We visited the Penalty Bar on the weekend. The service is at the highest level, the waiters and chefs know their business. Special thanks to the waiter Dmitry for the fast and high-quality service! Everything was delicious. The food was fresh, hot and, most importantly, delicious. Great show program!! I advise everyone to visit this place, it will be perfect for your holidays!

We celebrated the anniversary in this institution. We were dissatisfied with the service. Since there were 3 other events besides ours, the waiters physically did not have time to serve everyone. The hot dish was brought only 2 hours after the salads. Alcohol was served for a very long time. The presenter also started work only 2 hours later. If you cannot provide high-quality service to such a large number of people, then you do not need to take so many events for one evening. We wanted to have a good evening, but as a result, we ran after the waiters all evening and asked them to bring certain products and alcohol.
