We ordered a set of "TERRIS TRACK-1 SB Electric guitar" for the child's birthday, we waited a week and as a result the courier arrived without a guitar. When trying to find out, it turned out that they simply forgot to ship it and the car went to the other side of the country without the goods. This is the first case in a long period of shopping in online stores. I definitely do not recommend this store for the purchase of muses. tools, at least until the warehouse management changes(

The consultant pointed to one tool and went about her business (chatting with another employee at the checkout). I spent 15-20 minutes hoping that at least someone would pay attention to me. I went from one instrument to another, trying to figure out how to turn it on. There was no one else in the cabin besides me. I lost my patience and left. I wrote a letter to the management. Ridiculous excuses and proving to me that there was a crowd of customers in the salon, i.e. the obvious use of gaslighting. By the way, I came with my mother and my uncle. That is, they are trying to convince the three of us that we are blind. The management's response was shocked by the phrase "90% of customers do not like being tailed." So I'll tell you more. 100% don't like to be tailed. It turns out, piano.Does Wu understand the work of his consultants as just following a client? Amazingly. Of course, we immediately went to Music and bought an instrument there. Where two consultants met from the threshold and showed and told everything.
