There was a problem with ballet flats, I went to several workshops, where they immediately told me we couldn't do it. I came here, paying attention to this moment, explained that they refuse everywhere and clarified whether they would definitely be able to help. They told me yes, of course. As a result, everything peeled off the next day, then peeled off after redoing. And the woman who takes/gives orders behaved abominably, as if it was interesting for me to go there three times for alterations and demand something. As a result, everything was done poorly, not from the material that we discussed (it was originally Italian). And the repairs were very expensive. I don't recommend it to anyone

It takes a very long time to repair a simple breakdown. The price list shown in the maps does not correspond to the real one. I brought a suitcase for repairs on 15.12, the deadline on the receipt was 20.12, I arrived on 22.12, the suitcase is not ready, they promised to fix it by the next weekend, as a result, they fixed it only after my clarifying call on 27.12 (and in an hour), why the high price for fixing the handles (almost 60 rubles) did not receive any sensible explanations! I don't recommend coming here.

I gave my shoes for repair (replacement of the sole, insole). The order was not fulfilled within the time period specified by them. I waited another half a week, called - the order was not fulfilled. I refused their services. I bought new shoes. As I understand it, they deliberately underestimate the deadlines in order to "hook" the client, and then "feed them breakfast". At the same time, they do not call themselves and do not say anything about the deadlines. And when you call, they say wait for the call. I can't say anything about the quality, because I gave them my shoes. By the way, do not make any prepayments!

Twice, when giving away shoes and on the phone when confirming the order with the master, they said that the cardboard in the back would be replaced, and there would be a patch under the cardboard. As a result: the cardboard was not replaced, the patch may be somewhere, but it was not possible to find it. The glue is visible from the outside.
It was also necessary to sew one seam, as the thread began to come out. They flashed it normally, there are no questions.
