Location: the nearest beach is 5 minutes away, 10-15 minutes walk to Nissi Beach. 3 minutes to the street of bars with nightlife, but it is quiet and peaceful near the hotel. The territory is compact and well maintained. The apartment has the usual old furniture, but everything is in good condition, there is a comfortable kitchenette with all necessary utensils, a spacious terrace with plastic chairs and a table. The pool is cleaned and checked according to the standards. It was cleaned every day. The breakfasts are not for gourmets, but they are there, scrambled eggs, yogurt and rolls are delicious. There are plenty of cafes around.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, the location is convenient, everything is nearby, shops, cafes, bars, 2 km to the beach (vatia gonia) a quiet bay, waves were rare. The rooms are quiet if the neighbors do not walk all night, who, judging by the conversation at home at this time of the day. The staff is friendly, those who do not speak Russian are trying. I recommend a holiday hotel.

Great hotel! It is located, not close to the sea, of course, but if you have a car, or like to walk, then it's not a problem. The most important thing is an excellent price/quality ratio! The rooms are clean, the mattresses are comfortable, and the air conditioners do their job perfectly. There is parking for a car. The city center is just around the corner. The street of bars is very close, which is convenient, while you can't hear the music at all. I highly recommend the hotel!

Despite the distance from the coastline, I was completely satisfied with this hotel. The presence of a kitchen in the room, daily cleaning, excellent service, a clean swimming pool on site, and the design of the hotel itself is quite authentic, in blue and white colors.
Since we were going to enjoy the sea not on one beach at the hotel, but on 10 in 10 days.
By the way, for party-goers, the hotel will be convenient, since bar street is very close.
I recommend this hotel.

A great hotel, we stayed in it for almost a week, the coolest thing is its location, as close as possible to the most crowded street, and at the same time remotely enough so that the sounds of the party did not reach it!
The rooms are clean, air conditioning is working, the rooms are spacious, before going to bed you can sit on the porch for half an hour to read a book in the open air, or by the pool.
There is always an employee at the Reception who is ready to help and tell you what and how. In short, like it!

The apartments, in general, are good! There is a small kitchen, all utensils, kitchen utensils, air conditioning and TV are new! There is a faucet with good drinking water on site (if you don't want to buy)! The breakfasts are continental , you can eat enough . The location is excellent ( near the bar street), but you can't hear anything because it stands on a quiet street. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away. Nissi Beach is about 20-25 minutes on foot (you don't walk in summer), but in autumn it's the best. I had a rest at the end of September

Not a bad hotel.
On the downside, the air conditioner practically does not work; the bartender does not know how to make cocktails.
Otherwise, there are only advantages. The room was cleaned every day; the cook in the kitchen prepares excellent delicious dishes. Clean pool, fresh renovation. Location - within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and cafes. And at the same time - on the outskirts, it is quiet and cool in the evenings.

The hotel with rooms and apartments is just great!! We rested here with my husband in August 2021, we really liked everything, the room has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, in general, all conditions for recreation. Our room had 2 rooms, a bathroom with toilet combined, but quite spacious, a large balcony-terrace. The service is wonderful, the bed linen was changed often, towels every other day or two. When violent young people settled in the next room, screaming from early in the morning, we turned to the reception, the hotel staff did well - they reacted immediately, made a remark to them, the screams stopped. Thank you very much, we will definitely come here again for a vacation!

Not a bad hotel for your money. Large rooms with a kitchen, refrigerator and a minimum set of dishes. They are carefully cleaned daily. Mostly young people and couples with children. There are no pensioners! It's a long way to good beaches. But, for this purpose, a car or buggy is rented. Bar Street is about 200 meters from the hotel.

Prices are like for 4*, there is no food, there are no shops nearby, pool 1 and no one disinfects the water in it, there are no views from the window: either a wasteland, or a road, or the wall of a neighboring building…
The rooms are half-empty in terms of furnishings and with ants. In a word, a cheap hostel!
And most importantly: the nearest normal beach is 40 minutes on foot in the heat, 20 minutes to the bus ... The beaches marked on the map at 300m are not beaches, but a mound of sand on the rocks, there is no descent into the water!
In a word, the Cypriots are fucked up, the prices are breaking, the quality is 0.

So we came from Cyprus!! It was October 17, 2021 in Petrosian!! We put a solid three! Guys, you can't cook eggs for breakfast like that ((The staff is Russian-speaking! KORSARKA BEACH IS 10 MINUTES FROM THE SEA. The hotel is located on a quiet street, there are no discos. The twilight markets are also a 5-minute walk away. In short, I advise you!!

The hotel made a mistake and settled us in a one-room room instead of a two-room one, and on the same day could not solve anything, because other people were settled in our room. Breakfast is already brought on a plate, the same thing every day: an egg, cheese, ham, two mini rolls and toast with butter. A choice of tea or coffee. They were carrying luggage to the third floor, there is no elevator. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent.

We had a vacation last year . It turned out to be an overlap with the check - in , we spent the night in another hotel . The pool is certainly not as big as in the picture ((, But we don't need it, we went to the sea. It 's a little far from the beach . The hotel is located by the road, next to the street of bars. The key to the room is one , the second one is simply not provided . The rooms are not bad, we had a studio.breakfasts are monotonous , as well as everywhere else . The staff is polite. It 's worth 4 .
