We had a vacation with my husband in early September 2024. They lived in the tower itself on the 9th floor. A great, clean room with 2 balconies and a wonderful view. Daily cleaning (change of towels), bed linen was changed 2 times in 8 days. The air conditioning and safe are working properly. The water is hot, with good pressure, shampoo and gel in the shower in large bottles. In the evening, there is live music on the square until 24:00. In the morning, crowds of tourists with excursions. But this does not bother and does not spoil the impression of rest. Breakfast is from 8:00-11:00 buffet (the dishes are the same every day).
It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea. Currency exchangers are nearby, the exchange rate is the same everywhere +- 50 tetri.

I don't know why this hotel has no reviews. So mine will be the first one. I am traveling in Georgia with a budget group. Batumi is the second city where we stayed. And I'm pleasantly surprised: first of all, it's definitely not a hostel. It is located in the very center of hiking. We were accommodated very quickly (50 people). We got a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the square (clock with chimes included). The room has a TV, refrigerator, shampoo and soap, and even a bathrobe and disposable slippers. And we also had a surprise in the form of breakfast, which is included in the price. Of course, there are disadvantages. But I will not remove the star: the audibility is awesome, the shower without a curtain ( flooded the entire floor).
