The service is terrible
To the question to the employee at the registration, can he help me figure it out!? I got the answer: no
The check-in desks don't seem to work every day, very slowly.
Come in advance and be ready to pay more
The ugly unprofessional work of the airline and Antalya airport. Employee competencies are just the bottom.
We were flying Antalya- Paris. The day before, the luggage was paid for on the official website. At the airport, at the check-in desk, a representative of the airline company said that she did not see the luggage in the system. At the demonstration of the payment confirmation, she said that she did not care and did not see the luggage in the system, so she would not take the luggage. Communication with the representative office at Antalya airport also did not give anything, they reported that something was not displayed there (guess where) in the system and call the bank.
I pay for the luggage again, its price rises from 390 liras to 502.
Then, already at the boarding gate, my name is called into the microphone and the beautiful lady from the check-in informs me that my luggage is not flying because they do not see the payment in the system. This is the second payment that they do not see: one through their website, the second through their office at the airport. I present receipts and bank statements. They don't care, they don't see the great system (which they obviously pray to). I have no choice but to pay for my luggage for the third time. This time it's 540 lire. The total cost of baggage transportation is 1,432 lira. Or 6 thousand rubles one way. It is useless to present checks, employees, including managers, are not guided by the current legislation, only by the GREAT system. Don't fly them. Save your nerves.
The worst airline I've ever encountered! We flew from Paris to Moscow with a connection in Istanbul,
A day before departure from Paris, a notification was sent that the flight was delayed for 15 hours. Upon arrival at the Paris airport, we received 2 boarding passes, it randomly turned out that the connection in Istanbul would not be for several hours, but more than a day! People from the flight were placed in coffin capsules at the airport, we rented a hotel near the airport. We were asked to return the luggage, since we needed some of the things during the day, we did not want to give the luggage, we spent 2 hours at the airport, we had to practically make a scandal. As a result, we "got" an extra night in Paris, an extra night in Istanbul, missed a working day off vacation, so consider the savings! No more for anything!!! We flew from Moscow to Paris via Yerevan: friendliness, tranquility and comfort.
