The store is close to my house, which, undoubtedly, often helps out if you urgently need basic necessities. But there are huge disadvantages, namely: huge queues, only one ticket office often works during rush hour and a queue of 10 people is the norm. Secondly, there was a large amount of delay, there was even a case that three expired yoghurts from different companies were in the foreground, while one of them had an expiration date a MONTH ago. They took it away, they said we will scold the one who is watching this, thank you. And the next day I took the mayonnaise again, which was also a month overdue. And they glue the dates on the packaged products (you carefully peel off the top sticker and are surprised). Plus, prices often do not correspond to the actual ones. There was a price tag of 7.99 on the dragee. At the checkout they punch 8.99. To my question, the head (not the most pleasant woman) answers that the girls just don't have time to change the price tags, like, leave me alone. I ran home, read the legal documents, and they should sell at the specified price, came back, the price tag is still there (I even pointed a finger at them where the mistake was, but it wasn't even removed), after the photo of the receipt and the price tag, the money was returned at the checkout. Four days later I came back and... the price tag is still old. How is it? Or they will put up in the center, where there are stocks, goods with one price, and on the shelf in the department the price is completely different, so then run and find out which one is correct. And they do it all the time. It is generally better to avoid the department with semi-finished products, the products are often stale and are already beginning to rot. Fruits and vegetables are also far from ideal, it is extremely rare to find something fresh. The sellers themselves are quite nice people. In general, the store deserves 2 stars at best, and then mostly only for the location.
The staff is so-so, they don't want to help, almost always there is one cash register, in the finished goods department you can rarely see something fresh, mostly everything is stale, in general you can go for bread.
The store is for three, the service is disgusting, only a few cashiers are normal, fast, prompt, the rest sit like sleepy flies, they are stupid, slow down, the queues are always kilometer long, because of the slow service, they do not know the prices, although they have been working, as I see for a long time, they need to put an administrator over them to adjust, but there is no choice, You have to stop by on the way. Was that a release in a madhouse🙄😮💨
I went to the store today, the cashier didn't have any change.
Like what's my fault?
The cashier communicated extremely rudely, asking me strange questions like "how do I work?"
As a result, such a story turned out, I came for chocolate, but I only got rudeness.
From now on, I will avoid this person, and if possible, the store itself.
And I advise you to do the same for your environment.)
There are constant queues, one cash register is open, rarely two.
They used to buy fresh meat, and when they came home, they immediately threw it away.
The price tag is often out of place, they do not have time to change the price tag after the promotion. The staff is 50/50, some are very aggressive, and some are friendly.
One star. Queues are a kilometer long, the meat is often rotten (although it seems to be taken from the refrigerator). For so many bad reviews, sweep away the management and most of the staff. Awful. It's scary to look at vegetables, not what to take.
Somehow, this store lacks a more friendly service staff, there are always queues, such, in principle, a pretty big store, but somehow it is not very cozy, the goods, it seems to me, in a chaotic manner, there is not enough normal product layout.
I have never seen such a boorish attitude from the store director anywhere! He cannot control his staff, there is no one in place all the time. When they called her to the hall, she answered so rudely, as if someone had come to her house!
Recently, the store was rearranged, it became much better. (at least something)
I do not understand why to put a person in charge who does not know how to solve a conflict with customers, in addition, he is also rude, horror....
Eternal queues. No one from the service wants to work. The attitude towards customers, as if people are not standing in front of them, but are building great sellers themselves. The other day, a sign was put in front of my nose for a break at the cash register, as it turned out, there was a break at all the cash desks, there were 5 people and not a single cash register was working, even if you take it and go...Where the management is looking, because the cameras are around, and the guards are sitting there, you could just go.
The store has dirty floors, I bought chicken fillet the next day it turned out to be smelly. still wait until the seller talks enough to give you this meat. One cash register has 14 people in line, there is no second cashier
The most terrible store in the area , a tape that does not work at the 2nd checkout, how long can I not do it?! Why should I take the product out of the basket if your feed doesn't work?! Besides , do other cash registers never work ? Can't I transfer to another ticket office? One of the price tags shows the date of manufacture , the other on the packages! I will complain to the Consumer Protection Society and other authorities
The range of products is very poor. There is nothing to buy from ready-made products, 5 dishes and they look like they have been lying on the window for three days. The most empty store of the entire network of Mogilev Intersections.
A Crossroads, there is a Crossroads. Clean, large selection, high-quality products, polite and responsive staff.
We took food and drink - everyone really liked everything.
In the evening, only one ticket office is often open, thereby creating a queue. In the department of meat gastronomy, there is often no seller (almost a cross, where the seller hid"))))), and then you either need to shout, call and wait, or leave the department without buying....They try to spread the goods, filling the "holes" on the shelves (it used to be worse)...A couple of times I came across a delay (specifically pickled ginger and bread) The product on the shares sometimes also creates a cross, find a price for me"
The store very often has products with the wrong price, as do all the stores of the Perekrestok chain. Always, when buying something here, I double-check the receipt, I have already brought it to automatism. For this reason, I try to visit as little as possible. In general, the area is large, the store is clean, the assortment is not bad, but the price situation and the overall level of service leave much to be desired.
Nice store, friendly staff. Affordable prices, there are always promotions. There is a parking lot, located near the bus stop. There is a Belarusbank ATM nearby.
The store is wonderful, neat and a good selection of goods, but in order to attract more customers, it is better to reconsider the pricing policy.
Expensive.
The assortment is good, but very often one cashier works, buyers demand a second cashier, but no one goes to the second cashier, we can't do anything, we have such a schedule.
I have not yet met such rude and incompetent staff, sellers are rude, they can send, the head of the department has not gone far from her subordinates, there is a lot of delay. For a remark, he can get up from the cash register, leave his workplace, go outside, smoke, and there is a queue. The queues are huge, often there is only one ticket office.
The most important thing in this store is the sellers. Very pleasant, polite people will help you with any question.
Of the shortcomings, there is not a large selection of meat products.
In general, everything is fine.
The product is high-quality, without delays, everything you need is there, the staff is polite, the location is convenient, well, you can't queue without them.
It is not clear why there are 5 or 6 cash registers in the store when only one is working. They sit down for the second one when the queue is huge. If you can stand in line, then the second and most important problem is the smell- which just makes you sick. Either the sewer is damaged, or I don't know what, but the stink in the store is almost always there. There are no questions about the product and prices.
Here you will be constantly deceived, constantly transferred, or vice versa underweight. For example, when buying cookies by weight, the price of cookies indicated on the price tag may differ significantly from the price in the receipt. And as you know, not in your favor. You can buy a kilogram of sausages, and when you go home and transfer them there will be 800 grams. And it's good if they're not rotten. Most of the price tags for the goods are missing altogether. I have to run around to find out the price from the sellers. Of the 5 ticket offices, 1-2 always work, and then interns sit on it, the staff changes like gloves. If you come to the checkout with some kind of flour product by weight, then these interns will spend "two hours " looking for its name and price for it and as a result they punch completely different from what you chose, naturally at a price more expensive than your product is worth.
It is located close to the bus stop, which, of course, is a plus. The range is wide. I came in a couple of times and was surprised that there were no huge queues. This is also, of course, a plus.

Sometimes there is longing in this store, and so ok
