We are having a rest now in this magnificent hotel!!! (from 02 to 14.11.2024 We have been to Phuket and other countries many times, but here we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff with their kindness and respect for the guests. Especially the manager Tatiana! He will always help and tell you about any questions, a real pro who is in love with his business. A large interesting area with lots of greenery, streams, ponds with fish, palm trees and exotic, for us, birds and more

The level of service in the hotel and the rooms are excellent)) We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, 2 of which were a conference with our Chinese partners, the organization of a conference for 5+, dinner at sunset is just 🔝 The hotel has its own beach with a coral reef, fish like in the Maldives! 🐠
The hotel has everything you could wish for, children's rooms for toddlers separately, for teenagers separately, a great gym, very good breakfasts, everything was not included, but this hotel has it. The location of the hotel is good, by taxi to Patong 10 min. In general, I definitely recommend it!

A large territory, an excellent swimming pool almost all over the territory, a lot of sun beds, there is an active recreation area and a relaxing recreation area. Decent shows every night. A beautiful beach in the bay, a lot of marine life, fish, saw a lobster, a moray eel, starfish, especially a beautiful crown of thorns. It is better to swim with a mask on the right bank if you face the sea. We swam for 1.5-2 hours. Masks and tubes are provided for free. On the left, if you stand facing the sea cafe, elephants live just above, they can be fed and washed, of course for a fee. The water is very warm, especially if the tide is high during the day, you can not go out for hours. The only drawback is strong tides and it is better to wear special shoes for corals.

We had a rest in February-March 2022. The overall impression of the hotel is wonderful. The staff is very polite and friendly. Boiling white linen and towels, very clean. The food is not very varied, but we had enough seafood in the restaurant overlooking the ocean. There are no Russian-speaking hotel staff at all, and there are very few Russian-speaking guests. A hotel for families with children, but without variety: a swimming pool with one small slide, a game room, a playground. No children's animation. Evenings are boring enough, there are few entertainments and performances now. The hotel is very calm, quiet and secluded. For relaxation ) I liked the fact that the interior of the hotel is designed in a natural calm style, very in harmony with the surrounding landscape. There are excursions, but the hotel is expensive, we bought them on Russian-language websites, there are quite a lot of them. I would like to come here again, but a long flight from Moscow stops me. If this is not a problem for someone, I definitely recommend this particular hotel in Phuket. Thanks to the hotel staff for a great welcome!

A wonderful hotel. Beautiful green area. The rooms are large and spacious, with beautiful views. Delicious breakfasts, there is almost everything: omelets, fruits, pancakes, fresh juices, coffee of all kinds.
Cool pool. Yes, it's a little far from Patong, about 5 km away, but we had a car, we got there in 5 minutes. And living with them is cozy, peaceful!

A large hotel designed for tourists with children. On the plus side, there is a lot for children - from a children's club with babysitters to several children's pools, three large pools for adults, its own small beach in the bay, four restaurants for every taste. Of the minuses - a bunch of screaming children with "yazhmater", poor sound insulation, you can hear everything, poor room cleaning (under the beds and under the bedside tables is not just dust, but broken pieces of dishes, wrapper. And so on), for such a number of people, a very small gym with scant equipment, not enough staff, you just have to wait a very long time. As of February 2022, the hotel is packed. There are few places by the sea and they have been occupied since 7 a.m. The tide is very strong, the entrance to the sea is very rocky and uncomfortable, it is very unpleasant to swim in the sea here. The rooms have everything you need (from mouthwash to flip-flops, slippers and gloves for barbell training), a coffee machine with capsules, a kettle and free water. We had a two-room suite with two bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking the sea. In principle, it is normal, but it is very noisy - parents sit and chatter in the bar by the sea until 2 am, and children from 8 am.
It takes 10-15 minutes to get to Patong by car (taxi about 250 baht), a free shuttle runs three times a day. The Internet is slow. status Bonvoy participants have nothing to catch here, almost no poyushek. I don't want to go back. knowing the initial data, I would prefer another hotel. You can recommend the hotel only to not too picky tourists with children who love noise, hustle, poor service with a bad beach and limited access to the sea due to low tide. For the rest, it's better to choose another place.

"Beach Grill" at the hotel, I would write that I have never tried anything worse than this cuisine, but it has happened worse, it is better to eat in the city. In general, the hotel is perfect for families with children, there are no young people, few of our countrymen, friendly and helpful staff, but the food, alas, can be remembered 😪 the beach is excellent, but after 06.00 AM the tide takes away the sand and it becomes impossible to swim because of the stones😕
Yes, by the way, at night, geckos roar near the pool, surprisingly similar to our frogs, perhaps it bothers someone, but for me personally it created the atmosphere of summer nights in the village at my grandmother's🥰

Great hotel. Marriott, there is Marriott. The breakfast is very good, in the evening there are musical performances in the lobby bar and on the beach. Ideal cleanliness,pleasant surprises upon check-in (upgrade to a sea view and dinner for two as a gift)
I didn't like it · Far from the party. Taxis are expensive. 1 hour walk. Transfer to the mall only 4 times a day. Excursions cost space at the hotel, we took a wow tour on the website, much cheaper.
