I stayed at the hotel in mid-September 2020. I was very pleased with the hotel. I got a lot of unforgettable emotions . All rooms are equipped with modern appliances (air conditioning , TV, refrigerator , hair dryer) . The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. For a city hotel , it deserves the highest rating . The restaurant also deserves respect for its range of dishes and tourist service . To the sea with a gorgeous beach , on foot about 10 - 15 minutes walk. The hotel always has stable Wi -Fi . Among the disadvantages ; a small green area and a lack of animation , but this does not apply to urban hotels . This is an ideal place for a family and relaxing holiday. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to enjoy their time on the Mediterranean coast.
In September 2020, we rested at this hotel. Located in the city, 10 minutes by a quiet walk through the alley to the 2nd city beach, 40 minutes on foot to Cleopatra beach. 50 meters from the hotel there is a street with shops, cafes, restaurants. There is also a bus number 2 to the bus station (OTOGAR). The territory of the hotel is cozy - a bar, a restaurant, a swimming pool. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The food is varied, very tasty, huge portions. Meat chicken, fish, turkey, lamb, vegetables, fruits, salads, dessert souffle. Alcohol-vodka, white and red wine, beer. Carbonated drinks sprite, fanta, Cola. Also tea and coffee. We had a rest for 1 month, we were very satisfied, we communicated perfectly with all the staff and also with the owner of the hotel. All friendly and nice people! I really want to come back here again!!!💥💥💥
On August 15, 2021, my friend and I flew to Antalya airport, where we were met by the host party of Kilit Global. We went to Pera Hotel 3*, which is located in Alanya. Since we had a flight delay, a long baggage pick-up due to the number of tourists and a long road, we arrived at the hotel at 22:10 minutes. There were two representatives of the hotel at the reception who were very unfriendly to themselves. When registering us, a Russian-speaking woman asked one of the representatives if the bar was still open, to which the staff tried to explain to her that it was until 22 o'clock, but she did not immediately understand them. After that, the woman left, and I heard the two men start swearing in Turkish and protesting that this woman needed a bar. It was emotional and out in the open with us tourists, which shocked me! I understand that they take this liberty thinking that tourists do not understand their language, which in my opinion is their big misconception and unprofessionalism. Then we checked into the room without any explanation of where and what is in the hotel. Our air conditioner did not turn on, but after such a "greeting", I had no desire to personally contact the receptionists at the counter, my friend addressed me. After about a week of our vacation, we decided to visit another vacation spot, packed our things, at the request of the staff, gave them the key to our room, and I also warned them that we would come back. We left. Further, on the eve of departure, we contacted our Pera Hotel to clarify information about the departure time and transfer to the airport, to which the Pera Hotel staff did not understand who we were talking about at all and had absolutely no information about their guests! After calling them back in a couple of minutes, we were informed that the transfer would be at 18 o'clock. The next day, we responsibly returned to the hotel at about 16 o'clock. Since there was time left, we went shopping and returned to the reception at 18, the administrator informed us that the flight was delayed and the transfer was postponed to 00 o'clock. We both heard that! Also, an important note, at that moment I was standing at the reception desk and looking at the printouts with information about the departing guests and we were not there! After this information, we went to the sea, as we did not see any point in sitting in the lobby for 6 hours. We returned to the hotel around 22-23 hours in swimsuits. After entering the lobby, they began to tell us emotionally that our transfer had left! Take a taxi and go to the airport as soon as possible, otherwise the plane will leave without you! To say that we were shocked is not to say anything! A friend started contacting our guide named Aziz from Kilit Global, about whom I would like to say the same separately. Guide Aziz, initially on the eve of departure, we tried to clarify information about the departure and transfer through him, saying that we were not at the hotel, he replied that he no longer works in the center of Alanya and moved to another place and that we would clarify everything at the reception. Then they explained to him again that we do not have the opportunity to come to the reception and clarify the information, to which he replied that individually he does not send information to anyone on departure, that he has a lot of tourists check everything at the reception! Later, when he was informed again at 22 o'clock that the reception had forgotten about the tourists and did not have information, he miraculously still sent us information about the flight. Let's go back to the day of departure at the moment when my friend turned to our guide Aziz again, but with an even more significant problem! She called Aziz, explained that we were not given the correct information, that our transfer left without us, to which he replied that we would take a taxi on our own at our own expense since we missed our transfer on our own, when my friend said that she intended to call the police, he answered her in a rude way: "Are you crazy?!" This was the end of communication with this guide. At that moment, we already had a scandal with three hotel employees, everything was very loud, we were shocked and in fear of not flying away and in great indignation. At the moment of the scandal, one of the hotel staff swung at my friend with his hand, wanting to hit her! We decided to call the police. They also brought me a phone, and I talked to another operator, an employee of Kilit Global, he was adequate, but he also said that the hotel would certainly not repay us anything. Then there was a call from the police at the hotel reception, after which the staff cooled their ardor and began to say that the transfer would arrive in 15 or 25 minutes, I definitely can't remember. But we contacted the police again so that the staff would arrive at the scene and take action against the behavior of the hotel staff. The police arrived, and the hotel staff were the first to tell their story of what was happening. The police asked me what was wrong with us in the end, because the transfer is coming now. Then we talked through a translator on the phone and in 2 languages, I myself explained the situation somehow. As a result, the Kilit Global transfer arrived and we left the hotel. As you can understand from all of the above, we flew away in flip-flops, I was in a wet swimsuit, a friend managed to change something in the toilet. In Moscow in the morning it was not hot at all and it was raining.
The result! In my opinion, it is high time for Kilit Global to pay attention to its employees, tourists, including us, write reviews about them in the public domain. Guides (not all) are only interested in earning money on excursions, they do not want to solve tourists' problems, they allow rudeness, they often mislead!
Pera Hotel Alanya 3*, I read good reviews about the hotel, which is what I liked. In my opinion, the hotel itself is quite normal for a budget holiday, our room was clean, everything worked, there are no complaints. You can't call the food a buffet, but we didn't expect a feast like a mountain, we always found something to eat. But in my opinion, restrictions on hot recruitment are unacceptable with an All-inclusive system. But the biggest disadvantage is the staff! From the first minutes, the whole impression is spoiled, boorish attitude, ill-mannered people, obscene language, there is no idea that this is their job and the tourist needs to be respected and made so that he would definitely want to return, a solid negative! I have been coming to Turkey for many years, I have friends there, including those who work in tourism, but I have never met such behavior and attitude before! You can also find reviews about the administrator (one of those who clashed with us on the day of departure) who extorted money from a woman who allegedly smeared a towel with paint, and he shouted the same at her. And she had to pay and the amount was deducted from her card more than originally stated! Just like us, some tourists write that the reception does not print out information about departure and transfer, respectively, tourists do not have any information. And this is taking into account the fact that the staff does not speak Russian! Accordingly, it can be concluded that other tourists have a high risk of being in the same position as us and the above-mentioned citizens vacationers! Starting with rudeness and deception, pumping the fact that they just won't fly away!
