The hotel is excellent, the bungalows are large, clean with large beds and, importantly, comfortable mattresses) The room has a TV, refrigerator and safe. A spacious shared shower room with a toilet. The staff is friendly, quick to respond to requests, the restaurant is large and cozy, the food is delicious, there is a choice... that's just desserts (cakes, pastries) It's not their thing.. but there were delicious buns, soups, beef) there are diet dishes.... it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach across the street and the Vista hotel, or you can take a minibus. Delivery service) the territory is small, the bungalows are away from the stage and the warm pool - it will be quieter but not completely quiet) entertainment program until 22) dirt, unsanitary conditions outside the hotel) merchants, shops with prices for) stray dogs) Bedouins))) by the way, near the McDuck hotel and the KFS, people are constantly hanging out there, on the Vista side of the Hardrock there is a "metro" store for locals with fixed prices, but they only accept local currency, there is also a pharmacy there, too. a large selection. I liked our hotel more than Vista, first of all, the huge territory, it's noisy, there are bungalows looking at the "sea", but there is a wild hum from the pool pumps and a view of the "back" of the restaurant by the pool, I can't imagine how they live there... " restaurant by the sea and by the pool... So-so, there's more snacks... French fries, meat on coals, waffles and pancakes (not tasty at all, but there are crowds) pasta steyshin, salads.. drinks. We went to the main Vista restaurant a couple of times, we were wearing sweatshirts, no one checked the bracelets, and there was a little more choice, for example, they give fish for breakfast, mackerel, smoked, red... the choice of porridge is more oatmeal, there was a choice of rice and oatmeal, more choice of desserts... There were some more amazing cookies that we didn't have. But the restaurant itself is not cozy, there are 2 halls, I liked our main restaurant in the Club more.
The sea is perfect for children..the entrance from the shore is shallow) there is no reef!) They won't let you in from the pier of the other hotel, they won't let you in the rixos, there's a guard there, the next pier..free for walking) but there is also a security guard who literally grabbed his hand, due to the fact that the person was from the other hotel and wanted to go fishing there... in short, the show is something else)
We took a catamaran on our beach) due to the fact that there was a constant low tide, we hooked the bottom with our bellies, then dead corals floated there, it's not interesting, but it will do for a change. The sea is getting cold!! we were here from 25.12-3.01! the wind is cold from the north!!! take your clothes, we went for a walk in the evening in what we came from St. Petersburg, it's fresh in the morning as well. It's cold from about 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., then it's cold after 3:30 p.m....
what can I say? The hotel is nice. By the way, Wi-Fi was not good at fishing, there were also problems with it on the beach.
There is a court on the territory of vista, you need to sign up for tennis, there is also surfing) Water park) but since it was cold, we did not swim anywhere. There is also a warm pool, and people mostly splashed in it. There are no complaints about the hotel)

Overall, I liked the hotel. All the reviews about the cleanliness and work of the staff are true. The hotel is new, the rooms are cool, the cleaning is daily. Very clean! The territory is not very large, but well maintained. First line of fire! We spent a lot of time there too. Lots of activity: water polo. Volleyball. Darts. Tennis. The bastard. Yoga. Great. Surf! On the downside. Nabk is the WIND! Please note when booking in winter. Sea. He's gone. It's just an Egyptian Anapa.....but these are the features of the location. It has nothing to do with the hotel. Food. Delicious, but monotonous. But in general, the staff is trying very hard. Well done! Do I recommend the hotel? Rather, yes. Our family liked it.

Positive:
-There are many different activities, there are padel and lawn tennis courts where you can play for free. Pre-registration on the beach at the towel stand.
If you play, I recommend taking your rackets and balls, because they are very shabby for rent.
-Large beautiful territory, lots of pools, access to the main Laguna Vista hotel across the street with a water park.
-There is always access to bottled water, everywhere: on the beach in refrigerators, in cafes and bars. No need to go out and buy.
-There is a surf station on the beach, it works one hour a day, from about 10:50 to 12:00, you can ride a board for free, standing in a 10-minute queue, be sure to try it.
-Gym, located in the main hotel in the Spa center on the second floor, free of charge, there is everything necessary for the base: bench presses and angle presses, lots of dumbbells, Scott bench, crossover and various fitness equipment. Cardio: treadmills and bicycles. There is (almost always) a local coach on site, you can ask for backup and ask about the technique.
-There is animation, unobtrusive, standard activities for charging, darts, bocce, volleyball, etc., we did not find out more details.

Cons:
-The main disadvantage is the lack of corals, swimming is not interesting at all. I had to go to the paid beaches of temple, sharks bay, el fanar. The price for a taxi is 220-270 EGP via the indrive app, do not overpay, set the price yourself.
-Loud air conditioner and refrigerator, it's better to sleep with earplugs.
- Planes often fly, but we were ready for this, the airport is nearby.
-There are mosquitoes in winter, but it's everywhere, I recommend taking the remedy with you, or buying it on the spot at Metro.
