I've been there for work. The technical condition of the building leaves much to be desired. 6 people with minimal funds are trying to maintain life in a building that has been in need of major repairs for 20 years. But concerts and events take place almost daily. The largest and most famous hall in the whole republic where ordinary people have access.

Major repairs are needed, especially in the mass block. There are never tickets for interesting concerts, only speculators. The police stand next to them and do nothing against their illegal activities. There is no online ticket sales.
