She worked for 10 minutes, was rude, and insulted me for putting my savings card on the tray in front of the cashier. The irritated, hateful tone spoiled the mood for a long time. The buyer "shouts" at her, like a queen. Thanks to the administration for teaching the cashiers how to find change without resentment. Now, please teach us how to treat customers culturally and kindly. If their cultural level does not allow it, let them work in silence or go to do simpler work. The assortment is normal, spacious, and you can freely use trolleys, unlike the stores of the Moloko retail chain (which is important for a disabled person). But the prices are high, and some products are even very high. But the main thing for which I lowered the rating is the underweight of the product, which, as it turns out, happens in the store. Now I will not make purchases in the specified store. I bought powdered milk. Weight 400 g. The product is not weighted. When I came home, I found (not immediately) that there were less than 350 g in the pack. The receipt has been saved. Unfortunately, the milk powder in our stores in Donetsk is only from one packer. This Is the Benchmark. The packaging is disgusting in my opinion. And it is impossible to understand whose fault it is that the milk in the pack turned out to be less than the prescribed amount. It is impossible to contact the packer and make claims.
The packaging does not stand up to criticism. The package, like the box itself, opens and closes without problems. No autopsy marks. And therefore such an assessment. Information on the package: Packaged by FLP Lebedev V. O. V. Tereshkova str., 30. The phone is still Ukrainian. There is no e-mail. And this packer has such packaging for other goods: breadcrumbs, mustard powder, starch. Therefore, I suggest that the administration of the retail chain force the entrepreneur to change the packaging of the goods, or abandon his goods.
