This is not the first time I have ordered flowers from this store and I am always satisfied. The flowers are fresh, the delivery is on time, and the decoration is always top notch! My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers and a Scandinavian salmon cake this time – it was such a pleasant and unexpected end to the day. The bouquet was beautiful, but the cake is just great! I didn't even expect that such an unusual gift would be so harmoniously combined with flowers. A 10% bonus on the next order is also a very nice feature that keeps you coming back. In general, if you want to pleasantly surprise yourself and your loved ones, I recommend it!

Hello!!! I want to express my displeasure or perplexity, I ordered lilies from you, according to you, they just arrived. Lilies usually stand for at least a week, but your flowers stood for a day, even the unopened buds fell off, just from the stem. How do you explain this? I threw money away!!!!
I do not recommend this store!!!
I've never seen this with Lilies before. The flowers just started to dry, and not the opened buds, not that they began to open, but just a completely closed bud fell off the stem. Why lie about the fact that they were just brought to you. Or they were not stored correctly or were brought in bad faith and transportation was disrupted. Definitely, this store no longer exists for me. A spoiled impression!

On the evening of 03/04/2025, a bouquet was bought, and on the evening of 03/06/2025, some of the flowers from the bouquet (lilies) turned into "dried flowers" and some of the flowers (roses, gerberas and carnations) did not change in appearance, provided that all the flowers were properly cared for. When contacting the store by phone, the employee said that "flowers are unpredictable and this is a living organism" and "you saw what you bought." This conversation ended my long-term shopping history at this flower shop. Customer orientation is not their forte, as well as the freshness of flowers in bouquets from the showcase. I'm not coming back here, and I wouldn't recommend it to you.

I've been wanting to buy a bouquet of dried flowers for a long time. I planned it. That I would come. I will be able to see at least a few bouquets that are on the site, It turned out that in fact such bouquets cannot be collected. They offered the seller to collect a similar bouquet, they left for a while so as not to interfere. Of course, she collected it, but she put up the price 1.5-2 times higher than the prices that are presented as advertising. On the website, such a bouquet costs from 32 to 65 rubles, but in fact we paid 84 rubles. The wish of the store administration is to bring the site in line with prices and assortment, and all flowers presented in the store should have price tags so as not to mislead customers. I plan to visit the store again in a couple of weeks. I want to evaluate how the administration of the Pervotsvet store reacts to comments and does everything so that this does not happen again..

On holidays, the quality is checked, and it's a shame when you prepare in advance, order 2 bouquets and on day "X" you stand in the store in tears. Because a huge part of the flowers in the composition does not have a marketable appearance. And all they offer you is some leftovers. Why not admit that the flowers don't look fresh. For 15 minutes they tried to prove to me that this is how it should be, and I don't understand anything. As a result, one of the bouquets had to be completely replaced. And the bouquet that we left, the price on the website and the price that they announced to me was for some reason new, they counted the packaging and something else. Although it is included in the price on the website. And everything would be fine, but they messed up with the delivery, I provided all the necessary information, but the courier calls me and says, "do you have flower delivery, are you at the address?" and it was said that the delivery was from children or from a son, but they said from a daughter ... and I'm not her daughter, I'm ordinary the manager who ordered the flowers, and she doesn't have a daughter at all. No one apologized, did not provide any bonus. It's like this is how it should be. Just making money, I'm sure on normal days the guys are good, but on holidays — it's not worth counting on them.
