Oriental sweets are only available at the Citadel restaurant. The rest are just plain cakes. We checked into a Deluxe room, but it was decrepit and had a view of the roof of the next block of rooms, with the sea somewhere far away on the side. Reluctantly, they were moved to a slightly smaller room, but with a better view. So it probably doesn't make sense to take a tour with a Deluxe room right away. The staff is good - cleaning is daily, the waiters almost immediately came up and brought drinks, sang songs, smiled. If swimming in the sea is important to you, then there is nothing to do there in the middle of January because of the strong wind. I practically didn't swim because it's cold. And don't be fooled that you will go on some kind of excursion and it will be warmer there, because the water is cold everywhere. We went to Paradise Island - the water is even more icy. I barely lasted 5 minutes in the water.

We visited this hotel from November 5 to November 13, 2024. I really liked the hotel: beautiful, unusual interiors) I liked everything: the food, the service and the sea. We swam in the lagoons: there are two of them, going down the stairs, but even a 5-year-old child had no difficulty getting down. So, those who write that there is nowhere to swim, I do not understand you)) I was also pleased with the warm heated pool in November. 3 restaurants to choose from + ala maps by appointment. You will always find somewhere to choose and eat. We were always well-fed and satisfied, and the 5-year-old child ate everything)) There is a place to walk on the territory. We personally did not get tired of the number of steps. The room itself was clean, daily cleaning, huge balcony. We lived in building 3, everything was nearby. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is gorgeous with its views, the staff is competent in all matters, excellent guys with knowledge of the business, attentive and friendly, there were no problems with the language, mostly Russian speakers. The hotel has a currency exchange without problems (dollars were exchanged for smaller bills, and dollars for pounds) the territory is huge, for the convenience of movement around the hotel there is a bus running every 15 minutes from the reception to the room. Cleanliness, order everywhere, there were no problems with water or electricity in the rooms, the air conditioner was out of order, the reception bell rang, the problem was fixed in 30 minutes! The beach is protected from sharks by corals, lagoons are made, the water is very warm and clean, there are fish swimming around people like pets, we were hand-fed bread from the restaurant! At every step, you can get refreshing cocktails and ice cream for free from 14-17 o'clock. Animators work on the beach, entertain vacationers, in the evening there is a show on a special site and a disco. I advise and recommend you to visit, if possible, we will fly there again
