We had a family vacation in December 2024. I liked the hotel.
The location is good, it's not noisy under the window, shops nearby, hairdresser, laundry room, exchanger, massage - everything is at hand
Breakfast is monotonous. There are always sausages, potatoes, noodles, yogurt, herbs, cucumbers, juice, coffee. It's always the same breakfast. You can have lunch and dinner right in the hotel restaurant, where the breakfasts were held, the prices are not higher than in other cafes on the street.
On Tuesday and Friday evenings, there is a market nearby in the temple. You can buy a lot of necessary and unnecessary things and have a delicious dinner.
According to the schedule, a tuk-tuk from the hotel takes you to Kata beach, from there you can take a hotel tuk-tuk to Pattong, as an option to try several beaches for free.
One thing that slightly spoiled the feeling of the hotel was the moment of eviction. They left $200 as a deposit upon check-in. For two weeks, we didn't pay attention to the bedding, that it was a little stained with stains that couldn't be washed, a little torn somewhere, and the same with towels... and at the end of the vacation, we were charged 480 Baht for stains on the sheet. And they withheld it from this deposit. So, the hotel is good, but the aftertaste remains unpleasant.

We had a rest in November, 2024. So the stars turned out that the flight with Aeroflot, the hotel, the staff, and the sea - everything was fine. Intimate, cozy, clean. All issues were resolved instantly. The breakfasts are wonderful... A little night noise near the pool, confused, but this is such a small thing, compared to staying in your favorite Thai ...)) By the way, it's not far to the sea, as they wrote in the reviews. Have a wonderful holiday to everyone!

We stayed in this department from 19.11 to 01.12.2024. we are generally satisfied.
Breakfasts are always the same, but you could choose:porridge, fried eggs, stewed vegetables,potatoes, pasta,sausages,sausage,sliced bread,croutons (very tasty) and pancakes (with red sauce or honey-top!)
Fruits :pineapple and watermelon
Drinks:tea,coffee,milk,juice of two types (yupi type)
Greens:lettuce leaves
Vegetables:carrots, cabbage, tomatoes and cucumbers.
Cleaning-cleaning is the addition of water (2 bottles per day),tea/coffee; making the bed -towels and bed linen have not been changed once.
I take off the star for the fact that towels were taken away during cleaning and not replaced with clean ones (we were without towels for two days at all, on the third day we had to leave)
Location : on the second line, we walked to the beach for 15 minutes
There are massage parlors nearby (the hotel has a salon, but there is an appointment, which is not always convenient, especially when there are a lot of tourists)
There was a temple nearby, where the night market comes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The pool in the hotel is very shallow and small (depth 120cm), but there is enough refreshment.
Not very comfortable sun beds (always in the same position)
Not all rooms have balconies.
Internet: there is Wi-Fi, but you need to enter a password every time (on each connection)
Staff:friendly, speaks either English or through a translator.
There is no elevator.
There are bus stops on the street to Phuket Town (it's very convenient, got out, braked the bus and drove)
The interior is modern.
Bottom line: did I come back here again? - if there were no alternatives, then yes.

The hotel is 4 stars, but it pulls on a weak 3. Upon check-in, a deposit of 3000 baht. The territory is small. Balconies are only in one of the three buildings. There are no elevators. The room without a balcony is a little dark, the bed linen is old, towels one per person, kettle, cups, coffee and cream, a bottle of water per person, refrigerator, safe, wardrobe, cabinets, TV, shower, bed and sofa, clothes dryer, beach mats, shampoo, gel, toothbrushes, hats, sewing kit. The pool is shallow. The breakfasts are quite decent. The bar is open from morning until the last customer, music is on site from morning until late at night. There is a shuttle service to the chain hotel on Kata Beach. Karon beach is 15 minutes away, past the exchangers and all kinds of cafes. Near the hotel there is a temple where night markets are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, mini Big C, Tops, 7 Eleven. There is a public transport stop nearby, the fare costs 40 baht. The staff at the hotel is friendly, but at check-out they try to deduct money from the deposit for allegedly leaving stains on old towels and sheets....

We are resting here now. (01/23/2025). The hotel is rather three stars. It's not close to the beach, there's a small and smelly shower, no balconies or elevators, they ask for money for relocation and any kind of transportation, a deposit of 3000 and it's not convenient in baht. The air conditioner is hanging over the bed and blowing directly on the vacationer. There is little choice for breakfast, but there is a base for breakfast. With a pregnant wife, I asked for at least the lower floors, they gave me the 3rd floor. The third visit to Tai and the worst of all. Without comparing other countries.

We stopped by for 3 days while we were looking for a condo. In one word: horror. They won't let you sleep here, the staff starts running through the corridors at 7 a.m., slamming doors, starting cleaning. They will also try to break in to you without warning, even though you have a sign hanging: No need to clean up.
Everything in the hotel is very old, the toilet in the room is leaking, the shower in the bathroom fills the entire bathroom. When we arrived, we found the windows open, and as a result, a bunch of mosquitoes in the room. Managers don't speak English from the word at all. Don't even think about it. There is no elevator. The contingent of guests leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend it!

I liked the place, a small hotel not far from the sea, 10 minutes walk. At the entrance, they take a deposit of 3000 baht, you can spend it at the bar or do a massage on the territory of the hotel, when leaving the room they inspect and if everything is OK, they give the rest of the funds, they wrote off 100 baht for a dirty towel. (there was not a big stain from the swimsuit) by the way, this is a normal practice, almost everyone who moved out was charged money for something. They don't give you a beach towel, which you can't take to the sea in the room, there is only a mat on which you can lie by the sea. The breakfasts are monotonous, but in principle there is something to eat. We were at the hotel by Fortune, we did not know where they would initially settle, but we were pleasantly surprised that we got this hotel, and even on Karon! A small laconic room with a designer, albeit not very fresh, renovation. Everything you need is there! The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are quite arranged, the most important advantage is that there are few residents, there are always a lot of free tables and sun loungers by the pool. Chamber atmosphere, unobtrusive music, good location. The beach is 800 meters away, but we always walked with pleasure past the shops and numerous cafes, which are tastier and more pleasant to be in, and cheaper than on the beach! It's the same story with stores... They bought everything cheaper than at the night market, which was open on Tuesdays and Fridays 100 meters from the hotel on the territory of the temple. By the way, the cheapest bike rental is near the temple! A large number of chain stores, pharmacies and exchangers. A quiet and pleasant place, the price is more than consistent with the quality! For 4 stars, it may almost fall short, but the isolated location bribed!

The biggest disadvantage for me personally is a very long road to the sea. Otherwise, it's pretty good. The renovation is not new, but in a modern style, we had a room with a balcony - cozy. Well, I won't talk about the cleanliness of the cleaning... This is Asia, unfortunately, they don't bother with it here. There are exactly one towel per person and one for the legs. Toilet paper and bottled water per person were replenished daily. The rest is not every day. For some reason. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are of the same type daily, but in different variations. It didn't bother us much. They didn't leave hungry. Live music on Mondays and Thursdays evenings. The pool is really chlorinated very much. The location itself is not bad, there is everything within walking distance: exchangers, laundries, cafes, fruit stands, massage parlors, bike rentals. In general, it's not bad, but if there was a choice of a hotel closer to the sea, then they would probably choose a closer one. In general, the hotel is not bad, with 3 stars. This is Thai, there is no such service here as in Turkey, for example. We had a deluxe room for 3+1, 1 large bed and 2 for children. Check everything upon arrival to the room, as questions may arise after check-out. We had a broken shelf, and we asked to fix it right away. The deposit at the entrance is 3000 baht.
The cleaning is so-so, I wiped the sand off the floor and that's it, if the bed is made, then the sand remains on the sheets. Towel 1 per person, changed 3 times in 2 weeks. There is a hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator.
The territory is small, clean. The pool is 120 cm, it is normal for older children. They clean it every morning, in the evening you can swim for a long time.
In terms of food, breakfast is a little poor, but not bad. The fruits have always been watermelon, pineapple, and melon type. We had an additional paid dinner (when buying a tour). And here is a dinner menu, a completely different cuisine- and tom yam, tom kha, shrimp, squid, fish, burgers, rice with seafood, various shakes with mango, pineapple and more. No restrictions in the order.
The staff is responsive, they work quickly.

The best building is by the pool, there are large rooms with a balcony, we had access to the pool, which is very convenient. The pool is not big, but there was always enough space to swim. There are breakfasts nearby, they do not shine with variety, but you can always find something, many do not know, but you can order an omelet from the cook. The territory of the hotel is not large, the cleaning is mediocre. The deposit for the room is $ 100 or the equivalent in baht. We flew in mid-April 2024 and managed to reach the end of the season. We flew together with my husband on fortune 4 stars and we were settled in this hotel. We traveled by fortune for the first time, so we were even ready to sleep on the beach, but we were really lucky with the hotel. At first, for 2 days we were accommodated in a huge room with a balcony and a view of the garden. Then they moved to the main building on the 4th floor in a small room, but we didn't need more. The windows overlooked the pool and the bar. On the very first evening, I asked to turn down the music in the bar and she stopped interfering in the room and helped me wake up in the morning))). Everywhere there was a fresh renovation, good plumbing, illuminated mirrors, a safe with a code, a new air conditioner. The hotel is located away from the road, so you can't hear the noise of the road and bars with live music. It takes 13 minutes to get to the beach slowly and with visits to the store, we like to walk, so the distance did not bother us. The sea is gentle, warm, transparent. The beach is urban, there are no toilets and foot washes. Opposite the hotel is the 5-star Paradox Hotel. If you are lucky and the guard lets you through, you can walk to the beach through quiet streets and there are footwashers. There is a sunbed on the beach for 100 baht per day, when you leave, warn the seller that you will return or they may resell. The beach is calm, there are not many people, there are enough sun beds. The sand crunches under your feet as if you are walking on snow.))) There is a car from the hotel to the Tuana chain hotel on Kata beach, you can go there to the beach. We didn't like it there because there are sooo many people. The breakfasts are excellent: pancakes with various jams, vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, greens, fruits: watermelon, pineapple, melon, pasta, breakfast cereals, sausages, various sausages, boiled eggs, fried, coffee, tea, juices, glass noodles with vegetables and chicken fillet, toasts. On the way to the beach, we found a new restaurant "Black Forest" with a business lunch for 250 baht (3 dishes and a drink). The most profitable currency exchange turned out to be on the corner in front of the beach. At the hotel, upon arrival, they take a deposit of 3000 baht, do not give the room keys until you pay, the change room is just around the corner to the left. On the nearby Patong beach, there is nowhere to fall, we were happy that we were not so quiet and calm. Lots of restaurants and bars with live music. The hotel's restaurant plays live music twice a week and if you come up, they will let you sing your karaoke song and play along on the guitar. There is a pond in which there are fat frogs that sing very loudly when it gets dark. The pool is clean and open until the last customer. Wi-FI is good, fast, only when returning to the hotel you need to enter the password, the people said the same thing. The only thing that brightens up the feeling is that we rested in Thailand for the first time and there is nothing to compare it with (hotels in the Russian Black Sea region do not count, they are in the red by several points at once).
The view from the window: in our case, it was missing, or rather, it rested on the mountain on the slope of which the hotel was built. However, from the facade there is a slightly more picturesque view of the veranda and pool located below.
The room has minimalism in the loft style, the quality of the furniture (it looks like homemade) raises questions and leaves much to be desired.
The air conditioner could not be set up for comfortable cooling in a week, either you freeze (it blows over the bed), or it does not cool the space further than one and a half meters from it.
There are also questions about the cleanliness of the rooms (and bed linen), although they are cleaned every day.
From the second day of stay to the sixth, small ants began to overcome. They tried to solve this problem several times quickly, but ineffectively.
The declared room (3 adults + 1 child) was converted from a double room by adding a narrow flimsy bed to it, in which they regularly forgot to change the bedding.
The food is passable by the type of buffet, although it was difficult to feed a three-year-old child, due to the lack of dairy products in principle (but this is the problem of the entire food service in Phuket, not only the hotel).
The veranda at the hotel is cozy, the bar is open in the evening and often live music for visitors.
Next to the large swimming pool there is a children's pool, the water in which heats up quickly.
The staff is friendly, but this does not really compensate for the inconveniences of everyday life.
The hotel is listed as four stars, but it hardly pulls three.

At first glance, when checking into the hotel (there were 4* according to Fortune), there was a great desire to change the room and even the hotel... There was no balcony in the room, and one towel per person was generally killed! And it's not close to the beach! Then the walk from the beach to the hotel seemed pleasant with cafes and shops along the way. And it was nice to sit in the pool in the evening... The pool was not closed, night lighting and hydro massage with relaxing unobtrusive music in the bar. The towels were changed by the staff on request several times a day, for which they were very grateful, and they were given water, without restrictions. Quite tasty and varied breakfasts, always vegetables, fruits: pineapples, papaya, watermelon, melon, pitaya... Thanks to all the staff... In general, I liked everything!

We found the key and returned it for the key. I liked the food. They did not take breakfast, the hotel sells very tasty smoothies, I took an omelet and delicious coffee in the cafe, a big plus of the hotel is in the location, there are cafes and restaurants nearby, while it is located in an alley where silence and music are not heard, they also found nearby where to wash things on the way to the beach, the beach is nearby, they clean well, and if they forgot to clean, you can remind them, good and polite staff, if they are nice to you the same way, the rooms are certainly not suites, but they did not go to Thai to sit in the rooms, they only slept in the rooms.

It looks like a good hotel, in fact the rooms do not even pull three stars. A lot of elementary repairs were unfinished, the bed was crooked on one side. There are no complaints about the staff, they are always friendly, but this does not apply to room cleaning, they swept the garbage and okay, the dust is not wiped off, the glasses are not washed after tea, in general, you want it to be clean, clean yourself. The breakfasts are good, there is a choice, but mostly monotonous for all days. I do not advise ordering Russian dishes from the menu, they do not know the composition and how to cook it!

Service from Filipinas who cluck and roll their eyes. The rooms are frankly dirty. Condey worked well. There are problems with the shower, the pressure is small + it is quite difficult to set up warm water.
The pool is clean. The breakfasts are disgusting. 2000 baht of the deposit was spent on account of their own cafe on the territory.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient and quiet.
The room was comfortable and clean.
At night it is the same quiet and peaceful.
Responsive hotel staff. When the refrigerator started to leak, they quickly came to us and cleaned and repaired everything.
Minuses.
When renting a bike, they ask to leave their passport as a deposit. It is better not to do this. Get out of the hotel and find another place to rent a bike. Personally, we left a deposit of $ 100, which is almost always and everywhere enough.
Disgusting breakfasts with a queue for an omelet, because this is the most normal thing for breakfast) . Personally, I was allergic to their coffee. It's better not to drink it.
The theme of the deposit at the entrance to the room is practiced. You leave 2000bad as a deposit until the very departure. The hotel hopes that you will spend it on hotel services.
The shower did not work normally in our room, i.e. it was not possible to adjust the water normally from time to time. It turned on hotter or colder every 30 seconds. It was not comfortable.
P.S. for your money, the hotel is quite normal. But if there is an option to find and pay more, then it is better to use this option.

It was clean and simple. No frills, the air conditioner is old and worked in the same mode, the breakfast buffet is very monotonous, but the fresh omelets are delicious. The room was spacious, it was cleaned properly. The wifi in the room was so-so, but it was there. There was enough on social media, but with difficulty. Wi-Fi is better at the reception and in the restaurant. There is a swimming pool and a sauna. The pool is pleasant, but cool, because it is often in the shade. At the entrance, you need a deposit of a couple thousand baht, so you need cash right away if you don't want to walk 5 minutes to the exchanger (2 profitable ones near the intersection with the main street) while your wife is sitting on the couch at the reception. The location of the hotel, on the one hand, far from the beach, turned out to be actually very successful, because exchangers, restaurants and pharmacies in this area are much more profitable. On the corner with the main street, as you walk out of the hotel, there is a large store full of everything from souvenirs to clothes, suitcases and household items. Plus, the evening market, which is on Karon twice a week, is a 5-minute walk away. In general, looking at all the pros and cons, we were very satisfied.

A good hotel, not far from Karon beach (10 minutes to the sea), you need to go to the sea along the roadway, mainly along the way there are exchangers, shops, travel agencies, inexpensive cafes with delicious food and excellent wi-fi.
The wi-fi in the hotel is disgusting, and there are 8 access points, but none even pulls Instagram. I understand that we are not going to sit on the Internet, but in the evening, for example, I want to chat, share photos.
The rooms are neat, quite cozy, there is a safe (without extra charges), a TV with Russian channels. I saw a gecko in the room a couple of times.
Upon arrival, they take a deposit of 2000 baht, they can be spent on a massage or food in a cafe at the hotel, but the massage is not the best, and the food is too, they gave me a deposit at check-out.
Breakfast is meager, and it's the same every day, I've been eating scrambled eggs with toast + coffee and watermelon for 2 weeks. Every day. Because I didn't want to eat cold tasteless potatoes and rice, and there was no choice anymore.

The sea is not close, 10-15 minutes on foot, in general, walking is useful) There are many cafes, shops, a market on the territory of the temple, there is local food, delicious, PadTai noodles were especially our favorite) But, The room has a very uncomfortable shower + bathroom, a curtain between them (very dirty, replaced on the penultimate day), the water does not leave after taking a shower, the puddle is constant, the cleaner did not always wipe it, I had to complain, although I had never done this before. The breakfast was good enough, both the first and second, everything is delicious (thanks to the chefs).But do not compare everything with hotels turned off. Karon beach is the best, crisp sand, clear sea, sea of delicious fruits, in general, I liked Thailand, but the hotel is not.

A good hotel, if you take any room except the basic one. We took a room with a balcony - we never regretted it. The necessary minimum of amenities are available, including a hairdryer, a kettle and a set of dishes for two. The room has a sink with a countertop, air conditioning and a safe in the closet. Total cleaning only for tips, however, it doesn't matter how much. What for 20, what for 100 baht, everything was cleaned out the same way. The breakfasts are the same every morning, so if you go for more than 7 days, there is no point in taking them - we were sick of them for 22 days, even though we did not go to them every day. The deposit upon check-in - 2000 baht was returned without any problems. At the reception, it was difficult with English and Russian, sometimes it took a long time to explain. But right there you can rent a scooter inexpensively. The distance to the sea is 900 meters or a little less, which did not bother us at all. But in the evening there is complete silence in the hotel and if the day was stressful and full of impressions, you will definitely be able to fall asleep. Nearby there are all the necessary shops, a night market, a pharmacy, massage parlors and everything that is popular in Thailand.

The walls are just painted with paint that is falling off. The headboard was dirty. I stayed at the hotel for almost 2 weeks, the bed linen was not changed. They gave out 2 clean towels, 2 waters in a glass, shampoo, soap and gel. If you haven't spent a tube of something today, they don't bring a new one) they won't give you water either. they don't wipe or wash anything at all, they just sweep the sand with a broom to the exit and take the garbage out of the trash. Everyone has ants crawling around. This is explained by the fact that neighbors eat fruits, and ants like to climb everywhere. And even On the 3rd floor) there is dirt everywhere, unsanitary conditions, everything is old. There is a pool with very cold water in which no one has bathed during my entire stay) about the kitchen: Employees wash their faces in the same sink where they wash the dishes) pluck each other's eyebrows over a bowl of salad and immediately go to put it on) everything looks just ridiculous! Far from the beach. Walk for 15-20 minutes. There are many delicious restaurants along the way.
The hotel has a normal free sauna. I liked the masseuse, who is bigger. I went to her for a massage every day. During the check-out, I was not allowed to count the checks myself, they deducted 100 baht from me for checking out an hour later (from the deposit when checking in at 2000 baht) they just gave 300 baht and that's it). although when I went upstairs and asked if I could stay more, they told me "of course yes" I do not recommend the hotel at all! The guide does not know how to solve any questions. I am very disappointed.

We visited this hotel in November 2019. The hotel has a convenient location: in a quiet side street next to the main street.The sea is 1 km away. We took the deluxe. The deposit is 2000 baht, it is returned upon eviction or you can spend it in a cafe or on a massage. The room is large and bright. The room has a microwave, refrigerator with a sea camera, hair dryer, TV without Russian channels. The bathroom is combined with a toilet, a full bath, not a shower cabin. Also in the room there is a large bed with a comfortable mattress, an ottoman, a bedside table 1, a wardrobe, a safe, air conditioning, a table, a chair 1. On the balcony there is a table and chairs, a clothes dryer. They are cleaned every day, the floor is washed. You can not dirty the bed linen - a fine of 1000 baht. There is a cafe at the hotel, we ate there too. The only drawback is that by the end of the 2nd week, the smell of mold appeared from pillows and clothes.

Price is quality! They cleaned normally in principle, lizards periodically crawled in the room, but this gives their romance in Thailand)) The toilet is right next to the bed, of course not ice, but on the whole we are happy because we came to relax, and not to sit in a hotel) The location is excellent, we took a bike and quietly rode around Phuket. There is a good Renta right next to this hotel) and the night market comes twice a week)

The price-quality ratio in the hotel is very good. Not bad breakfasts. The deluxe room we had was spacious and was constantly being cleaned. The hotel has its own territory and a swimming pool, as well as a Finnish sauna and a children's playroom. Everything is free.

We liked the hotel. Well, poor food, well, the hotel itself is not big, well, the pool is small and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach.. but it's still wonderful there! There you can walk up to the village, it's interesting, and there are a lot of cafes, shops, massage is the one that I like nearby. We took carsharing, it's not expensive, we visited all the beaches!

Tai is a heavenly place! We were here with a friend, the hotel is decent, the audibility is very strong everywhere, but you get so tired during the day that you can't hear anything at night, you sleep like a dead man))))
