I give 5 stars, but not as a hotel)) the hotel pulls well on 4) for lovers of seal holidays on the beach, it is not suitable. The beach is 10-15 minutes away on foot, through stalls and shops. On the way, buy everything - flip-flops, a swimsuit, a towel, a couple of souvenirs, a circle, a vest, a mattress and a bag in which everything can be carried))) when leaving the hotel, there is a chain store (for those who do not like to bargain) and a bunch of cafes, hookah bars. Of course, there is no private beach. But with a bracelet, you can stay for free in one of the beach clubs on wooden rods, and buy a drink - bright soft ones are at your disposal.)
The territory of the hotel is huge. 2 pools, one smaller (the whole party is here), the second is deep enough (fewer people and silence). Stage and children's animation every day, showdown. For the individual money of the spa. There is a shop with chocolates, drinks and souvenirs (and cigarettes). Prices are reasonable (if Turkish prices can be called reasonable at all now). There are flip-flops, inflatable circles, T-shirts, dresses.
The buffet. Although the food is monotonous and draws on the "canteen", it is difficult to stay hungry (only the most capricious). Drink and eat (sorry, that's it :)) you can have breakfast, lunch, snack by the pool, and dinner from early morning until 11 p.m. Meat and sausages are not even soy :) salads with mayonnaise are for the desperate. Sweets are for those who already have everything stuck together and it won't get any worse. Everything else is absolutely edible! The soups are delicious. At lunch and dinner, fish is fried in front of you, and pancakes are served for breakfast. There's a long queue here, and for good reason. If you want luxury food, you are not here. If you're worried that you'll stay hungry for your hard-earned money, you won't stay.
The number of rooms. Expensive rooms in the main building, beautiful, with a balcony. The view is fire! That's all. The whole party and children's animation is right under your windows. And the dining room is there too. And the bar. Sure, but everything is close, but it's very noisy.
The rest of the rooms are in cabins on a huge territory! Ours was probably the most disgusting by the standards of the hotel, but we deliberately did not change it. First of all, the hotel hustle is out there somewhere. I can't hear her. Secondly, it's 2 minutes to migros (a chain store). Accordingly, there is an exit to the city and the shortest way to the sea. And the street view is bars and discos. Thirdly, there were no vacationers scurrying back and forth in our cul-de-sac. I went out on the terrace in the evening, babbling. You're not bothering anyone, and no one is bothering you.
The houses are two-storeyed, with balconies on the second floor.
The furniture is the cheapest and not the freshest (but we were at the end of the season). But I liked the mattress and pillows. Hot water. Fridge. The TV. The conder. They don't clean very well, for some reason they didn't take their tips. Maybe because they didn't deserve it)
Taxi parking immediately at the exit of the main building. The city center is 15 minutes away. It takes about 45 minutes on foot. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the mills.
I'd like to stay here again, I guess so. But I won't stop, because I try not to be in the same place twice.

We are having a rest in this hotel for the second time!
The usual four who are waiting for pomp, you are not in this hotel.

The territory is pretty, green, two swimming pools.It would be nice to update the rooms, they are very tired.But these are small things, we are not in the room much on vacation.
When we returned home, we realized that we wanted to go back and immediately took a tour for the fall.This is exactly the place where the soul feels good.

The hotel is tired and in need of repair.The plumbing in the rooms needs to be replaced.It is not convenient that WiFi is only available at the reception.The staff is polite, many speak Russian and English. The restaurant has delicious food, but because of the cats there is an unpleasant smell in the hall.The beach is not far away, there is a pharmacy and retail outlets nearby.Overall, I recommend this hotel.

We rested from 09.09.24 to 17.09.24 at the Phoenix Sun 3* hotel in the Gumbet district. The territory of the hotel is not small with a lot of stairs, 2 swimming pools, several bars, 5 minutes walk to the beach,sandy and small pebbles,the sea is clean in the morning, the water is transparent, shoals of small fish swim (do not bite) The staff is responsive,pastel linen is changed every three days. If you throw a towel on the floor, they change it to clean ones.The food is varied ,vegetables ,salads,olives,olives are very tasty ,chicken ,fish ,soups ,desserts and fruits for lunch , pancakes were made in the morning. There are shops and pharmacies around the hotel with good prices. Close to the street of bars and restaurants.

Taking advice from TezTur's travel agent, Natalia Suyanova's manager, we chose this hotel on the west coast of Turkey.Those who rested told us, everyone was happy. 4 stars is not even enough for him. As a result, we arrived at a hotel where it's a pity to put even 3 stars. Junk and junk!. Rooms from the early 90s. They haven't seen any repairs since. The showers are rusty, the TV doesn't work, the furniture is falling apart. At night there are discos until 4 a.m., not in the hotel, but nearby, but it's impossible to get enough sleep. Replacing the rooms did not help, major repairs are needed everywhere. The positive aspects include nutrition, although the assortment is not rich. Clearly does not correspond to the level of 3 stars, let alone 4*. If someone is going to go to this hotel, I advise you to reconsider your plans and not spoil your vacation.

It's a terrible hotel! We had a vacation in May with my husband and children. The food is disgusting, there are constant problems with hot water- you had to skip for 2 hours and not always successfully, every day the same program for children with screaming music, I haven't tried alcohol, but soft drinks are terrible! Coffee from coffee machines is like instant coffee. Room cleaning is mediocre. I'm afraid for those who write that they liked the food.... Why do you eat this kind of poison at home? In general, I never advise anyone, ever!

We had a rest in May 2024.
I have been to many hotels in Turkey and Russia.
I want to say that this hotel has exceeded my expectations. He turned out to be much better than many 5-k in Alanya.
The territory of this hotel turned out to be quite large and interesting, 2 swimming pools, several bars.
The bars have tea, coffee, water, carbonated drinks, juice (very tasty) and alcohol. At 4 o'clock there is a snack at the pool bar (burgers, potatoes).
We liked the food, everything was cooked very tasty. There was no meat, there was chicken, fish, turkey. Side dishes, salads, sweets, including baklava, cakes, fruit were oranges and apples (the season is just beginning). As soon as the food ran out, they put it back on, there was never enough. Everything is fresh and delicious. There is an oven in the restaurant, where they cook "pide" with cheese and minced chicken.
The staff is very friendly and courteous.
The room was clean, cleaned every day. There was no mold and broken plumbing, as they say in the reviews (Number 209). The view from the room to the hotel grounds, palm trees, is beautiful.
Beach towels are provided with a
deposit of $ 100, and money is refunded upon eviction.
The beach is a 5-minute walk away, sandy, small fish swim.

Good evening! Yesterday we returned from sunny Turkey to the city of Bodrum village (or village of Gumbet). We rested at the Phoenix Sun hotel (locals call it Fonix), we rested there for 8 full days. We went there on the recommendation of the Coral Travel travel agency.
Hotel.
Declared as 4 stars. In Turkey, all this is boldly read -3 stars. The hotel is a central building with a foyer, restaurant, lobby and several rooms plus detached 2-storey townhouses with 4-6 rooms. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory: the main one is large, where entertainment programs are held during the day and a small auxiliary one is quiet. The city has height differences, so the hotel is on a slope, i.e. the height difference from the central building to the lower townhouse is 10 meters, if not more. These are just terrain features. Before checking into the room, we looked at 4 rooms, shook the staff, since, according to tradition, stock positions are first offered to get a "baksheesh" for the best conditions:
1 room in a townhouse - overlooking the restaurant and the noisy restaurant street;
2 room in a townhouse - with a view to the same place, but its dampness and what was smoked in it confused;
3 room in the townhouse is the next line, but with a view of the restaurant and the noisy restaurant street, only with a noise level a couple of divisions lower;
4 room in the main building. We stopped there because we were tired of walking up and down the hotel. Its main advantage was that it was quiet and with a view of the street, which no one drives in the evenings. This is his only advantage. The room is shabby and tired - 5 years ago it would have been worth recapitalizing. The electricity is working, the plumbing is working. There is no balcony in the room, so all the drying of things is on the backs of chairs or on unclaimed beds. There are 3 beds in the room, which can be assembled at the discretion of the designer into any size 1-2-3 double bed, or put things on an unnecessary one. There is a table and a closet. Chairs are not included in the package, they must be asked separately at the reception. The front door is tired, or rather its lock. With a little more effort than a little bit, the pen flew out and had to be returned back.
The reception said that these are some of the best rooms, as they are located in the main building.
The rating is 3/5. If you are not picky about sleeping conditions, then this is your option. If there are requests for comfort, it is not suitable. I don't think that Baksheesh will significantly improve the conditions, it's just that all the rooms there are +/- the same.
Staff.
The staff is friendly, the guys in the lobby and in the restaurant worked well. I've never been to the animation, I can't say anything.
The rating is 5/5.
City.
The city is located on a slope, so any movement is uphill and downhill. The climbs are amazing, and cars drive on them and park! In general, an ordinary Turkish resort town: intrusive merchants, many restaurants, a beach in the bay, entertainment venues buzzing all night. The main advantage for us was the presence of our own boat dock in the city, from which you can go on boat trips in a group and swim in much better conditions than on the beach. The sights are all in Bodrum. A municipal minibus goes there every 20-30 minutes directly from the central entrance to the hotel. Bodrum is a pretty poor city in terms of attractions, plus its old town was occupied by merchants and it does not exist as such, except for 2-3 Greek-style streets. The main advantage of Bodrum is that it is not far to Ephesus and Pamukkale, unlike the same Marmaris and Alanya. The city is contraindicated for the elderly or those who find it difficult to move independently!!! One continuous ascents and descents.

Sea.
The sea is gorgeous. The Aegean Sea. The beach is sandy with a sprinkling of pebbles, the entrance is normal. The depth is already about 50 meters from the shore. It is necessary to come to the beach in advance and take sun beds, since there is a small piece of literally 30 sun beds from the hotel.
It is necessary to go on a boat trip to swim in the bays. After them, the beach already looks like an anthill and the water is not as clean as it seems at first glance. Boat trips are what really saves bathers.

The hotel can be rated at 2 stars. The greedy owner of the hotel saves on everything. If you want to sit in a cool place in the hotel, you will not find it at all. At the reception, the bar has natural ventilation everywhere - open windows. About the declared beach at the hotel is a lie, they rent a little place on the sand by the sea from the Miami bar, where there are 5 sun beds per square meter - you need to walk over each other to get to the sun beds in the center, forbid bringing drinks with you, sofas are put in front of the sun beds - paid, who lies on the free sun beds he looks at the backs of the sofas, in general, the attitude is bestial. In general, the food song is grilled chicken, boiled and all sorts of crap in the form of plastic sausages and kebabs. Tomatoes are baked under cheap cheese that doesn't even melt. In general, if you don't care about food, the heat and the place where to swim, then you can go.

Hello! The hotel does not pull on the declared 4 stars! Among the disadvantages: The furniture is old, the chairs are stained. Linen with a gray shade, not washed or old. The rooms have one large bed that does not move apart and one small one. We were on vacation with a friend. They were pulling out a match for whom to sleep on which bed😉There is no WI-FI in the rooms. Only in the restaurant or in the lobby. In the evening, it is difficult with the Internet there - everyone uses WI-FI. Bottled water is provided once for the entire length of stay. Advantages- Good location. Views from the terrace. 4 min walk to the sea. Friendly staff, ready to help! Lovely Fidan, who works at the reception, Thanks to her for her assistance in placing and settling in the room. The food at the restaurant is not bad. Fresh fruits, delicious watermelons (in season), vegetables, greens! Baking is morning and evening. Dirty dishes and tables were quickly cleaned. There are cats walking around the territory, but this did not bother us, rather an additional one. Option- we love cats! If you are not confused by the above disadvantages, then the hotel can be considered for a vacation!

We had a family vacation in early October 2024. I must say right away that the hotel is not worth 4 stars. Room: it is poorly cleaned, only the middle was washed and the garbage was taken out. The refrigerator is dirty, there is black mold in the shower in all corners, dampness in the room. They asked for an extra blanket, promised and forgot. The walls in the room are very thin, so you will hear all the consequences of your neighbors' wild fun. Further. The whole hotel has solid stairs, in some places it is not very safe, it is very difficult with kids. The hotel does not give water to the room for free (we are used to it being natural at 4*). You need to buy it or get it in a cooler in a bar before it runs out.
Now about the restaurant. The food is monotonous. There were not enough appliances on the tables, often the food ran out and someone did not have enough. There was such a thing that there was simply no milk for the child's breakfast. We were served from the coffee machine. They cook without processing their hands. I saw how the cook made tortillas, stuffed them into the oven, took the phone out of his pocket and began texting with flour hands. Then he put it away and continued.
Among the advantages of the hotel are two swimming pools, good for relaxation and more fun, beautiful views from the balconies, delicious buns, many affectionate cats, the beach is not far away, you can go to Bodrum by bus right from the hotel.

I arrived a couple of days ago. The hotel is very old, everything needs to be changed, there is fungus in the showers, it is dirty, the water barely flows. The breakfasts are very meager. The territory itself is not bad, but everything is falling apart everywhere, many sun beds are broken, rooms are not cleaned, the bed has never been changed in 9 days. Towels-it seemed that they were taken from one room and put in another))) There is dirt, stench and a lot of flies on the streets of the city. Healthy dogs walk on the beaches, they are not aggressive, but they can lie on sun beds and relieve themselves in the sea. I was disappointed...It has always been believed that Bodrum is not a cheap resort, but I will not go there anymore. Even if you live in a great hotel there, the views on the streets spoil everything. The curtains are just dirty in the room. My sister had bedbugs in her room. In the next one, they complained that they saw a rat. It's not far to the sea, but it's impossible to walk along the path to it, it's dirty. The territory by the sea is small, there are very few sunbeds, everything is in the sand, no one cleans them, in short, you can write a lot. I do not recommend traveling with children and the elderly. The hotel is all steps, there are no ramps until you get to the dining room.... There is no guard at the reception and in the dining room too, of course the windows are open everywhere, but still, you dine in the sauna. There is just almost no Wi-Fi, only at the reception, and when people gather in the evening, do not even try to catch it. And so, if you don't pay attention to everything, once you've arrived, you need to rest.

The hotel is not new, but the staff is trying, repairing the rooms, updating. The food is not premium, not very diverse, but delicious. Watermelons were very sweet for dinner every day, there were oranges, grapefruit, apples, and delicious cakes. Every day there was chicken, trout fish, turkey meat. They gave me a barbecue once. In general, the food is normal. The wine is quite good, the beer is delicious. The beach is public for 5-7 minutes without hurrying. Clean, well maintained. Victor is a respected animator, responsive, modest, speaks and understands Russian well. Ercan does not like Russians, he is more focused on Europe and the Baltic States. Katya at the reception is good, she will always help. The rest of the staff does not speak or understand Russian at all. The Baltics are negative towards the Russians. In general, the rest was a success. Bodrum is a very interesting and beautiful city.

We had a rest with our family from 07/19/23 to 07/16/23, I read a lot of contradictory reviews, both positive and negative, in general everything is fine, the hotel territory is large and green, the hotel is under upgrade, there are good rooms, there are rooms "tired" but the staff tries and does everything possible for a good rest, as for food She's on 5++++ , a lot of fresh and baked vegetables : eggplant, mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli , chicken, meat, fish , fruits, fried olives, ordinary, with and without spices , all possible cheeses , buns , muesli , etc. in general, the food was surprised , it was very tasty and it is diverse, two swimming pools, as for the beach in Bodrum, there is a narrow coastline, the beach at the hotels is clean, the sun beds are all normal with umbrellas, the sea is clean, the rest was wonderful.

I would like to share my impressions of visiting the Phoenix Hotel. I'm not a picky tourist, but on the contrary, I'm always looking for a positive. The food at the hotel is very good. There was always enough for all the dishes that were provided. The hotel grounds are green, regularly watered and cleaned. Unfortunately, there is garbage, but this is also the fault of the tourists themselves. I don't drink alcohol, so I can't say anything about it. By the pool, you can have a snack in the restaurant during the day. The animation is good, but it is designed for a stay of 7 days. Contests are repeated. The prize for the winner is a bottle of champagne at the club. In principle, Bordum is an interesting, beautiful hangout place.
Prices for excursions are set by hotel guides depending on demand. Hotel guides do not solve problems with rooms.
I withdraw three stars from the hotel, for the fact that the air conditioners are not turned on anywhere in the hotel. The food is delicious, but when it's 40 outside, and in a restaurant where it's even hotter on the grill, they never turned on the air conditioner. Eating turned into torture. The air conditioners at the reception also do not work. The second huge minus happened when checking in. They moved into an old room with bedbugs. We ran out of the room in shock. We arrived late, and then they tried to persuade us to move to another room. In the first hour, we were moved to another room without bedbugs, but with woodlice, a leaking siphon. The room is constantly damp. The hotel guide did not solve the problem.
Bodrum is a night city and there is constant loud music until 4 am.
PS: the food and the area are good, and there are normal rooms in this hotel, but I do not know what to do to get them.
I do not recommend this hotel.

The food is normal, but the chicken in different variations is fed up. Sometimes a turkey. The fish is bitter and tasteless.
The sea is shallow to the waist by 70-80 meters, a blessing for children. The bay, the feeling is not of the sea but of some kind of salt lake. The beach is sandy, extremely dirty, no one cleans up. every morning started with me picking up cigarette butts and trash around our deck chairs. Ours - conditionally, the hotel does not have its own beach, these sun loungers seem to be from the neighboring bar, which did not clean them.
Until 2-3 o'clock at night, the sounds of discos and parties could be heard from the neighboring streets, it was not very healthy to sleep.
The room is so-so, the mattresses are hard. The plumbing is sad, everything was flowing. The cleaning is bad.
Total: we warmed up, rested, and bought well.

We were at the hotel from August 3 to August 15, 2023. An average hotel. The territory of the hotel consists of 23 bungalows and in fact consists of solid stairs. Since the hotel is located on a slope, the entire territory is located on terraces. There are 2 swimming pools. A small amphitheater. There is a bar by the large pool. We got a nice, spacious room, with a fairly recent renovation, one level below the dining room. Which was convenient. But we had to go down the stairs to the sea. Room cleaning is daily, but very mediocre. The bed linen was changed 1 time in 12 nights. Towels were changed daily, but they were often under-supplied in quantity. Once, the three of us had only 2 face towels and none for the body.
The road to the sea is not stressful in principle. 5-7 minutes. There are 2 small roads to cross. The hotel's beach is small. There were constantly not enough places. Sometimes the three of us huddled on 1 chaise longue. The deck chairs are old. The beach itself is dirty, covered in cigarette butts. To be honest, I understood that I came to a budget hotel, but I did not expect it to be so dirty. Although the dirt is created by the vacationers themselves, who just smoke non-stop, and cigarette butts and other garbage are thrown right next to the sun loungers. The sea itself is clean, very gentle entry into the sea. Therefore, the sea warms up quite well. There are no waves. Flocks of fish are swimming at the very edge of the water. There are bars on the beach, where a party starts at 16 o'clock, music screams. And so on until 4 a.m.
Beach towels can be rented at the hotel with a deposit of 100 liras.
The food at the hotel is sooo modest and monotonous. I read reviews before the trip and did not believe it, I thought what kind of capricious people. But it turned out to be true. Of course, there are fresh and stewed vegetables, but there is practically no meat, just a solid chicken. I'm not picky, but for 12 days every day there is the same thing - anyone will get tired of it. The menu does not change. In principle, the food is delicious, but after 7 days we began to skip either lunch or dinner, because we just got tired of chicken and pasta, chicken and rice, and so on daily in a circle. But the most important thing is that I have never heard that someone was poisoned. This is important on vacation. There are few fruits. Sliced oranges for breakfast, apples and oranges for lunch. Watermelon only in the evenings. Melon has never been given. This is the first time I've seen this. Alcohol is not very tasty. Diluted beer. Very cheap wine. But at least my head didn't hurt after it.
The hotel staff is very friendly and friendly. There are a lot of waiters in the dining room, the boys are trying their best.
The hotel's territory is constantly being cleaned.
There is a Russian-speaking girl Katya at the reception. All problems are solved instantly. The money was changed at the reception at a pretty good rate. I liked the hotel guide Aslan. He told me everything in detail about the hotel and the surrounding area.
Bodrum can be reached either by taxi or by dolmus. The bus stop is next to the hotel. It takes about 20-25 minutes to drive.
We didn't like Gumbet itself - it was dirty and noisy. There is no aesthetics of any kind. Streets with rather poor houses. The neighboring areas looked nicer and cleaner.
I would not have returned to this hotel and Bodrum a second time. Our 40-year-old spouses and 17-year-old daughter had nothing to do there. It's a party town for young people.

We rested at the hotel from 4.08 to 10.08, we bought a burning tour the day before departure, it cost very cheap 87 thousand, it's definitely worth your money, the food was always something to choose, I don't understand those who write the food is monotonous, people, do you cook 10 dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner??? The hotel has its own beach, it takes 5 minutes to walk, there is no transfer to the beach! The beach is right behind the Roys beach bar, the sea is gorgeous, clean, warm, good sunset, fish come for bread) we fed them) next to the hotel there is a Bim store, very cheap, go to the Alfi moons bar, also next to the hotel, the best cocktails there, I recommend! We liked it, not the Antalya coast at all, more like Cyprus or Greece, not a hotel vacation and it's super.

I got to this hotel on the recommendation of a tour operator. The view from the hotel is not bad, the area is clean, although not large, the main part of the hotel consists of stairs. You will pump up your ass for a vacation if you go to the beach and to the store. On the way to the beach, right at the exit of the hotel, there is a BIM grocery store, you can buy cheap water there, the hotel provides 1.5 liters of water upon check-in and no longer replenishes, but you can dial during breakfast, lunch or dinner, or in the lobby. I can't say anything about cleaning and changing towels, since I had a sign all my vacation - do not enter, as there are cases of theft in the hotel, keep in mind! Hide the money in a suitcase or somewhere else, the safe at the reception is paid. You can change dollars into lira at the reception or at the guide. Wi-Fi, we can assume that there is no one, I had to buy a SIM card, it seems I gave $ 30 for it. Next, it takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach, there are few sunbeds from the hotel, everyone is definitely not enough. You can see for yourself how whimsical you are, there is no wine, I bought it because I did not like the hotel. Guide Mert Aslan from Pegasus is a separate kind of art, do not buy tours from him, I do not recommend it. I have not seen a worse hammam in Turkey, or rather the attitude of the woman at the reception, if you do not buy an additional massage from them, then you are completely hammered, you will walk back a third of the way in the heat. Although Aslan advertises it as the best in Bodrum. I also bought a ride from him on the ship, everything was painted so well that Russian speakers are gathered there and the staff is also Russian-speaking. As a result: NOT a SINGLE person on the ship spoke Russian! He just tricked me. Therefore, I do not recommend buying anything from him except lira, it was most profitable to buy lira from him. There is only one girl at the reception at the hotel, Katya, who speaks Russian, will help and tell you everything. If you plan not to stay at the hotel, walk a lot and eat in restaurants, then you can choose this hotel, otherwise I would not go there anymore. The rooms are very tired, but you can sleep. Initially, I was given a room that was not suitable for living at all, although it was very large, but a day later I was moved to room 305 when Katya went to work.

There was only one window in the room. They didn't change it, because they didn't really want to live with four children in the same room. Room cleaning depends on the mood of the cleaner, but the tips left have a positive effect on the frequency and quality.
Food. Perhaps in the season the food is more interesting and diverse, but I was surprised that tea or coffee is only for breakfast in the dining room. At lunch and dinner, it is suggested to run after them to the lobby bar, which is very inconvenient.

We rested at the hotel in early July 2023. We chose the hotel because of the beautiful views and terraces. After reading the reviews, we were mentally prepared for the disadvantages))
In fact, from the real disadvantages: old (worn-out) rooms, imperfect cleanliness and a large number of stairs.
The territory: it is large for a city hotel, but due to the location on the slope, a walk through the territory is actually walking up the stairs.
Room: provided a choice of two (closer to the large - noisy - pool) and located just below in a more peaceful place. In fact, both were in worn condition, cosmetic repairs and general cleaning are required. Yes, the bed linen and towels are not new, some with unwashed stains. Cleaning every day, bed linen is changed on request, towels every day. Soap is in the dispenser, there are no other accessories.
The advocates of perfect cleanliness will be uncomfortable.
Meals: normal meals for a hotel of its level! Narrow-minded people who expect frills for their pennies are not here for you - black caviar is not served here with buckets, quails are not fried))) . Breakfast: boiled eggs, fries, vegetable stews, several types of cheeses, sausages, vegetable greens, and breakfast cereals, baked pancakes. There are no porridges. Lunch: two types of soups, something from chicken, meatball cutlets, several side dishes, sweets. Dinner: chicken, fish, some other meat option, several side dishes, tortillas, vegetables, sweets.
After lunch, a snack by the main pool (fries, burgers or hot dogs), followed by cookies served at the lobby bar.
Drinks: tea and coffee in the restaurant only for breakfast, the rest of the time in the bar only. From alcohol - beer, red and white wine, gin, crayfish. There is a menu with a paid assortment.
Sea: it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, if you go through the lower exit, then under the hill. There is a private beach! With sun beds, but without umbrellas. The entrance is quite normal, there are a few small pebbles, but it is absolutely not a problem to walk through them. Another thing is that the sea is very invigorating (cold for me), we only went in the afternoon to warm up a little)
The hotel has two pools: a large swimming pool, where animation (aqua aerobics, yoga, zumba, etc.) and music are playing, there are always a lot of people; the second is a pensioner's pool, it is less crowded, you can swim, depth 140-160 cm. There are enough sun beds near both of them, there were no problems with the place.
The hotel has an international composition of vacationers, there are no problems-infringements-harassment of Russians, if you do not run into it yourself. There is a Russian-speaking girl Elnara at the reception, you can ask her for the necessary information. The internet in the lobby is not the fastest. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the street of bars, so you can hear music here until late at night, lovers of silence need to take this into account.
Adequate tourists who do not pretend to be "revisorro" and understand that such a "price-quality ratio" hotel is quite suitable, the rest should double their budget and go to another one))

A bad hotel that is not worth its money and stars. I visited this hotel with my family at the end of May and I really regret that I did not choose another hotel. I'll start in order:
1) Service. The reviews wrote about the constant groundhog day in food, this is not said enough. low-quality food, vegetables and fruits, in the season of medlars and cherries, the hotel offered exactly 3 types of fruits (red apples, green and oranges) not chopped, just whole fruits, only at the end we realized that this was done specifically so as not to change them at all) Try the national Turkish food? Forget about it in this hotel. Dinner is your future breakfast in the truest sense, only warmed up in a common cauldron. One day there was a whole boiled egg for breakfast, followed by a boiled egg cut in half and a boiled egg crushed in the third tray. There's plenty of choice.
All zucchini and fire vegetables are fried in the same oil without changing it, because the rancid oil tasted and smelled) And the highlight of the hotel is the lack of meat, in a straight sense. We stayed at the hotel for exactly a week and only on the last day for dinner we served Oh MY GOD chicken legs from the oven, not magnet cutlets, not alya savushkin nuggets and not nuclear pink sausages, but real meat. After the above-listed dishes, I was glad of that too)))
Well, I attach a photo of fish heads for dinner fried in the same oil with zucchini) The only thing that was delicious were desserts, but they did not change either)
2) Rooms, separate type of conversation, hot water only in the afternoon after 12. Of the 4 sockets, 2 were working ) They were even afraid to turn on the air conditioner, I attach a photo of its condition, well, awesome curtains that are sewn with black threads in the middle. And they were all like that in our room) I won't even talk about audibility, all the toilet procedures of the neighbors were audible.
3) The hall, my favorite. Wi-Fi works only there and only intermittently, there will be no constant signal, forget about it.
I also want to note the faces of the reception staff, there are like three or two of them (Ukrainian, Turkish and Turkish), the Turkish woman calmed the angry guests and went to the club (as an escort), also saw her at the reception, I can't say anything bad about her, at least she smiled) The other two employees walked around with such faces that they did us a favor by allowing us to enter the hotel. They did not answer questions, but they charged $ 10 upon arrival (we arrived at 6 a.m.), the rooms were free. I could understand if all the rooms were occupied and I had to wait for eviction, but not in this situation.
4) And most importantly the music) Every evening, the dance of little ducklings and soko soko bachi bachi is fully turned on, every day without changing the program for 7 children of 5 years old, it is impossible to sleep, because they turned it on with such power that the children at this disco covered their ears because of loud music. We lived 3 houses away from this incendiary party and still couldn't sleep until 11. And if they are old people, they have come to rest.
5) The staff who were recruited, but saved on quality. There are about 20 waiters in the hall, who will take away your plate of food at the slightest opportunity, even if you went to get water) The beach at the hotel is shitty, employees flirt with visitors, but plastic and glass are not cleaned) Apparently there is no time.
When leaving the hotel, no one came out, did not say pleasant words, did not help anyone to bring things. This is the first time I've seen this. I hope my review will help someone.
And most importantly, do not believe the guide, all entertainment programs on the beach are for a maximum of $ 100, and not for $ 1000 as we were offered) The main thing is that the guide can calmly call you names at the next guests if you refused to take his services)

It is a pity that you are not near your own beach, you will be kicked out of the sunbeds, if someone wants to lie down in your place under a palm tree, you will be kicked out, they will not let you wash your feet from the sand, because these are all other hotels. They are cleaned daily. There is a sauna and it should be asked to turn it on if it is turned off. The pools are always clean. The sea is cool from 23 to 26 maximum, children do not swim there almost. There are shops behind the hotel, you have to go from the hotel to the left from the beach. A very good hotel for your money. It cannot be compared with the fashionable hotels of Antalya. This is Bodrum, the Aegean Sea. This is actually Greece, so it should be compared with it. The hotel is beautiful, stands on a mountain, beautiful views from almost all public places. Rooms and meals are like in Greek 4-star hotels in Crete and Rhodes.
