Hello. For the first time we bought a tour in 1tour.company called "Classic Moscow" 19.12-12/23/2024. The tour took a long time to choose, because the choice was huge among travel companies, and we were disappointed because, apparently, the group was not recruited, and we were transferred to another group from the Bi-Tour company without prior notification. As a result, we had to drive through Moscow traffic jams to the railway station and wait for other tourists. We travel a lot and there is something to compare it with. But we definitely won't go with the Bi-Tour company anymore. Julia, the Bi-Tour company's escort, answered all our questions in monosyllables: deal with your company. Well, there's nothing to add. Be careful not to spoil your vacation.

From the very beginning, from the moment the tour was selected and almost to the actual departure, Maria accompanied me at every stage of preparation. We mostly communicated remotely, which was very convenient for me, because it saved me a lot of time. The documents were collected on time, the visa was received, the vacation took place! Now actually about the rest. I chose a sightseeing bus tour of Europe with a vacation in the south of Italy, in Puglia. My expectations were fully met! I visited the eternal and great Rome (this year, however, all in scaffolding), fell in love with the fabulous Matera, Alberobello and Ostuni, lounged on the beach, luxuriated in the warm sea, got to know the local cuisine closely. Thanks to the First travel company for their help in organizing your vacation! Just yesterday we returned from a tour to Greece with a vacation at the sea in Olympiaki Akti. An interesting route, where we were able to visit Budapest, Belgrade and Eger. During a vacation at sea, we went to Meteora and Olympus. A nice hotel by the sea is the Parthenon Art, near the beach and numerous cafes where we had lunch and dinner. I especially recommend the fish restaurant "Το Vησάκι" very close to the hotel. Large portions, tasty and inexpensive. Special thanks to our accompanying group Daria! Everything was clear, well-coordinated and fun. And the adventures of the basin will be remembered separately, of course) A good bus and professional drivers are also a big plus. It was not easy to pay for the tour, because we are not citizens of Russia and Belarus, nevertheless, all issues were resolved and our tour took place. We went on a trip with my husband! With The First Travel Company! Dresden-Paris-Luxembourg bus tour. I don't even know how to briefly describe everything that happened! It was wonderful!!!! Starting from signing a contract, communicating with managers Maria and Katya! Everything is so professional! And patiently) Because we asked questions, I understand that sometimes they are naive, due to our adult age) But the girls explained everything patiently! Visa support, the French embassy has opened a visa for six months! The beginning of the trip, the queue at the border… Everything was thought out, they even sent an empty bus ahead to the queue, and they took us on another one. As a result of the delay at the border, I had to go at night, and at the hotel I only had breakfast and put myself in order. But even this did not overshadow the trip! Accompanying Alexander, this is generally a separate story, he is so professional, he tried his best to brighten up our time on long trips! It is not enough to have information, you still need to convey it to the audience! And I wanted to listen and listen to him! Handled all the problems, very reliable! Dresden is good! Paris- wow! But I fell in love with Luxembourg immediately and irrevocably! In general, there are so many impressions from the trip that on the third day after arrival all thoughts are there))) Hotels for 2-3** are good! Especially in Poland, the breakfasts are great! In France, of course, everything is more modest) but we had enough! The drivers are professionals! The bonus for some force majeure situations was the absence of buses in front of us at the border) Everything went quickly enough. There are very nice girls working there, professionals in their field. I especially appreciate that everything is honestly told, without embellishment, and warned about all the pitfalls. If you choose some dubious 3* hotel, then you will not be told fairy tales that you will go to heaven))) In the process of registration, everything is clear, fast and understandable. I also want to mention a good PTK website, where you can easily view and select various tours on your own. The vacation is super, we really liked Thailand 😍 The first is Russia. We were a little shocked that our cards didn't work there at all, even Alfa Bank. For information: in addition to Mir, Belkart passes there. The flight is certainly difficult (too long), but it's worth it. The hotel is super, rooms, food, cleaning - everything is fine. The beach is also great. In general, the Kata area is calm (my husband says boring) more for a family and relaxing holiday. If without children, then it's better on Patong. But since a taxi is not expensive (about 20 rubles in one direction), you can drive. Elephants were fed, walked on Bangla Road, went to the temple, looked at the aquarium, there were transvestites shows too, even climbed the Buddha themselves. In general, we didn't sit there :) the maximum program was completed. We took excursions from the tour operator, it turned out cheaper than if we bought entrance tickets ourselves. Priper: 1 ticket to the aquarium costs 1400 baht. We took a survey for $ 25 per person: here they brought us to the temple, to the aquarium, lunch and where without shops (this is of course a minus, but it was expected).
