Nice fancy interior and atmosphere, good food, mean it is a bit balkanized a bit, but nice over all. Perfect for the middle class local community. One minus - no room for non smokers. Ice cream is nice 👍 if you are living in the area and don't want to go far away it is not a bad choice, but prepare for heavy cigarette smoke. Prices are pretty normal for that level.
