Well, what can I say? The hotel, in principle, is not bad, but it has known better times.
Good points: large, well-groomed, clean area, quiet. Since the villas are at a distance from each other, you can not hear voices, music, etc. The rooms are quite large and have everything you need. There are no complaints about cleaning.
Now about the disadvantages. The hotel is old, 80s or 90s, morally and physically outdated. Mattresses are hard, pillows are uncomfortable. The towels stink. Gels/soaps/shampoos are the minimum and cheapest. There is an air conditioner. But it makes a terrible noise. However, because of the wind at night and without air conditioning, it is noisy, since the houses are flimsy, you sleep like on the street.
The breakfasts are poor and meager in the restaurant opposite (the restaurant is closed in the hotel itself)
The service is not particularly friendly, but there is nothing to complain about.
In general, the hotel is for 1-2 nights to visit the islands. You can be patient.
We took a villa with a swimming pool. The design is outdated, of course, and the furniture is tired too. The hotel is mainly used for tourist groups visiting the Phi Phi Islands, because there is a constant jostling at the reception and everyone is running. You can book a boat directly at the hotel for any time, it is convenient. It is difficult to sign up for a massage, you need it the day before, and it is not a fact that there will be a place.
In general - 3 plus))) it can be worse)))
My husband and I really liked the hotel and the place. These are separate bungalows. We were talking about two families. They gave us houses nearby. Very well maintained area. We also liked the breakfasts. I will be happy to come to this hotel again
A great hotel, everyone is very friendly and kind, the rooms are clean with a beautiful view, but the island is a pity, if you walk outside the hotel along the shore, then a quiet horror, a lot of plastic, garbage in such amazing places, it's a pity.
