Быстро доставили и даже сами предложили списать бонусы с прошлой покупки, о которых я забыл.

В итоге цветы доставили без открытки, возврат за неё тоже пришлось выпрашивать
Два бала , из-за того что девушка продавец не захотела делать букет из цветов которые нам понравились, сказав "- что их я не продам т.к. они ещё не попили воды!( "
