Abruptly, on the road, an error popped up - an engine malfunction. Up to this point, there were no questions about starting the engine, it did not work, it did not puff, everything is always normal. They brought a Peugeot 2018 tow truck to check the control unit, so the electricians had an error on the issue of the control unit, they turned out to have no software to check this year's car. They all insisted that the problems were in the injectors and the injection pump. When we asked, is this exactly the problem? We were told that they did not know for sure. They will do this job - they will take a lot of money from us. And if that's not the problem, they'll keep looking.
They were only asked to blow through the fuel hoses, so they got into the injectors (despite the fact that they do not even have a stand where to check them - why bother at all)
As a result, they took the car back with a tow truck and took it to another service station. It turned out that the injectors were no longer ours, but signed with a marker 1,2,3,4 - It is unlikely that the French marked them in this way, they were all rusty, as if they had been kept in the water for a year. All nozzles can be replaced (((

I gave the car for repair. We did it for almost a month, although initially the deadline was a maximum of a week, the price tag was doubled, after completion, although we initially agreed and discussed all the nuances. And during the repair process, they could not clearly explain why the deadlines were being stretched and what was happening in general. I am not satisfied with the quality of service and repair. I do not recommend this service.
The center is good, all employees always try to help and make your stay there as comfortable as possible. But sometimes they forget to do or fill out some things. I had to drive back several times because they forgot to include some service in the bill.

It was not possible to visit this place, I needed help with spare parts for two days and could not get through to the manager who is dealing with this issue, the call request did not help - they did not call back at all, and the calls directly led to communication that they would call me back and the same result as with the call request from the site.
If there is no department that deals with the selection and sale of spare parts, you could immediately say so that people would not wait.
The second star is just for the fact that the organization has been working for so many years, something good must be there.

I visited two service stations before the center, one of which is INTER HOFFMAN. The result is zero. Guys, I will only address you. We still have really professional people, including maintenance staff and a car repair mechanic. Well done, keep it up.
I came to the service station that rents the neighboring building. The place is very confusing, it is unclear where their "main" entrance is. I went through the first door from the parking lot, they said that I went in the wrong place, or look for the main entrance, but there is no place for outsiders here. There were no signs to the "main" entrance, no one even wanted to explain how to find it. I am sure that I will not come to this service station anymore.

But the service is a complete horror, they didn't do anything, they don't want to do anything under warranty, just pay them money. We installed a rear-view camera-water is leaking, a piece of wires was broken, the car is only 4 months old. I addressed the problem with the door and hood, I was refused repair under warranty, they can do everything only for money.(under warranty for the body only 2000 km). They only have a warranty for filter and oil replacement service, and then pay for the material! The service has a terrible attitude towards the salon's customers! It's just awful!
I made a diagnosis. Everything is clear, to the point. There are no complaints. The staff is caring.
As I understand it, the prices for the service are quite reasonable.

In general, they disown old cars, take fresh ones, you can earn money from them... As for me, another HUNDRED is better and cheaper and better.
Good service, nice people. Excellent professionals. They changed the timing belt for cars from Europe. The work was done on time and efficiently. I will contact them again, because the price is adequate.
Polite staff. They feel honest, they don't try to cheat, as in some places. Prices for original spare parts turned out to be below market prices. Job prices are expected to be higher.

We applied for repairs 6 times, the breakdowns were minor, but the price tag for their elimination was large, the last 2 times left an unpleasant aftertaste, I will not apply anymore

I tell everyone that the Peugeot is an underrated car. Yes, some current issues arise, but this is a living organism and driving on our roads is also a serious burden and test. Perhaps the Rolls-Royce will be better, but in terms of price, quality, passenger and driver comfort, this is a great car
With such service, they scare away the last customers, everything is very bad.
