One of the "advantages" is the location next to the metro and tram, not far from the center; a Russian-language program is also shown on the TV attached to the ceiling. Of the "cons" - in a single room under the roof there is a washbasin with poorly draining water, next to a bidet (they would have attached a toilet); towels are ancient, chairs in the dining room are children's in size, nothing in the shower: no shampoo, no gel, no soap ..., besides, after a few seconds the light turns off, you have to constantly open the door in the shower to wash yourself in the light...
