Breakfast is a buffet - a small selection of dishes that is repeated day after day with the only difference being buckwheat or rice with vegetables. To be honest, I got bored after a week. I would like a little more variety.
The room service is strange, sometimes the bed is made, then only a blanket, and pillows can be scattered. For some reason, they took one set of towels from us, after calling the reception they said come and give us a bath, there are no others.
once at 16, when we were in the room, the cleaner just opened the door and our room without knocking and when she saw us she closed the door, went to find out what was the matter - after a minute of looking at each other she said she was mistaken. This point is not very clear....
They were located in the far corner from the reception with Windows overlooking the square. At least in this place, the disgusting wi-fi was constantly falling off, disappearing.
And the main disadvantage is the disgusting sound insulation - you can hear someone knocking on someone's door from the corridor, but it feels like they are hammering at your door. Also, live musicians, a couple of bands perform on the square, but with the same repertoire and program, and performances take place from 20-00 to 23-30, so you can forget your desire to relax and sleep in silence. By the way, the 23-30 field is still not the fact that there will be silence and most likely you will hear feasts from restaurants located on the piazza

With all this, the administrator claims that she does not need to be told what cleanliness is, she knows perfectly well when it is clean! I'm afraid to imagine how clean her house is! Personally, I would disdain to stand barefoot on that floor. In addition to everything, there was no hot water.
There were 3 beds in the room, one of which is in the hallway, by the door!
I couldn't take a photo because I was watched by 3 women who were clearly not well-disposed and I was just afraid to make videos and photos.
In general, the hotel does not know what cleanliness and service are ☝️ Even the carpet in the lobby was covered in white spots similar to bleach splashes. Of course, I put stars for the location and the area inside 🙏 for this reason, we chose this hotel. I attach a photo that I took stealthily) the only thing I could! Of course, I demanded to move us to another room and thank God we were moved. The other room was bigger and cleaner, although it was a 2-bed room , and the one that I booked was a 3-bed room ( in fact, two less)

A very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. Polite staff. Stable operation of the Internet. A good breakfast. Convenient location in old Batumi. The hotel square is a popular tourist destination.
