I will tell you about the pros and cons of this hotel
Positive:
1. Private beach located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel building. Clean and equipped. There is a toilet next to the beach and a bar
2. Competent layout of the dining area, swimming pools, bars, recreation areas, etc.
3. Availability of playgrounds and children's pools
4. The cost of accommodation relative to other offers
5. View from the window
Minuses
1. Perhaps the most important disadvantage of the hotel is the food. Absolutely the same type and tasteless food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The number of dishes is not designed for all visitors. Meat (mainly chicken) is dry, over-salted or under-salted. There are 3 side dishes to choose from every day (rice, pasta and instant potatoes). There are few vegetables and fruits.
2. Cleanliness. I started my vacation by washing the bathtub from other people's hair.. The room was clean upon check-in, but then there were problems with cleaning. Neither bed linen nor towels were changed for us during the entire vacation, because by the 5th floor the large towels were running out. The cleaner came during the child's nap, there was no reaction to the request to clean up a little later. As a result, our room was fully cleaned 1 or 2 times during the entire vacation.
3. The staff. The cleaners do not understand English, Russian, or Turkish (when I showed the translation on the phone). The receptionists at the reception did not fulfill any request (I asked for sheets, towels, clothesline, water), none of this was brought to us despite promises. Waiters and bartenders are acting strangely. One of the waiters came up to us while we were eating and meowed in my daughter's ear (it was funny at first, but in the end it was very annoying). After being asked to pour a glass of cola without foam, I received a glass where the drink was 1/3 of the glass (everything else is foam), upon repeated request to pour a full glass without foam, the bartender poured water into the glass from a bucket where there was ice, saying that it was necessary "to remove the foam"
4. Condition of furniture and appliances
All the plumbing was in terrible condition: the toilet flush button was broken, the shower head was not regulated, it was very strong, like Kercher's, and it was extremely uncomfortable to take a shower; the faucet in the sink was also not in the best condition. All the high chairs in the dining room are dead and dirty. The legs of one of them were rewound with cling film, in which goosebumps were divorced
To sum up, I can say that you can go to this hotel solely for the sake of the sea. You will not receive proper service.
I don't understand people who leave positive feedback. I advise you not to engage in self-deception and, for comparison, go to a normal five-star hotel
There is a bus stop not far from the hotel. From there you can go to Alanya, walk around the city and see interesting places.

I liked the animation. Animation manager Taylan surprised with contests, a rich program, and vacationers were not bored. The evening entertainment programs surprised with their variety, it was very fun, friendly, incendiary. Special thanks to the beach bara employees, the guys worked hard, were very attentive, courteous, polite.
The room was cleaned wonderfully. The only negative thing was that the room had no balcony and no dryer for wet clothes, there was no refrigerator in the room either.
The cuisine was pleasing in its variety, the menu included fish, seafood, meat and.... Fruits, vegetables, herbs, sweets, were in abundance. There are sun beds, umbrellas on the beach, The shore is clean.

They never went hungry.Yes, maybe the food every day is not full of variety, but there is a choice.It would be possible to add more fruits, as apples, oranges and watermelon/melon get bored very quickly. A beautiful place, the hotel itself is beautiful, our room was with a side view of the sea. The beach is the first line, its own sun beds, umbrellas, towels. Hammam, sauna, massage, spa, shop. There is only food for 4 in the dining room, but a varied menu, there are fish and meat, greens, salads, in general, you will not stay hungry) entertainment program. 2 Bars on the street, drinks, cocktails, ice cream, there is everything for every taste. There is 1 bar inside the hotel, in the evening you can also have a drink, wi-fi is free only in the reception area, there is also a sofa, tables, you can sit and relax.

The hotel is big, but probably quite old, or looks like it.
The rooms overlook the construction site or the neighboring hotel from the side of the building.
The balconies are small and slightly turned towards the sea. In the front, large suite rooms overlook the sea.
Some switches, lamps, and a refrigerator do not work in the rooms
. The air conditioner broke twice, but it was fixed.
The key cards constantly stop working, you have to change them.
The safe is paid. $2-a day.
Otherwise, everything is quite good.
The main restaurant is large, there are always enough places, the staff in the restaurant and bars are excellent.
The kitchen is quite good, the assortment is large, fruits salads and main dishes. There are few confectionery products, otherwise there is enough of everything.
Of course, there are no refinements of any kind, but do not forget that this is a budget first line.
The territory of the hotel is large, two large swimming pools, a complex of slides in a separate pool, a small children's pool.
A children's town under a canopy, many shops. There are few flowers and plants, only a lawn and palm trees.
Table tennis, basketball, darts are among the entertainment options.
The sea is warm and very pleasant, but after the rain, the mountain river Alara spoils everything.
Small cold currents appear under the water throughout the beach and neighboring hotels.
The hotel has a small pier, you can jump from it.
The beach is small and medium pebbles, it will be difficult without special shoes.
The animation is "weak", lotteries among the guests and children's discos alternate.
Sometimes singers or dancers are invited to perform .
But rarely once a week.
The schedule of bars and restaurants is convenient, you can eat and or drink coffee from 7.00 to 24.00 alcohol from 10.00 to 24.00
The bars have everything, locally produced alcohol.
Alanya in 30 min.There is a bus or taxi service.
There are markets and shops near the hotel on both the left and right, the prices are exactly the same as in Alanya.
The hotel is generally normal for non-demanding vacationers.
But you won't go there a second time for sure.
The biggest disadvantage is the staff at the reception, they try to impose the worst room on you with the condition that in 2 days they will check into the best ones.They are trying in every possible way to get $10-20 out of you for nothing.
They come up with all sorts of excuses that if they did not give them money , they would be accommodated on different floors , etc .
They brazenly demand to give it and that's it.
After such a reception, you only notice the disadvantages.
In general, I didn't like the hotel anymore, there are a lot of minuses, of the pluses it's the sea and the river spoils everything, the hotel's territory is more or less, bars and food like in other hotels.
The housekeeping and reception staff only pretend to be working.
Well, of course, it does not pull at 5 stars at all.
The only advantage is the proximity to the sea.
I would like to write separately about the Yamal carrier, all well done, pleasant and friendly staff.
With a flight of only 4 hours , we were very well fed , which we were very surprised by .It was in September 2023.

There was a case when the children went there in the evening, when an employee came and started yelling at everyone and immediately kicked them out, it was very unpleasant.
Everything in the room is old, the bathroom door is torn off, my child refused to get into the bath for the first few days because it was wildly uncomfortable, not clean, old…
The room was cleaned every day, they just took out the garbage. The bed linen and towel were not changed. The child found some medicines under the bed, it was unpleasant.
As for the food, we were pleased only with pancakes for breakfast and good coffee. But the rest - you can't walk around. French fries are tasteless, you come a little later than 19, everything is sorted.
In general, I did not like the hotel, absolutely indifferent people work at the reception
The territory is not bad, everything is interestingly thought out, but it would be good if we brought everything to mind.

We had a rest in June 2024.
The hotel was offered by a tour operator, so we chose it first, then read the reviews)) And, they are true.
He doesn't pull 5* anymore. He wins by the location on the 1st line, but everything has been tired for a long time ... furniture, rooms ... the territory is more or less well-groomed, decently. The pool is clean, it is being monitored. We cleaned it almost every night, well done.
The food is not varied, the same thing every day. You won't stay hungry, but you won't have much choice. There are no fruits, apples and oranges are nothing to talk about.
We paid extra for a room of $ 30 for a week with WiFi (it's in the lobby only), even by the pool there is no minus. The room is more or less with a sea view on the 5th floor, but even he was very "tired", dead, dirty, there were other people's hair in the bathroom when checking in ... We saw other vacationers have a room at a nearby hotel, of course the view is boring, without Wifi, the condition is similar.
The room cleaning is so-so, the linen has not been changed. There were 2 towels at check-in, although the three of us had a rest and only on the 3rd day we managed to convey to them that there should be towels for everyone! The beginning of our vacation was marred by the loss of luggage from the transfer. I had to connect to travel agents from Russia so that the luggage could be found.

Rooms: we had family rooms, bed linen was made and THAT was IT. One face towel for four, there were no bathhouses at all.
Cleaning is zero. After a week of requests for help with cleaning, we had to contact the reception, where we were pointed out to the girl. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name, but she quickly resolved this issue, for which we were very grateful, but still they do cleaning very poorly, the mirrors are dirty, dust is everywhere, hair, only bed linen is changed, and every time it was necessary to beg for bath accessories. Cleaning is minus one.
The hotel itself is tired, it has long needed major repairs.
The Wi-Fi in the rooms is perfect, the hotel is good. Life hack - in the sea, you can connect to the Wi-Fi of other hotels.
Territory : small but compact, everything is there
Food: breakfast is traditional, no frills, but you will not stay hungry
I especially want to focus on the dishes - reading the reviews, it seemed that it was not so important, but live dirty glasses that were missing, plates with chips, dirty cutlery - it's terrible. My appetite always dropped.
The waiters are trying, but their manner of throwing crumbs off the tables onto the floor was outraged.
The pools are good, clean, gozleme - special thanks to Patimat, they worked from morning to evening.
Sea: pebbles, be sure to take special shoes with you. But very clean and warm.
Would I have returned to this hotel?
Yes, if the cleaning had not been let down, and the dining room had been put in full order + renovation of the hotel.
In the future, free transport goes to Alara bazaar, which was not mentioned in the hotel.

We had a rest in early September, from the very entrance to the hotel it became clear that it does not even pull 4 stars.
We waited at the reception for 30 minutes until someone came up to us, although everyone was staggering past and just looking at us. Then, when they finally came to us, we were taken to our "chic", "best" hotel room, yes, the view from the room is of course super. Corner balcony, excellent view. But that's all. There are no more advantages. According to the attached photos, it's obvious what a super number it is. Everything is broken, stripped, and there are traces of paint or blood on the floor. Dirt and stuff. Room cleaning was extremely rare, considering that we hung a sign on the handle asking us to clean up.
The food, I must say right away, as in all 4-5 * hotels, everything is monotonous and not very tasty, but it's a lot of places, if you want delicious and varied, pay x2.
Alcohol, although ultra all inclusive, is only local. Don't count on something normal.
Animation....It's actually something...15 minutes of alcohol contests, after children's animation 40-50 minutes, and every day the same thing!!!!
It's easy to get to Alanya, but it's a 45-minute drive, which is also not pleasant.
The territory of the hotel is small, but there is nothing to do, and passing by the outdoor toilet behind the bar, you can leave everything you ate for dinner. It even stank on the beach.
To lie down by the pool on a sunbed, you need to carry a towel on it at 6 a.m., otherwise there is no way.
The sea is clean, but the private beach is VERY dirty. There are not enough sunbeds in vain, again, you will be very lucky if you find a free one, and most importantly not broken!!!
The overall impression is a maximum of 3*, no more.

The price tags were pushed up as far as possible, by the end of October, when the evenings were already cool and the sea water was even more expensive for an amateur. The staff behaves as if you are annoying flies, saving in everything, drinks, food, not tasty and monotonous, well, actually we are going beyond the sea and the sun, in general, you can relax at 3, tk does not exactly pull for 5 stars, there is no animation at all, I am not that a fan of discos, well, the despondency in everything is incredible, in general, we were looking forward to leaving home. We took 210rubles for two people from October 5 to 10, arrived late at 6 o'clock, in general, on the 5th but 23.30, settled for one night in a family room, packed in trash, with some vomit on the carpet, barely waited for the morning to move the fuck out of it! Then they gave a more or less normal number. Cleaning is not important to me, we practically do not mess up, we even screwed up swans a couple of times, there is a hair dryer, gel shampoo and conditioner, for 150 rubles for two it would be normal, but it is not worth going for more than 200k and spoiling your mood, there are 4 rooms and 3 rooms where you can relax with great comfort) I definitely do not recommend it

Two swimming pools, the sea is nearby.
Of the disadvantages, this is wi-fi only in the lobby, but if you give $ 20 for a tip, they will check into a room where wi-fi catches. We did not check it ourselves, but took it through the e-sim application for $ 10 per month with 10 GB.
There are not enough umbrellas at all on the beach, so you need to borrow before breakfast and do not hand over towels as they are given out only at 9 am.
If you live on the 5th floor, it takes a very long time to get down since the elevator stops on each floor, but there are 2 more elevators nearby.
In the middle of the day, they turn on a couple of slides and in the other pool the slides do not work, so it's sad.
If possible, check out the nearby Alarcha Hotel, which has an entire indoor beach and a water park, and every night there is a performance.
And I can tell you right away that the grand bazaar is more expensive than the hotel itself! It is better to go to the left from the hotel and there is a shop with fixed prices nearby, an ordinary shop with beer and cigarettes. The free bus to the Grand Bazaar departs from the hotel at 20:00. It is red in color.
If you smoke GLO, you will not find sticks here, keep in mind there are none in Turkey

We rested at this hotel from 16.10.24 - 27.10.24. I'll say right away, it's just money and time spent. The first hotel that managed to ruin our vacation, although I don't consider us picky tourists!
And now it's okay.
1) All 3 of us have contracted rotovirus!!! The child on the 3rd day, the wife on the 5th, I on the 7th. 7 days from vacation we were just in the room, then we ate only tea and bread, we couldn't even look at the rest. There were a lot of people in the hotel with the same problem.
2) Dirty rooms, the carpet is stained all over the hotel. The cleaners, even after tipping, still do not clean willingly.(There are no washing vacuum cleaners!!)
3) Elevators barely work, (buttons) the elevator just can't be called. Wait until someone arrives on your floor.
4) There is no animation, from the word at all, for 11 days there were 3-4 performances by invited guests. (Entertain yourself)
5) We did not drink alcohol, but the hotel guests said that there were problems with it too, rarely was there anything except beer.
6) There are always dirty plates and utensils in the restaurant, it feels like they are just rinsing them with water! Horror.
The only advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the sea, so now decide for yourself.

The hotel got 5 stars only because someone wiped the curl off 3 and added a dash! The hotel is old and dirty. Broken furniture, peeling paint and rust are everywhere. Elevators live their own lives and go where they want, not where you need to go. All the stated (animation, shows, wi-fi) is present, but at a minimum, two animators for all events, in Russian only through an online translator.
The food is standard except beef meat. He hasn't been here once in a week! If you want to eat at a clean table, wipe it yourself, also with cutlery.
Mini club from 10 to 12 and from 14-30 to 17 and that's it! A 4x4 meter hut that stinks of mold on a lawn with slides and swings. The territory is not only not protected from the sun, but not even fenced! It is unclear to whom and how to entrust your child.
Room cleaning is a separate topic. Not every day, just taking the trash out of the room and making beds. Wash the used toilet paper safely down the toilet, because no one will take out the bucket. Do not rely on swans from towels, even leaving a tip.
What is missing from what should be in a 5*:
a gift beach bag with the hotel logo;
lifeguards on the beach and in the water park;
outdoor clock;
tableau with date, air and water temperature;
weekly event schedules;
tea set in the room;
slippers
If you don't want to spoil your vacation with disappointment, then don't set foot in the fart!

In the evening, when we came to the room, we had a fume, as if meat and fish were fried right in our room. And the hotel is stuffy everywhere , in the dining room, yes, in the dining room, there is no other way to call this place, it is not possible to be , probably it's all on purpose so that people can't stand it for a long time and leave . There were a long time ago when the hotel was called the 5* Porto Azurro Delta. Nice modern two-room rooms, delicious food and a memorable table for a Turkish night with a flaming ice cream cake, an excellent selection of seafood. The territory is small, but everything is very conveniently located: the sea is a step away, a beautiful amphitheater with evening animation and the anthem of the hotel. It would be good if all this were preserved.
One disadvantage was for me - a mountain river flows into the sea nearby and the water is mixed in layers with cold. Someone, on the contrary, liked this contrast...

I stayed at this hotel in early September 2023.The budget five, the rooms are poorly cleaned, it could have been better. The staff is polite, good-natured and there are a lot of Russian speakers, which is a very big plus. The food is good, who writes that there is nothing so people just climbed in, there is always a choice of meat, chicken and fish, vegetables, greens, olives, etc., you will definitely not stay hungry, there is even a diet menu. The alcohol is good, of course, don't expect martinis here, but whiskey, vodka, belis, beer, wine, cocktails will all be here! The pools are clean, everything is always cleaned and cleaned, well done. There is simply no animation, as many times as they want and they will start, they were called to the games a couple of times during the 2 weeks of vacation. Water polo is an entertainment for 10 minutes, no more, then they take it faster and faster, and also darts "we won't call anyone, we'd better rest when no one comes." Aqua aerobics is not held every day, and if you are lucky enough to get to it, you will not have enough for everyone without a "sausage" and you will just march in the water and sometimes throw your leg up, because none of the animation knows how water aerobics should look, but during the event they smile with all their mouths "how fun", vacationers are shocked. The evening show is announced at 21:30, but in fact, at what time I want to spend, and if I don't want to, I won't spend at all. The guests came, they sat and waited, "in 10 .. 5 .. minutes we will start," they did not start, they said thank you, we are leaving, the guests left in shock.
The territory itself is small and just sooo dirty, no one wants to clean up, no one throws the locals in the trash, smokes wherever he wants and leaves garbage everywhere as if on purpose.

Yes, there is scant food, but it is there and it is impossible to stay completely hungry all day long. Yes, the hotel is old and damaged, in general, all the reviews about it are really true. Alcohol is terrible, if you need alcohol, then stock it in duty free. But at the end of the vacation, I found my advantages in the delta))) - this is a gorgeous turquoise sea, the sun, a cozy green area, with a child is a good option where everything is within walking distance. This is not the first time in Turkey and of course this hotel is the worst of all my previous vacations. In general, the conclusion is: if you manage to snag a very cheap ticket to this hotel, then you can relax, if the main thing for you is the sea, the sun and the beach, if you want the beauty of the hotel building, a variety of food and constant movements with animators, then you have nothing to do here. I will voice the cons:the lid on the toilet is not fixed at all, the towel was changed 2 times in 10 days and then the second time they ran after the maid themselves, the mini-bar so-called small refrigerator did not cool at all. Now about the food, there has never been any normal meat, everything is veiled with vegetables with gravies, bread is only white, in the morning there is a queue for an omelet, there is a queue for pancakes. The beach is pebbly, it is extremely difficult for elderly people to go into and out of the sea, they had to buy special slippers. There was nothing to do in the evening, once there was live music, the rest of the days drunken voiceless karaoke screamed. Of the 10 paid days of the voucher, the rest was 8 days, because 2 days were completely spent on the road, checked into the hotel at 22 o'clock, and left the hotel at 1:30 am. And we were lucky with the weather, all the days were sunny + 28 gr.

There is also a snack bar on the street by the pool, but it also tastes like an amateur, burger and fries are served there. They give ice cream every day, the ice cream was very tasty. The food seemed bland to us. Unfortunately, there are few photos with food. The rooms are not in bad condition, but the hotel itself is quite old. Cleaning is carried out at the request of the client. The territory is not very large . But clean . The pools are clean. The minus , of course, is so big for me that Wi-Fi is only available at the reception. There is no pool on the street. We rested from 09/21/2023 with a family of 10 nights. Briefly about the hotel, it's definitely not a five, a maximum of four. The rooms are not cleaned at all, only garbage is taken away. Towels are not changed. We repeatedly talked at the reception, they promised to change the cleaning, but everything remained as it is. Upon check-in, they offer either a room without a balcony, or for a fee with a sea view. We refused and were settled with a balcony, but with a view of another hotel. By the way, about the check-in, they only check in at 14:00. We arrived in the morning at 8:30. They persuaded us to settle in early. In the hotel, the stairs smell of sewage for some reason. About food, I can say that there is not much variety, but we were basically satisfied. Like everywhere else in Turkey, everything is included. The beach is clean, sandy and pebbly. There is a river near the hotel, you can go fishing. The entrance to the sea is normal, but it's still better to swim in coral, because there are large pebbles. In general, we will not choose this hotel for rest anymore.

The room is broken, there is mold in the shower, terrible smells in the dining room (it cannot be called a restaurant), the food is of the same type and not tasty, you can stand for an omelet in the morning for up to 20 minutes... And the cherry on the cake is dirty dishes (I always had to wipe them with napkins)!!!! Ice cream is given from 14-30 to 16-00, stand behind it for 30 minutes.On the 5th day, the child became ill, they took him to the hospital (put on a drip), the result was ROTOVIRUS, then I felt sick and I already went, upon arrival in Moscow, my wife also felt sick.... Bottom line , AVOID THIS PLACE !!! It's better to have no rest at all than here!

Without stopping. Many people write about the cold water from the flowing river, this is a coincidence, but when it rains in the mountains, the coastal strip turns brown.
There will not be enough sun beds on the beach when the hotel is full.
The well-groomed area means lawn mowing, geraniums in flowerpots and petunias
The slides in the pool are old, and in some places the support pipes have rusted through.

The showers on the beach broke down during the first two days. And then there was only 1 shower and a queue for it. We haven't seen such a meal in 5*.. We have been vacationing in Turkey 7 times, only 5 * have something to compare with. We came to dinner, there is a queue for plates, another for forks. They snatch them out of each other's hands. There is no choice. Horns, rice, naked skumri backs and a chicken of the same kind, and it's not clear what kind of bird is on the grill, no meat, potatoes. Tomatoes and cucumbers are made from vegetables, as well as everywhere else. Corn is scarce. Of the fruits, only watermelons, oranges, unripe plums and apples. Although August is the month of strawberries and cherries.... At breakfast, there is nothing to take boiled eggs and an omelet, for which there is a queue for 30 minutes. They start cooking at 8 a.m., although breakfast starts at 7. 1 person is cooked in one pan with 100% occupancy of the hotel, there is no animation, rotten. They only do drawings on a T-shirt and on a bag for money with children. All animators are sluggish, it is clear that they do not want to spend anything. And we are always used to participating everywhere. There is not a single Russian-speaking animator, it is very difficult, especially for children. In other hotels nearby, you can hear fun, contests, games, dancing. For 303,000 for 10 days, two of which fall out completely, such a hotel is not worth it for 3 adults and 1 child 6 years old. The price is too high. The rest continues... But we will not come to this hotel anymore. Let the administration read the review and draw conclusions. I'm not exaggerating and we're not picky.
