I rented a bike here and was very satisfied with the service! The registration process was quick, the employee at vacap explained everything in detail and threw off all the information about the bike and rental. The photo is true, the bike was in excellent condition – clean, serviceable, without unpleasant surprises, the damage was recorded on video and sent to the manager. The bonus was a phone holder so that you could comfortably use the navigator. The price is adequate, the helmets were provided. Overall, excellent service, I strongly recommend it when traveling to Phuket, book in advance and preferably immediately for the entire period, do not be fooled by the guides' words that it is better to take an excursion and a bike is scary, there is no better way to travel around the island than a bike)

I rented a bike here. and I was very satisfied! The registration process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff explained everything in detail. The bike was in excellent condition – clean, serviceable, without unpleasant surprises. It turned out to be incredibly convenient to ride around the island, there were no difficulties with the controls. The price is adequate, the helmets were provided. Overall, excellent service, I strongly recommend it!

+Advantages:
1. Russian-speaking support in WhatsApp from 9 to 22-23 hours. (proven by practice)
2. Everything is clear and understandable.
3.The delivery is fast.
4. The prices are adequate (even below the market).
5.A good selection of moto scooters.
6. The equipment is in excellent condition.
7. It is possible to receive cashback or a discount for the next rental of a scooter.
- Disadvantages:
1. What we would like is not always available (the rent service has been operating for about 10 years and has a good flow of customers).
2. Reservations are accepted no earlier than 3-5 days before the required dates (again due to a good customer flow).
Summary: it is good that Phuket has a decent motorcycle rental service, where you do not need to puzzle over what will happen when you return the bike and you can always request interesting information regarding bike management and not only. 👍
It is not the first and not the last time I have enjoyed driving a Phuket Moped🙏
