Today I asked this pharmacy for a drug for acute cough. As the "best drug", Rengalin, which is a homeopathic "medicine", was "shoved" into me. It will not be possible to clarify the pharmacist's last name, because the receipt only indicates "Sis. Admin", but I strongly recommend that you do not seek advice, since the pharmacist is not even aware that homeopathy is a pseudoscientific field of alternative medicine. If it were possible to return it, that's fine, but as far as I understand, it's impossible.
In February 2017, the RAS Commission published a memorandum on the pseudoscience of homeopathy. I advise you to check the aptitude of pharmacists.
And, I will also add that the fact of offering homeopathy (it was not said that this is homeopathy) is at least irresponsible, since it not only does not contribute to recovery, but can also cause indirect harm to health: an ignorant person can buy such a drug for serious symptoms - and harm health due to lack of timely treatment with drugs whose effectiveness has been proven by evidence-based medicine.
