meat, side dishes, seasonings, desserts. I often took yogurt and watermelon .I won't say about alcohol, I haven't tried it, but I'm "hooked" on non-alcoholic cocktails. I used the services of an Emrokh massage therapist. I was satisfied. The staff solved all the issues quickly. At the reception, a very responsive girl turned to Nezaket. Tour operators TUI Kamila and Cevan helped in processing applications for PCR and other documents, thank you very much. I can't say about the pool, I didn't use it, but I saw that they were swimming there.

One of the best hotels for your money! The service is excellent. We took vouchers to the middle building (there are 3 in total). The territory is gorgeous: a wide sandy beach, slides, swimming pools, restaurants. A very decent table: the managers really monitor the quality of the dishes, there are always places. A festive table with a cake can be arranged for an additional fee. Gorgeous pastries and cakes. We liked everything very much. Many thanks to the manager and the managers, they are working really well. PS In order not to be disappointed, take the sea view, otherwise the windows will be on the road. When I was with such clients, the numbers were not changed, so keep in mind.

I'm currently resting. It does not pull at 5 stars in any way. They save on everything. There are no bathrobes or slippers in the rooms. There is soap in the dispenser in the bathroom, shampoo in the shower - in the dispenser, there is nothing else.
There is no kettle, in order to prepare the mixture, the child will have to drag a glass of warm water from the bar, and in the bar where the lobby this water is of questionable quality (heavy sediment)
I'm not picky about food, but the food here is not delicious, a monotonous mixture of previously left-over products, everything is peppered and over-salted. There is no butter in the morning, if there is it, it is quickly disassembled, scandals occur about this.
We come for vegetables, put two cucumbers cut into a circle and one slice of tomato on a plate. And so it is in everything ! The economy is the strictest. That is, in order for children to eat salad normally, they have to stand and ask for "more, more, more" it is humiliating. There are no teaspoons, stir the sugar with chopsticks. The pastries are sweet, mousses and puddings are inedible. I didn't find food on the street, maybe there is somewhere, but in two bars on the beach there is only drinking.
Wi-Fi in the lobby is free, in the rooms for a fee of 15 euros a week.
I'm not coming here anymore. I have something to compare it with. There is a wonderful hotel in Antalya near the airport (I will not write which one, so that I would not think that the review of competitors), so last year I liked it 100%, I will go there and do not experiment. A trip for 5 people for 2 rooms cost 300 K. For 10 days, well, it wasn't worth it at all.
PS I will add my comments: the audibility in the rooms is as if the walls are made of plywood. Everything that is behind the wall and in the corridors can be heard as if it is happening nearby.
If someone is washing in the next room, then you can hear the waterfall.
The cleaners are very active in discussing something during the day while cleaning the neighboring rooms. No one is shy about talking in a raised voice, despite the fact that there are many children in the hotel who sleep at lunch.
I forgot to write about the fact that the safe is paid. But if you know the standard combination (and it is standard in almost all hotels), then you will not have to pay for the safe. They charge only for telling you how to close and open the safe.
I've already written about food, but I can't help but add that the food handlers are shaking if you are not satisfied with one small Cherry tomato on a large plate and you asked for another one)))) and so it is in all positions.
The pools are cool. There are water slides with the same cool water. That's why they're empty. You roll down 4 times and freeze despite the 30 degree heat.

We had a rest from July 16 to August 7, 2021... We're leaving tomorrow, and this is the place where I want to go back! We arrived at the hotel at 11.00 and checked in immediately, very hospitable, the room is clean, there is everything you need, a magnificent view of the sea!!! Incredibly beautiful huge and very well maintained territory. A magnificent clean sandy beach. There are free sun beds everywhere on the beach and near the pools. A water park with slides of varying difficulty, trampolines next to the pier are a real delight for both children and adults. The restaurant was very pleased with the variety and quality of cooking.
I can't help but say a word of gratitude to the spa salon. The massage is very professional, Ainur, dear, good health to your hands!!! I did it 10 times with oil and stones, it's a fairy tale!!!

Cleaning is daily, thanks to the cleaners and attentive waiter!
