We used to be at the branch of this institution in Turkey, we bought some really effective drugs. Expensive, but effective. People write that you can buy the same thing in simple pharmacies / stores, but I personally have not met 100% similar products. In addition, even a Google translator will not be able to correctly translate the name for you, and therefore the probability of buying something incomprehensible is high. This place will take up an hour of your free time. But the big plus is that you can pay with a card.
