Settlement:
They put me in the last room in the 7th building! Far away , but not critical!
The room is large, not very cozy and comfortable, tiles everywhere, stone walls! The bathroom is damp, there is no window and no ventilation!
No toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving kit, etc! Only shampoo and Gel tubes!
The bathroom floors are covered in dust and hair, there has been no cleaning in 6 days!
In general, the room is a cave!
Friends later moved to the 4th building, where it is more comfortable with laminate and painted walls!
I recommend checking into buildings 2,3,4! A bus runs through the territory every 10 minutes, starts to recover from below where the volleyball court is by the beach and then through the reception on the territory!
Service:
Some employees at the reception and in bars behave arrogantly, brazenly and unfriendly! So that you understand, friends with an infant were carried a bed for 3 hours! When they went to the reception, the employee told them not to panic, to sit and wait!

Excursions
Luxor is super! But you need to get up at 4 a.m., you will get to the hotel by 11 a.m.!
We sailed on a pirate yacht for $ 95, it's beautiful, but as it turned out later, the hotel has a cheaper excursion ($ 50 without lunch, of course) and the difference is that you are being taken to a reef called an Aquarium! Ours also included riding on a yellow boat with a transparent bottom!
The guys who were with us on the yacht were at the Aquarium the day before, they said fantastic. And they didn't like the tour on the pirate yacht!
Of course, everyone has their own opinion, but we will not return to this hotel anymore!

The local beer is not bad, BUT there is absolutely no snack anywhere, never, no pistachios, no peanuts. No tomato juice!!! And the most controversial thing is the placement in family rooms. There is no sound insulation between you and the children, it is problematic to relax in silence. And one bedroom for two rooms. In one, he makes noise like a tractor and blows everyone away, but he doesn't blow up to the second one. We have to open the balcony, and there the brain-carrying music is up to 22-30.

You can also eat ice cream while sitting at the tables by the yacht. I will summarize the cleaning of the rooms. We had a chance to stay in the standard and deluxe and family. Chaises run every 10 minutes on the territory. Or you can call the reception. We had a late flight, at 9 p.m., Egyptian Airlines. And they picked us up not 6 hours before, but 3 hours before departure.the airline Russia has a 6-hour departure from the hotel. We had a deluxe room, we paid $ 50 extra before 6 pm. The hotel does not pull at 5* at all. There is one coffee machine at the reception. The staff is not prepared. During lunch, the staff walks around the tables with carts and cleans the dishes, I attach photos. We lived in a separate building and had to run to the reception area for each bun. Taxis are not available, only from the hotel. A taxi costs 3-4 times more expensive.
