As of August 2023, there is an 08 minibus, every 15-20 minutes, to Kemer via Chamview. The stop itself is on one side of the gate to Phaselis, the bus stops outside the gate, and it doesn't take long, literally drop off / land, don't blink. The road to Phaselis is right on the highway, there is no footpath, but it's not far to go. For 4 people (including a child) from Phaselis to Chamview 100 liras.
