Terrible service. The staff serves with such a look and in such a tone, as if I came to her house, and not to the studio, and I want something from her for free.

I gave 10 rubles for poorly taken photos, the attitude towards the client of the man who printed the photo is disgustingly indifferent. It's not a pity for money, it's a pity for the time spent communicating with an unpleasant person, namely the "master" of printing photos.

We arrived around six, we needed photos urgently. They said that the urgent ones would be ready by 11:00 the next day. At 15:00 they pick up the usual ones, it's no use.

In the branch, not competent employees work for Makhnovich, who simply cannot print out a two-sided certificate (I spent half an hour of time, but there is zero sense! We couldn't do color one-sided printing either - the color is striped and not uniform! I arrived at another photo service and everything was printed out in 2 minutes. What's the use of such a photo service???
