Right now, this company is not very good. An air freshener is constantly running on the Gomel - Saint Petersburg bus every 15 minutes. And that's 14 hours. Drivers don't think about passengers.

I ordered a ticket from them for a 15-year-old child from St. Petersburg to Belarus. Three days later, they write to me that they will cancel the ticket, because it is impossible to be unaccompanied until the age of 16. And the fact that the child has a notarized exit permit in his hands is generally purple for them. I had to hand over my ticket and urgently look for an alternative, I lost 800 rubles.
I was outraged that they allowed me to issue a ticket (and did not slow down the registration immediately when I entered the date of birth of the child), everything is fine - and then only canceled, .... .... .....
