The ancient city of Petra (the capital of Idumea) is located in the South of Jordan. The craftsmanship of people without modern tools, who created palaces in the rocks thousands of years ago, is impressive.

I advise everyone to go there at least once in their life. Petra))) We were traveling from Egypt. It takes 3 hours by bus from Sharma to Taba, 1 hour by ferry to Aqaba, and another three hours to Petra by bus. But for the sake of such beauty, it's worth being patient.
