I want to leave a review about the Phoenix Hotel) From the street, the hotel looks very stately))) We lived in a beautiful room 402 on the top floor for 11 days) In appearance , the room is made in a rich style , spacious , the bed is large ) everything you need is in the room: toilet, shower, (samples of soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpastes, comb, 2 pairs of disposable slippers were placed at the entrance) air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, towels, wardrobe with hangers, 2 mirrors, hair dryer, table, chair, 2 bedside tables , shelf, TV channels in Azerbaijani. At the reception several times were treated to delicious tea with lump sugar) I want to note that the administrators always heard us when we asked them for something))) for example, I asked them to clean the room, gave the keys ... in the evening we came to the hotel everything is clean everywhere, we even changed the bed and all the towels + put all new probes again!!!! I asked for a knife, a spool of thread with a needle were all given))) The sewer system clogged up in our shower , in the evening we said )the next day , everything was cleared !!!! In banks, it is not profitable to change rubles for manats, they give little ((( A man Rasim taxi driver changed us, he stands near the barrier at the entrance to the Old Town of Neftyanikov Avenue 5B) gives one manat more than in banks, maybe it will be useful to someone))) We went on three excursions, from the hotel to go 250 meters to the tour agency My Tour office in the old town of Icherisheher, Kichik Gala 82/ opposite the Gabala restaurant they told everything, it was very interesting, the only minus and that does not apply to the hotel, the entrance to the old town by taxi you have to pay 2 manats for any post ) + taxi fare ) It is 400 meters from the hotel to the barrier, which you can walk and not pay 2 manats)) Taxi in Azerbaijan is very cheap)))The hotel is located in the central part, it is very good to get to different points, it takes 9 minutes to walk near the metro))In short, we liked everything!!!!

The hotel is very conveniently located in the Old City of Baku, in a colorful historical building. The room is large, comfortable bed,clean bed linen,air conditioning,TV, kettle,dishes. The bathroom is spacious, there are hygiene supplies. At the reception you can drink tea and coffee for free. The hotel staff is friendly.

The hotel, of course, was killed, but we managed to rent a room there very cheaply through Booking in June of this year, almost 1000 rubles per day (113 manats for 5 days + 5 manats were charged to the city tax, we did not argue). Located right in the old town, in the historical center. We came there only to sleep, so all the other disadvantages were covered with a plus price! Well, the linen is clean, there is air conditioning, there is a refrigerator, a toilet and a shower in the room, and you don't need more. Tea, coffee, water at the reception is free, at any time. The staff speaks bad Russian, communication in English is almost always.
