An interesting advertisement on Instagram. Everything beautifully shows how cars are repaired. I decided to make an appointment with them to inspect the car for sandblasting and anti-corrosion treatment with hidden cavities. I arrived at the appointed time, the car was lifted, everything was carefully examined. The car is old, but in general they said that everything is still alive and not as bad as it could be. There was only one threshold in question for overcooking, and not all of it, but they said this to the wish. The price was sent 3 days later and only after my clarifications. The price was SHOCKING! 5+ thousand rubles. I'm afraid to find out the price if you still need to digest something. Apparently, there are enough customers and prices are just pointing fingers at the sky.
But this approach did not suit me. I will not contact you here anymore.
P.S. in other places, prices for the same work are 2.5 times cheaper.

I ordered them to process the trunk and all the cavities inside. As a result , everything was filled in , including rubber bands and drain drains, with this compound . Half a year later, rust began to appear near the inside of the headlights. Right through this processing . I poked around. And you know what? They didn't even prepare the surface. They just filled the trunk for $ 500 without cleaning and removing everything that is needed for processing .
Good service stations do not need advertising. And their advertising is beautiful , but in fact, Eugene is just deceiving people with prices from the ceiling and works for a sucker.

Everything was disassembled and what was my surprise when there was enough rust under the tank, and the beam, and the protections. They cut it off and holes popped out there. Not too big, but unpleasant. Our salt on the roads is just terrible! The masters offered solutions and, of course, I chose to cook these moments so that in a year or two I would not cook large areas. The first of the two cars was processed by these guys a few years ago, when they were in another place, the second recently, and here they have expanded, so they are developing, so people trust them, like my family. The quality is at the highest level., someone will say expensive, and I will say high quality.

I found out about the service by accident from tik tok. I was thinking whether it was worth going, I decided to try. As a result: the welding work was done without complaints, the bottom was repaired qualitatively. Since I was on a business trip, I asked the craftsmen to send me photos of the completed works.
Surprisingly, they reacted quickly and answered questions. Later I went for an inspection, everything was in perfect condition.

I came to these guys in the winter on Golf, cooked wheel niches and thresholds. The repair was delayed for a couple of days, but it was done efficiently, processed. I'll start from the beginning. It was necessary to digest the rear arch. I brought the car on Monday. They promised to do it in a couple of days (according to them, work for the day + order a repair kit). They called back on Tuesday, said that the supplier would bring the repair kit on Friday and the car would be ready by Monday. I'm calling on Monday, the car is not ready, they said it will be ready by Tuesday, at most by Wednesday morning. I called on Wednesday morning, they had something wrong again, someone got sick or something, as a result, they said they would be ready by Thursday morning. I'm calling on Thursday morning. And what do you think? By Friday morning, it will definitely be ready. This time they didn't cheat, on Friday morning it was really ready, I was even surprised) In parallel, during the repair, they found themselves additional work, the price for which they really charge from the ceiling (for example, removing the rear bumper is 100 rubles, of course I apologize, but there are 6 bolts and 15 minutes of work). And you can't do anything and you won't refuse, the arch has already been cut. This suggests that these guys absolutely do not carry out any preliminary work to determine the full list of works, determine the REAL preliminary cost and REAL deadlines. Which is absolutely not customer-oriented and does not inspire confidence.
Point 2 of my poem is the quality of the work.
There were two repair kits to choose from, our Belarusian self-bending window sills, and the original factory stamping. The choice fell on the original, although the price difference was 5 times (340p). The advantages are obvious: the welder will not need to make a bunch of cuts and seams so that the repair kit somehow fits, the painter will only have to use his finger with putty, draw along the seam and you can paint, the quality of the metal, etc. I didn't want to be cheap, a miser pays twice. I must say right away, I'm not a body builder and I don't really understand bodywork. I came to pick up the car, I see that it's crooked somehow, this welded piece is sunk inside. I was sharply assured that this is how it should be, putty fits there and blah blah blah. Well, I believed it, I don't really understand anything about it. And so, finally, I came to the house painter. I have never heard such a lot of matting in the direction of the work done. Firstly, the metal overheated, bumps went up the wing. Secondly, a recessed welded spare part is not an idea, but a welder's handshake. And as a result, a huge amount of putty had to be put there to bring it all back to normal. And my desire to do the best by buying a Zovod repair kit for inadequate money has gone to waste. They mercilessly mutilated him. As the painter said: "you could have bought an arch from a trolleybus, the same result would have turned out." And the cherry on the cake turned out to be that they twisted the nut on the wheel and left it as it is. And this is generally some kind of inadequacy, but at the same time it completely shows their attitude and responsibility to work.
On the plus side, they were treated well, judging by the photos and from the words of the painter.
People, please think before contacting here, I strongly advise against it.

Despite the attractive website and Instagram profile, the service of this service station leaves much to be desired. I gave the car to the threshold to be overcooked. I spent a lot of time explaining my request, as a result, my requests were not fulfilled the first time, some details were simply forgotten. I had to repeatedly check the quality of the work performed, call, write, clarify, since there is no quality control of my own. Upon completion of the work, the final processing was not performed, if I had not asked to lift the car myself in order to make sure of the result, they would have given it to me. As a result, I came in vain, I had to go again. When re-lifting the machine, the craftsmen incorrectly installed the machine on the lift, which caused deformation of the jack. Mudguards were attached to cheap screws, which was not notified. There was also no priming before painting. I do not recommend it. They ask for a lot of money, the quality of the work leaves much to be desired, nerves and time are a pity.
