Where in the evenings you can walk, sit in a cafe, eat and listen to music.
It's a long way from the beach
But... There is a lovely swimming pool.
And if you schedule all the trips correctly, it turns out that almost every day you are on some beach or on countless islands.

We visited in January 2025. The hotel is decent. A large lobby. Check-in is strictly from 14:00. It will not be possible to arrange, but you can safely leave your luggage there. The old town is a 15-minute walk away. There are no beaches nearby, as in other comments. You will have to drive from half an hour or more to any beach. In the evening, you will return in traffic jams for more than an hour, even by taxi. The room itself is clean, cleaning every day, there is a place where to place your luggage. There is no closet, but there is a rod with 6-7 hangers and a large shelf for clothes. A two-and-a-half-bed.There is a swimming pool, but it is small and there are few sun beds around it. The pool is only open until 19:00. The breakfasts are good. You can also have lunch and dinner there, the prices are not much higher than average.

Not a bad hotel, clean, good breakfasts, there is a swimming pool, a gym with a beautiful view of monkey Mountain, near the central market with a bunch of cafes in 10 minutes to walk. Of the cons, the location is 30/40 minutes away from all popular beaches. It's a 300/350 bad taxi every day. If you take a bike, it's probably OK.

In general, the hotel is not bad, we rested in January 2024. The sea is close, you need to cross the road, distance from the hustle, which was a plus for us, but at the same time -15 minutes in the park and you're already in this hustle. Also in this regard, there are many fewer people on the beach than in the central part. The breakfasts are also quite decent, different types of eggs, omelets, some pastries, delicious fruits, porridge, sausages, pancakes. We had enough of everything. The only drawback is that sometimes the Internet disappeared, as well as the trouble with towels, once it was cleaned, they promised to bring it later, but they never brought it, they forgot in Thai! The issue was resolved by a call to the reception. They forget to report towels often! Well, there were also 3 of us, we were always given 2 sets! We never went to the pool or the bar, although there were children in the kindergarten. I've never seen it as an adult.
To summarize, we were satisfied.

The hotel is not very new, but some repairs are being done. Clean, good breakfasts, large free parking. There are no balconies in the rooms. In the next building, next to the check-in, there is a cafe from the hotel, you can have a delicious and inexpensive lunch. Near the Old Town, it is convenient to go to all sorts of fairs and festivals in the evening.

Nice hotel, excellent varied breakfast. Lunch and dinner are also available at the hotel. There is a swimming pool and a spa center. The center of the old town is a 10-minute walk away.

I really didn't like that there is no Russian channel. And I don't understand what's wrong with the toilet at all? WE lived on the 7th floor, the water in the toilet was on the lid! I was told from the hotel by the residents, this is normal. But I didn't like it at all! And so the hotel is for pensioners, even the music at the reception is peaceful, But the elevator is straight fire, quiet and fast

The location of the hotel is convenient, the main contingent of tourists from English-speaking countries, England, Australia.
The hotel itself is a bit old, like many hotels in Thailand, but the rooms are quite cozy, the room cleaning is decent, the service is basically on the level.
There are three pools, the only thing is that because of the structure of the hotel, like a well, all the pools are in the shade.
The sea is across the street, but since there are few hotels in Patong located on the beach line, this was not an inconvenience.
