The hotel grounds are very beautiful, lots of greenery, well-groomed shrubs and lots of flowers. The multitude of palm trees adds a special charm. The territory is well cared for. The food is always fresh, certainly never got something spoiled. But the same thing, for 9 days I got bored as much as possible, the variety is 0. Especially for breakfast there were not enough usual porridges and omelets. Free transport runs through the territory, but drivers are used to "gratitude", in general, $ 1 solves everything.
The rooms are standard and spacious. One of the disadvantages is the number of towels, it is strange. There were always two huge towels in the room, the size of a plaid, two medium and one for the legs. There were no small towels at all. In total, the 4* hotel for two people has 5 towels (including foot towels). Even at 3* there were always 7 towels for two. Plus, they don't wash the floor in the room at all. From the first day, he was in some kind of sand, and this was directly annoying, since the floor is tiled, and it is not pleasant to walk.
Beach towels are issued by cards, folded, but according to the smell of towels, they are either rarely washed or poorly washed.
I caught Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby and near the pool, which is very convenient.

There is also Senzo Moli, a large shopping center, you can find it using Google maps, you can take a taxi, but take a taxi not next to the hotel, but slightly moving away from it to the right on the road it is better to follow the Titanic hotel, the price will be 2-3 dollars, taxi drivers will stop and promise to take you there and back for 5$, just go(!) there, back you will hardly find this (parasite🤣). But for $ 2 it is even possible to come in one direction. Am I ready to go there, rather yes!

I had a rest here from 12.26.24 to 2.01.25. You can praise me for many aspects! Large well-kept territory, vegetation, herons walking, Christmas lights burning. The heated pool is a very cozy experience! The sun beds are new, lots of them. On the beach, the inventory is more tired. Good room stock. Spacious, with an authentic atmosphere. Balcony. Free safe deposit box. 2 bottles of water daily for free! The hair dryer is a little weak. Cleaning every day!
From "-" only food. The breakfasts are good. I can't wait for scrambled eggs. And I didn't expect it. There is something to choose.
Be more modest with insults/dinners. Especially with snacks. The "a la carte" restaurants were really upset. This is the fourth time in Egypt, in principle, they know how to feed very well. But it's quite simple here, although a month ago the hotel had 5 stars and VIP-hotel status.

The foursome, repairs and furniture are tired in places, but the general condition is still cheerful. Excellent varied food, well-maintained territory. A super hotel, delicious food, entertainment, there is your own beach, no need to go out and where to go. We had a rest in June 2024, we chose the hotel for a long time, stopped at Pharaoh AZUR and did not lose. Excellent service, close to the airport, good cuisine, very polite and helpful attitude to customers. A large, beautiful and well-groomed territory, a lot of greenery, a heron and a fennel live in the park (not in cages). The beach is sandy, swimming from a pontoon. The reef, of course, is so-so, but there are interesting fish, there is always someone to watch. The beach can be reached by private buses or on foot (5-7 minutes). There is enough food, sun beds, towels - there have never been any problems. Room cleaning is of high quality, water is replenished daily. We did not live in a bungalow, but in an ordinary room, building 3, the sound insulation is wonderful. We went to a la carte restaurants twice, I do not recommend it - the buffet is much more diverse and interesting, but this, as I understand it, is the case in many hotels. Russian Russian is spoken by many hotel staff, almost all of them know English (at the level of a Russian school), so language barriers are not terrible. I will be happy to come again.
There are many shops across the street from the hotel, the Senso mall shopping center is 10 minutes by taxi. The hotel also has a spa, a gym, and a couple of shops. Animator Farag is very cool, groovy. The evening show, however, was monotonous - Brazilian carnival or belly dancing, mostly, but there were also karaoke, disco and jazz evenings.
In general, the impressions are positive.
Wi-Fi is free in the lobby bar and restaurant, a little fishing on the beach. In the rooms - paid, optional.

A great hotel, we were with a friend in October, a large well-groomed, beautiful territory, food can be chosen for every taste, entertainment shows every evening. The Red Sea is lovely, you can swim from the pier from the shore very shallow, but it is good for small children. Two weeks flew by like two days.

Strong 4-ka. I lived in building D and with my T.Z. this is the best place, because it is away from the main building and always quiet. There was a mosque across the street, but that wasn't a problem. Everything was quiet and not inconvenient.
The food is quite decent and there is a choice (yes, of course there is no such variety as in Turkey, but it is quite enough for a full meal).
The sea: it was in early July 2024 and the water was sooo warm. At the same time, it should be understood that entering the water only from the pier and swimming only in places strictly designated by buoys. There is already a reef behind the buoys and if you swim, the "caretaker" immediately begins to whistle.
The animation program does not differ in variety, but for me it was not needed at all and therefore is not a disadvantage. If someone wants to listen to Lambada 40 times in a week, then "dreams come true". I was there for a couple of weeks and every Monday evening was "opened" by a saxophonist whose repertoire included "Tender May". The playlist has not changed.
What needs to be improved is wi-fi. It's in the lobby, but it's very weak.
The room cleaning was of high quality. In the end: I was satisfied with everything, but this is a subjective opinion and therefore everyone should decide for themselves what is important and fundamental.

We were at this hotel with my husband on 01/20/2024. I give 4 stars only thanks to the cool staff and a large well-groomed clean green area. This is the only thing that more or less brightened up our vacation.
By food:
I have never seen such a poor and meager buffet, apparently because of the off-season. There was no seafood at all, fruit - dates, mini bananas and oranges. The salads were purely cucumbers and tomatoes. The natural thing that was delicious was every dinner something made of beef- roast beef or goulash or lula.
For breakfast, scrambled eggs with various vegetables / cheese and quite a lot of pastries were made personally by order of each guest, but unfortunately not very tasty.Of the local alcohol, only white wine is good, and then it is fortified and looks more like port) Strong alcohol confidently smelled of moonshine, beer is terribly dimedral and makes you feel as if you were offended by a shovel on the back of the head. In general, food and alcohol are clearly far from the strengths of this hotel.
Sorry for my French, of course, but we've been drinking all week that we've been here)) It seems that everything is washed, fresh, we tried to eat only heat-treated food, but we cleansed the body noticeably, as if we went on a detox vacation. Maybe from the water, of course, although they drank bottled water. Upon returning home, it took a few more days for the gastrointestinal tract to recover)) If you go with the children, keep this in mind and in any case take more enterofuril and immodium))
As for the rooms:
The room stock has seen a lot of life, of course. I am not a picky person, and I understand that we did not come to Rixos, but everything was just breathing hard. All the cabinets and nightstands creaked terribly, just to start approaching them, what are closers and metal guides here do not yet know. The curtains in the rooms were all stained and streaked, the bed linen sometimes came across in pellets, but the linen and towels were always clean and smelled nice. We first settled into a regular room in the main building with a view of the pool. The view is cool, but I think it will be super noisy in the season. But the ski room is very uncomfortable, the shower room is all messed up, something like mold in the seams. We decided to pay extra and choose a bungalow right by the sea. It is much larger in size - like an average Eurodome in a new building.Everything is the same for repairs there, but it smooths out the view of the greenery and the sea. By the way, the bungalow has a bathroom, not a shower room, and a very nice balcony-veranda with its own table. The windows are panoramic- it was nice to wake up in a room completely flooded with sunlight.
Territory:
It is huge and feels very spacious. From the bungalow right by the sea to the main building, it takes 10 minutes to walk slowly past palm trees, flowers, interesting shaped trees, and a lake. There are even huge chess sets on the lawn) there are playgrounds, benches everywhere. The trees are illuminated at night. In general, the territory is a buzz, very pleasant to the eye. And since it is huge, and there are not many people, it seemed that we were alone in this hotel at all, very rarely did we meet people except in the restaurant, lobby or on the beach)
Beach:
Long, clean, well maintained. The beds are all broken up as much as possible, of course, but they always stand evenly and due to the fact that they weigh about a ton, no one can drag them far, except to turn around their own axis) they are constantly cleaned everywhere and everywhere. The bathrooms are all clean and it smells very nice.
Staff:
That's what it is, and the staff is cool. Very friendly, polite. Gardeners sit there every single day picking flowers, mowing the lawn. The cleaner always asked if we needed room cleaning, we didn't need it every day, so that's what they said. They are cleaned efficiently and, again, after cleaning, the bungalow is ruined like in paradise, something freshly sweet and very unobtrusive but very pleasant. In the restaurant, the staff is attentive, they quickly clean or help bring tea and coffee, they remember you in the lobby and already know that you drink exclusively white wine, which they begin to pour you on the way to the bar) The administration also works at a good level, 24/7 in touch. All you have to do is call the reception and you will be taken / brought by car through the entire hotel. Animation is also great - they tried to stir up the people in the off-season, they did some shows every night. The shows were so-so, of course, but respect for their efforts. Animator Anna told us where to go in Hurghada, how to get there, where to buy what, and so just a spicy girl in communication.
And what I want to say to everyone, if you're going to be here, there's a creepy place in the form of shops across the street from the hotel, it's better not to go there once again, they'll stick around so you can't fight back and they'll offer to go into their store and break unrealistic prices, try to deceive, dilute for something)) The only good thing there is the Moontours tour desk. Our Pegas charged us prices for excursions 1.5 times more expensive than at this local bureau. We ordered a trip to Luxor and safari from them. We took a tour in a mini group, which we never regretted at all, since big buses go longer and take a slightly different route, and we drove straight through local towns and villages - it's very colorful to look at life and everyday life. I do not recommend going to towns like Kena and Thebes separately and on my own, it can be dangerous, because there is poverty and devastation there, but within the framework of travel it is simply gorgeous. On the spot, you will be handed over to a Russian-speaking guide who will travel with you around the locations. They do not deliver to all sorts of shops and factories, moreover, they even protect them from annoying sellers and children who beg for money) not advertising, just a recommendation from the bottom of my heart, well, a life hack how to save 100 bucks. They have the same thing as pegasus, only cheaper and more comfortable)
In general, the impression was pleasant, but if you want something comfortable and tasty, I can't recommend it. Take a better look at the hotels of the Jaz chain.

Sea... It was disappointing on the first day. It just probably didn't meet expectations.
At low tide (and there were tides every day), the sea went sooo far away, exposing a not very attractive dull coral concrete bottom.
You can swim only from the pontoon.
One of the disadvantages is the disgusting wi-fi.
The food is normal, the cleaning is good. Long distances inside the hotel are solved by trips on the hotel bus. The animation is weak.
In general, we had a good rest, but we will not go to this hotel anymore.

We rested from 3.11.24 to 10.11.24. I've never written negative reviews, but it's for the benefit of the people who plan to fly here. I want to say right away that we are not spoiled tourists. But it's really tough here. We were with a child, the animation was on Saturday, literally 40 minutes, in the evening, and on Wednesday there was a children's disco, also in time, that's all. In the evening there were musical evenings for adults (not always), an hour and a half. During the day (several times) there was a parody of yoga and zumba, the performers were vacationers. Well, that's okay. I will keep silent about the sea, the pool, etc., and so everything is clear. But the scariest moment overtook us on the 5th day of rest, when our family was POISONED by a "varied" buffet. I say right away, we didn't eat mayonnaise, dressings, etc., and of course we didn't drink tap water either. But, in principle, this is to be expected, because they cook there in a super "unsanitary" mode. We went to mango season, but apart from dates, bananas and oranges, there was nothing for 7 days, and that was not always available due to the number of vacationers. And, of course, we felt all the "love" for Russian tourists from the hotel staff, which is probably why there are very few of our people resting there. These are the most basic points. Our vacationers have the same impression with us at this time.

Everything is cool!We had a rest at the end of March 2023. The food is top notch! We lived in a bungalow, very comfortable. The territory is green and beautiful. Bartenders and waiters are generally handsome, as well as the entire hotel staff, from the borscht to the managers, all smiling, helping with various issues. There is a gym, heated pool, indoor pool. The ebbs and flows are interesting in their own way, the beach is huge, but the beauty of the red sea is beyond competition. If possible, we will return to this hotel again! Solid 5.

We rested at this hotel in July 24. So: the territory of the hotel is large, but there is nowhere to walk, only around a large artificial pond, which smells unpleasant in the evenings. Yes, there really are 2 herons, it was good. Food: monotonous, not tasty, meat is not edible, there are very few fruits: apples, oranges, sometimes not ripe dates, maybe this is normal for Egypt, but this is the first time I have come across this. I was constantly hungry, but coming to the "restaurant" I was sick of everything. On the last day, I had to settle for only water, because my body couldn't stand this food. There are a lot of people in the hotel, mostly Germans and Arabs, so it's a quest to take a table in the restaurant, especially the sun beds by the pool. Fortunately, we didn't need them. Wi-Fi worked only in the lobby, but very slowly, especially in the evenings. The electricity was cut off a couple of times, the air conditioners did not work for several days, with a heat of more than 40 degrees. Unfortunately, the sea did not please us either, you can swim only from the pier, a small area is allocated for swimming. I had to crawl over buoys that no one had ever cleaned. In general, if you have any thoughts about booking this hotel or not, the reviews seem to be different, maybe someone is just being fussy. No, no and no, don't get fooled.

The hotel is not bad, solid 4, one of the disadvantages of this hotel is the coastline and the tides, in order to swim properly you have to walk over the bridge.The food is varied and delicious, the rooms are a little tired but nothing falls off,a weak wi-fi signal (paid 25 € a week for two devices). You should not focus on old furniture and plumbing. You don't stay in your room all the time. Most importantly, everything is clean, hot water is always available, shampoo and gel are refilled every day, napkins and toilet paper are always enough. We were vacationing with our family for 2 days + 3 days. A small cake was brought to my daughter for her birthday.

I'll start in order: we arrived at 3:30 a.m., so we were checked in within 10 minutes. The room is nice, spacious, two-room, in a convenient location on the territory. After sleeping for 4.5 hours, we had an appointment with the guide. I've never met anyone so arrogant and touchy, but that's another story. There are enough sun loungers by the pool and on the beach, lunch on the beach. There was almost no fruit during our entire stay. I can also eat apples and oranges in Russia. I wanted something that you can't eat here. They gave melon for a couple of days, and there were always dates. No watermelons, no guavas. There was no super variety, but we didn't stay hungry. Shish kebab, of course, they did so-so, the child was upset because it seemed to be delicious, but getting to delicious meat through a charred crust is a difficult matter. There were no freshly squeezed juices, only for a fee, as well as watermelon with guava. As for animation, there is almost no animation, there was darts and oriental dancing by the pool or on the beach in the afternoon. That's basically it. There was almost no sea either, the tide was out half the time, but of course this is not the fault of the hotel, but just a fact. There is no free Wi-Fi on site, there is free only in the lobby, I had to buy a SIM card. The reefs are not very smooth here either. In general, an average hotel with so-so food and no entertainment. If you just need to clear your head , then it will do . If you are looking for a good vacation with good food, this is not the place. The staff is polite, they immediately reacted to all the nuances. But next time I will definitely choose another hotel
