We have been at the hotel since May 4, 2024, with two children, and a small group of friends! The hotel is gorgeous, the territory is very large and green. There are many pools for both children and adults. The water park is also for children and adults, we have been rolling from the bottom of our hearts. The food is delicious, the food is varied. The room was not big, but we were cozy and comfortable, the room cleaning was not very good)
The weather was gorgeous, we swam in the sea, sunbathed. What we came for, we received in full. Wi-Fi is paid. The animation is gorgeous for children, the child did not leave the club. It takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to drive from the airport.
In the evening, there are events that we went to with pleasure.
There are a lot of Europeans, not enough Russians, well, for us it was not a minus, but a plus)

Overall : a good hotel complex. Among the advantages: a huge territory, a sandy beach, gorgeous animation (it was in 2018), a large number of slides and pools. Of the cons: the room stock is outdated, many of the details that rely on such a star rating are missing in the room (bathrobes, slippers ...). The rooms do not have enough repairs. The main building, the entrance group is beautiful. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, unfortunately. But at the reception they respond adequately to comments and requests. Restaurant: clean, quite a large selection of food, vegetables and fruits, of course I would like more. In general, we enjoyed our stay, all our comments were taken into account. Everyone chooses their advantages for themselves, for us it was a territory and a gorgeous beach. And we only rested in the rooms, so we were not very upset by the shortcomings. The hotel is definitely for families with children, there are many interesting programs for kids. The trip was in 2018, during this period everything could have changed, we hope for the better!

We had a rest in October 2023.Now it's 4, but strong, without disadvantages. Food, beach, territory, animation, pools, water park, attitude all on a solid 5. Of the cons, or for someone the pros: no one speaks Russian in the hotel except the bartender in the main restaurant. Yes, and she has heard Russian speech twice in a week. The main vacationers are not rich Europeans with children. Therefore, if you don't speak English, learn sign language. It will be difficult to communicate. And yet, the concept of the hotel is "Family vacation", so couples without children or young people should not come here. But for families with children, I highly recommend it. At the reception, when checking in, they asked for a room not on the 1st floor, as I read reviews about humidity, and we were settled on the 3rd floor without additional payment! The hotel is family-run, the entire territory consists of swimming pools, there are many slides and entertainment for children! The food is delicious and varied! Of the minuses - for some reason, wine glasses are not washed, permanent traces of lipstick were observed) all other dishes are clean!

A very strange policy, not comparable to a five-star hotel.

We visited this hotel in 2018! It was our best vacation ever!!! (True, we are not sophisticated tourists, it is not often possible to get to the sea ...). Nevertheless, the hotel is beautiful!!! It has everything for families with children! Lack of Russian-speaking staff. Although the free ice cream has become tastier. Reducing the diet, what kind of tables there used to be, and now there are 10 types of pasta, with cheese, with butter... Occupy half of the counter on the right, how to enter the dining room from the room. In a children's cafe on the street, where there were small slides, there used to be red fish, then it was removed, but it was fine, and now there is generally garbage.
This hotel has a lot of swimming pools, its own beach, a large water park with slides.

Despite the fact that the tour to this hotel was declared as 5* AI and cost the appropriate money, in the hotel itself we were spoiled many times by the disgusting quality of so many things. In everything except food (namely food, not drink), there was a strong economy or thirst for profit. The real cost is no more expensive than the cheapest 4*.
- staff: bars and restaurants are good, others are bad;
- the room is disgusting;
- food is good;
- drinks – satisfactory;
- the territory is good;
- swimming pool – satisfactory;
- beach and sea – satisfactory;
- the sauna complex is disgusting;
- animation is satisfactory;
In detail:
Reception, administration:
- apparently they were not waiting for us, because when the queue reached us at check-in, the administrators conferred for a long time, read our documents, conferred again, called somewhere several times... As a result, we were given a room in terrible condition (details below);
- I'm not talking about the "velkom drink" anymore, as a "meal from the road", after lengthy negotiations, especially for us, they found ... a bun with cucumber and cheese;
- the hotel administration ignored our problems with the room, even they "paused" our hotel guide for 2 days, on the 3rd day they said "we will solve the problems tomorrow", after which he explained to them for a long time and in raised Turkish tones that people have not been able to use the bed properly for 3 days and everything is necessary -Still solve the problem today;
- hotel bracelets – they have sharp spikes that prick and scratch human flesh – take scissors with you and immediately cut off these spikes!
Habitation:
- the bed linen is left over from previous guests, hair, dirt, drops, including reddish shades on the sheets (I wonder what it is);
- mold and mildew on the bathroom walls;
- the towels are torn;
- room cleaning is when dirty towels are lifted from the floor, folded and put on a shelf (they explained to us that there are no cleaners in the hotel – only an invited team from an external partner) cleaners have weekends, they do not work every day and "get off";
- there are traces of dirt all over the room - circles of "bottoms from glasses", frozen drops of something, even a mirror and a "painting" in the dirt;
- the room is "tired" - broken corners, everything is shabby, streaks of paint on the "picture" from splashing water;
- mattress with characteristic yellow spots and dirt;
- the water from the shower flows freely into the bathroom, you will brush your teeth standing in slippers in puddles;
- on the balconies (of all) the awnings were removed, although there are fittings for them – accordingly, you will not rest in the middle of the day on the balcony in the fresh air in the shade;
- there is no sound insulation – I heard everything that happens at the neighbors;
- there are no normal hygiene supplies even for 4* AI - bottles of shampoos, gels, balms, lotions, packaged soap, shower caps, cotton swabs and discs;
- instead of all this, there was a dispenser with a whitish liquid, and the conditional soap and shower gel are exactly the same;
- there are no normal 5*AI bathrobes, slippers, tea and coffee set, mini-bar and kettle. They didn't even bring water to the room, they had to take it from the main restaurant;
Food, drinks, alcohol:
Everything we ate (we ate, not drank) was at a fairly good level:
- there was enough food in the main restaurant, and it was varied;
- in the snack bar, pizza, French fries, nuggets, burgers are in the assortment;
- the night snack bar is also at a good level, the usual assortment of snacks +
ice cream soup at the main pool is PAID, I don't know the quality - I haven't tried it;
- FREE ice cream in a special house in the area of the children's zone, there is vanilla, chocolate, pink (I have not tried the taste) and the device is able to make combinations of them, distribution goes on most of the day and evening;
But there are difficulties with drinks at the hotel:
– interesting soft drinks are running out, i.e. they will always pour you a coke, and a mojito (not a cocktail, just water) – how lucky you are;
- dishes are washed poorly – lipstick on white cups, dried foam in a beer glass, etc.;
- the quality of alcohol is at an "average" level, there were only "local varieties" in the usual assortment, BUT!!! as soon as the mass arrival of our tourists for the 1st school holidays began, the quality of alcohol decreased sharply, beer felt diluted, strong alcohol was not topped up, etc.
Territory and location:
- the area is large, beautiful, interesting, quite green;
- toilets on the territory are present in sufficient quantity and in good condition;
- the disgusting location of the animation is right in the center of the hotel, i.e. every day until 24:00 in your room everything will be very loud, both from the concert and from the show;
- there is a fitness area, located in a green area on the street, there is a lot of equipment in it;
- there are cat corners – cool, funny, kind remnants of former luxury;
- perhaps for many it will be important – behind the doors of the hotel there is really only a road and a forest, there is nothing else, to any shops, even for chips, etc. it takes a long time to walk along the road or go to the mall by bus;
- find out exactly the bus numbers from the guide – one number goes to the city, and another one returns;
Beach, swimming pools:
- the beach is big, long, as it should be in a hotel of this scale, but for some reason the administration did not put all the sun beds (I saw warehouses of non–exposed sun beds and mattresses) and there is certainly not enough space for everyone.
- we came across broken glass 2 times in the sand on the beach;
- there is a bar on the beach;
- the main pool is large and very cold, there are a lot of sun beds around it;
- children's pool – there is;
- there is a water park;
Sauna and sauna complex (SPA center):
- the large warm pool is closed – it is critical when the sea is stormy, and the main pool is very cold;
- hammam, sauna, etc. are at the mercy of a "firm within a firm", 10 euros for 1 person in 15 minutes (in all hotels this was always included in the price of the tour, and a tour to this hotel cost no less than similar tours to other 5* hotels that I visited);
Animation:
- the evening in the form of a vocal and instrumental concert on stage in the pool bar area, I did not like the quality of performance and repertoire of vocal and musical ensembles - they were obliged to play the same repertoire daily "song to song" and only 2 ensembles performed well, the rest performed terribly;
- evening in the amphitheater in the form of a show;
- during the day, a large number of animators walk around the hotel, arrange contests, aqua aerobics, etc.;
Conclusion:
It was the worst vacation of my life. I bought a tour to this hotel as a 5*AI establishment at the appropriate price. At the time of writing this review, the hotel appears on the Internet as a 4* hotel – apparently the star was taken away from it for its disgusting quality.
The answer to all my questions at the hotel was the same: "we have such a concept."
Look carefully at the price, it can be expensive to sell "by inertia", but there is no luxury in it, the price should not be higher than for non-expensive 4* analogues.

On the way back, we changed the flight from 23:50 Sheremetyevo to 9:10 Domodedovo, as a result, we flew at 6:50 🤦♀️ we drove home at 3:30 in Moscow traffic jams
We took the transfer from the airport to the hotel, flew in 50 minutes
They did not take us back to the airport, because we were picked up at 2:50 after we had another hotel and got to the airport with a stop at 1:30 + -
About the hotel, we arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m., checked in and went to dinner (although there were very few places there at that time)

The room is nice, the view in the morning from the balcony to the water park, but if you go out into the corridor you can see the sea splendidly. The room was cleaned every day, (only on Wednesday there was a break) the towel was changed every day!
We went to breakfast around 8 a.m. (there were places) but once we came at 9:20 and it was terrible
All those who have dinner at 20, these are all those who have breakfast at 9:30, they rarely went to lunch (the snack bar was well fed) there is not much food in variety, but there was everything, even dumplings (it's in Russian) on the children's table donuts for breakfast, eggs in all kinds, sandwiches, French pancakes, waffles, fruits, vegetables, pastries, cereals with milk, etc. it's a pity that they give only coffee and tea. For my children, it's not great, but they drank water and juice
There is not much variety for lunch (there is not much cooking, since most of the people are at the snack bar)
But when dinner starts, it's a fairy tale every day, especially the variety of meat and dessert

Just got back from the hotel! We were satisfied with the rest.
The only question for our tour operators is why is a 4-star hotel being sold as a 5-star hotel? In principle, it was obvious from the price that the hotel was not 5 stars, since the price was cheaper than most 5-stars.
But about the advantages:
1. Territory - 5! it is beautiful, diverse, an excellent water park, children's pools. - the child was delighted, he wanted to stay there to live)
2. Food is for us for 4 - We don't like sweets, but they are abundant, spicy too. There's trouble with soups... It is impossible to eat it. We really missed chicken soups on broth, or something similar to our usual soups, borscht. There is a shaft of meat in different variations, a couple of types of fish are quite edible. There were no delicious pastries, Turkish tortillas, fresh croissants - everything was made of wood, the day before yesterday... As I understand it, the diet is wider in summer than in autumn..
3. Service- 4. it is better to know English, Russian may not be understood or pretend not to understand))
4. Cleaning - At the pool bar, they pour into dirty plastic cups - ask for either glass or paper ...
In the room, cleaning is only in prominent places. If you move the bedside table or the bed, you will see traces of all the tenants for the season ...
There are no shampoos, tooth paste, etc., take it with you. Everything is very expensive in hotel shops - a small head and sholders - 8-12 euros!! There are no supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. nearby..
In principle, if you catch a normal price for a hotel and do not expect 5-star luxury and elite service from it, then you can have a good rest!! It's a solid good 4 stars!

To be honest, we are disappointed to stay at this hotel. We stayed there for 5 days. We flew out of Moscow. We paid 96 thousand for the tour from the tour operator TUI. We were put in a family room in the farthest building of the hotel. We lived on the 3rd floor in a room without a balcony. At check-in, we were offered a room with a balcony for an additional fee. Which, in fact, makes no sense. The hotel itself is beautiful of course. But the number is a kick-ass. It's a shame for a 5 star hotel. The double bed consists of two single beds placed side by side and very hard mattresses. There are tiles on the floor, the beds are very easy to move. And if you mess around a little on the bed, they start to go in different directions. Of course there are no blankets on the beds. But there is some kind of blanket that looks like a waffle towel and it is also very hard and rough. It is unpleasant for them to hide. Room cleaning is so-so. The mirrors are dirty. The tile in the bathtub is dirty too. The lighting in the room is very poor. There is only soap from hygiene supplies!!! This is the first time I've seen such a thing, so that in a five-star hotel there was only soap in the room. By the way, WiFi is free only in the lobby. If you want to use WiFi throughout the territory, then take out and put another 15€ for 1 connected device! The food is basically normal. A lot of things. The kitchen is a little different every evening. Alcohol is not spared in the bar. There is free ice cream. There is a lot of entertainment for children and adults. I do not recommend shopping tours. They take you to some expensive boutiques. Where clothes are much more expensive than in Russia, or in stores a la "Ridiculous prices". Where things are just the same as in this cheap store, but they only cost two or three times more than in Russia. Good afternoon. We rested at this hotel from 09/19.21 to 09/16.21. The hotel is a solid three, but not a 5*. The hotel itself is dirty, it clearly does not meet the requirements of the SanPiN. The room was poorly cleaned, the floors did not seem to be washed, it felt like that. The food was poor, there was no variety, we had two children (2 and 4 years old), ate an egg, rice, I think we had enough for a year ahead... The beach is dirty, and the entrance is not sandy (sand + pebbles), a sharp entrance into the water. Children are deep, there is no smooth entry into the water, this is a huge disadvantage with children. The staff is not very friendly... There was no child's bed, although before taking the tour, we were told there would be no problems with this. Yes, there are rats on the territory of the hotel, you have personally seen it, there are a lot of cats there for a reason. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for those with small children.

Good. The sea and the beach are wonderful. The food is varied and delicious. The animation is strong, there is a lot of entertainment for children. A large water park at the hotel.
Minuses: old and shabby rooms in building number 13, ants on the 0 floor, and late check-in with children is also a huge minus. The attitude towards Russians in bars is so-so, learn English and find out what should be included in everything.

Currently staying at this hotel, I have never had a worse vacation!!!!! The food is the same for lunch and dinner. It was recommended for children, so there is nothing for children at all. The staff does not understand Russian, so it will be very difficult for those who do not know other languages. For that kind of money, I would fly to Cuba. There are no questions about the territory. The hotel is serviced by ... aries. towels and linen have not been changed in the room for 7 days. The mini bar is refilled only with water

We: me, my daughter and grandchildren are 3 years old and 14 years old, for the first time in Turkey and such luck-Pegasos World! We liked literally everything:both the location and the 2-room room with a balcony in building 2. The sea and the beach are gorgeous. The only drawback, it seems to me, is that there is no dairy food for children. My grandson is 3 years old, so he ate only carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, soup for lunch and yogurt for breakfast somehow with cheese! There were different kinds of pasta, but he doesn't eat them at home. I ate apples and watermelons and even cakes! And so the food is excellent! From the hotel, you can take a minibus yourself to the old Side and the shopping Mall. More about the hotel! the territory is huge, there are many pools, slides for children and adults, entertainment for children (though paid)and adults. In general, we really liked it, because we are not picky! Many thanks to Tui and Anna-Tour from Noginsk!

Horror from the first day.
We came to the reception . The suitcases were taken away and they said they would bring them to the room. We were given room cards and were not escorted . We searched somehow for these buildings ourselves. Our suitcases were thrown out at the entrance of the building, and we waited for 3 hours for them to arrive. The husband went outside and was shocked. Take the suitcases whoever you want.. The room was not cleaned at all for 3 days. They complained, put 10 dollars on the bed and every day the room was perfect. The attitude towards Russians is terrible. The remote control is broken in the room, the soap machine is broken. Mom and son had a birthday. They asked for the organization of the table, in the end they said there was no cake and no candles. We went to the store ourselves and bought a cake in the dining room. There's no problem with food at all. For children 3-4 years old, only mashed potatoes, rice and pasta. There are no porridges. Either the milk is sour, the casserole or the vegetables are rotten. And the latter finished it off, I asked for a book of complaints and was not given. They wanted to shit on us.
