A three-star hotel! We were from 08.07.23 to 22.07.23 .The best is a large beautiful area: mountains, pines, palm trees! Clean warm sea! Nice room! The rest is just the worst: The pier is broken, the food is monotonous, the queues for food, the food is not signed! There are disposable cups in bars, bartenders don't know how to make cocktails! In bars, Turks climb without waiting in line and are served, and poured into glass glasses and mugs - complete swinishness! The animation is average, boring in the evening! The cleaning is bad! The staff is not trained in anything! No service! Repairs are needed in many places on the territory of the hotel!

Vacation June 2023 The hotel is very tired, two swimming pools are closed for repairs, everything in the hotel itself needs to be repaired. During our vacation, there were a lot of people, there were huge queues for food and the food was running out, but the new food was not taken out. There were not enough places for everyone for dinner, people ate standing near the food distribution tables (I saw this for the first time!!!) There were not enough cutlery, the staff did not help to clean the tables There were not enough sun beds and umbrellas, and the pier was partially unusable. And the most unpleasant thing is that there are drains from the sewers in the sea of glass ... absolutely unacceptable things, in my opinion. It is unlikely that these points can be eliminated in the 2023 season ( There is a stone ledge in the sea along the entire beach of the hotel (visible in the photo)

1) As soon as we arrived with the whole family, the children and parents were settled in completely different rooms, the condition of the rooms is normal, the plumbing in the rooms is not the best and towels were completely missing. The air conditioners are not working. During our entire stay at this hotel, foot towels were given out only once. (If you want a nice room, it's better to take a bungalow) 2) The service staff is not the best, after several appeals to the administration about non-working air conditioners and long disputes about this, we received only rude treatment and unknown name-calling in Turkish. Most importantly, in response to our dissatisfaction, we received only one solution to the problem from the administration: "If you don't like something, change the hotel." 3) The hotel is not cleaned properly, even after your room is cleaned, it still remains dirty. One day I had to clean the room myself, as the cleaners apparently do not know how to clean the rooms properly. After another refusal about clean towels for feet, we had to find a basket with clean towels ourselves, as they refused to give them to us. Surprisingly, they get into our things in front of us. 4) The main dishes are lost against the background of a huge amount of side dish to this dish. To get the main dish (meat), you have to queue outside, since there is only one name for all meat products inside the dining room. The food is not cooked, often I had to gnaw on undercooked potatoes and eat semi-raw meat. All salads are made from second-hand products that were not eaten in the past days. 5) Although there is a division into adult and children's bracelets, they still try to get you drunk with cheap diluted alcohol in the bar. (The pool is not cleaned) 6) Very often there were cases that people had their flight postponed, but the hotel did not inform them, although they should be warned about this the day before departure. 7) And because of the very easy access to alcohol, respectively, the contingent leaves much to be desired. 8) The restaurant at the hotel leaves much to be desired. A very long wait for food, which was not brought to us as a result, because they forgot about our order. In fact, the food in the restaurant and the food in the dining room are no different, it's just that you are "served" in the restaurant, but not in the dining room. But surprisingly, there are advantages to this hotel. 1) A good entertainment program. 2) There are a lot of variations of pastime both during the day and in the evening. 3) Very good access to the sea, the beach and the clear sea made me happy. That's where the advantages ended.

The most terrible hotel in Turkey. I wouldn't even put one star on it. The rooms stink about the individual houses that stand on the territory. The territory is not closed in any way . The security is working terribly , the phone , shorts , and room card were stolen . I had to buy a new phone in Russia. the police work terribly, stayed at the station for 3 hours. Terrible service. The food is disgusting. She was poisoned and had a fever. I was poisoned 2 times in 2 weeks ! It 's been 2 weeks ! Just the worst hotel for that kind of money . I don't advise anyone to go there.😡😡😡😡😡🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

A nightmare!!! They paid for 5 stars, in fact, a maximum of three. In the main building, all the carpets are vomited, trampled. The plumbing is rusty, Condey worked for the first two days. There are no towels in the rooms at all. At the reception, they just turn away, they just send someone. Well, at least the food is normal, but you have to stand up for it. The contingent of vacationers consists of Uzbeks, locals, Moldovans and Ukraine. Everyone seems to be from a hungry land, rushing to the food with hungry eyes. The local branch of the tour operator responded to complaints that this was a hotel concept. It's not very clear, the concept is to mow under three stars. I wanted to put zero at all, but I want to note a good view from the window and a good beach, and thanks separately to the owner of the hotel, who moved us to a bungalow, even though we lived like people for half the vacation.

The score is minus zero. Just don't buy a tour to this homeless shelter. This is terrible! Dirt is flowers. The food is terrible, the relationship sucks, the cleaning and everything related to this shabby 5 star hotel. Who gave these 5 stars!!! They were in July 2023. Not even a word about it.. But not to write. The photo is a hoax. There, the doors are falling apart before our eyes, the furniture in the hotel, the dining room is all dirty. Employees are pigs. There's only Karina on the reception, the best, since she's Russian! Everything else had to be demolished. Karina, special thanks for your patience and hard work! You're wonderful!

The hotel does not correspond to the stated 5💥 at all. The service is disgusting. On the 5th day of the stay, only when I brought the maid, the towels were replaced and the bed linen was changed at the same time. At the reception, upon check-in, the manager offered all arrivals to check in early for an additional fee and, allegedly, to the "best" room. Disgusting attitude towards hotel guests.
