A modern and convenient airport next to the international flight terminal. I got there at the beginning of an excursion with a flight to Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. It was five in the morning, plus 26 degrees outside, and 10 degrees less inside: you can freeze without warm clothes, you need to keep this in mind, as the tour organizers had warned in advance. In a prominent place is the portrait of the king, decorated with flowers, and nearby there are specially designated places for Buddhist monks (see photo). Smoking area outside, nice green gazebo shared by both terminals.

The usual terminal, nice, clean, cafe, toilet, coffee, taxi ... There is a luggage storage on the 1st floor, 1 place 150 baht
There is an internal passage to the international terminal on the 2nd floor, you can cross the street from the 1st floor. There is a smoking area to the right of the exit

The airport is cozy and small, but you always pass through all the security checkpoints quickly. The staff is polite and always helpful, and in 2024 it became possible to pass through the customs area without queuing for 100 baht, which is convenient.
