The cinema is super awesome!!! The staff is very customer-oriented, polite and friendly.
The interior is stylish, clean, and cozy.
The bars, there are two of them, are comfortable and cozy.Croissants are a fairy tale, you can have a meal and a glass of wine for very reasonable money!
The room we were in at 2 is great, small and cozy. The chairs are comfortable.
People who write negative reviews about queues and something else, honestly I didn't understand them.... tickets can be bought online without any problems, queues at cafes, if there are a lot of people, then everywhere..
A great, cozy cinema. After the reconstruction, it will be a modern and, I am sure, it will be fashionable) institution in the city center! It's nice that there is a hostess at the entrance, in the lobby, who will explain everything, tell you, and conduct you. The cafe is standard for cinemas. There are many halls for different numbers of guests. I liked that you enter the cinema - and "you are", you didn't get lost in the lobby). Friendly staff will unobtrusively (and this is important) prompt and guide you.
A good cinema after reconstruction, preserved stucco, beautiful paintings about old Minsk. There are 5 halls in the cinema, we were in the 5th hall on the 3rd floor: a cozy small hall with sofas for 2 people. The sound is good. The cafe is typical for a movie theater.
The girls at the entrance and in the lobby guide you where to go - there are some questions with pointers to the toilet, wardrobe
I really liked everything, I was here for the first time. The staff is very polite and attentive. Everything is very clean and beautiful. The old and new interior are in perfect harmony. I was in the 5th hall, the sofas are very comfortable. Everything is standard for prices))
An ideal place for a comfortable stay. Cozy, atmospheric, without unnecessary pretentiousness and false modesty, sparsely populated on weekdays, the possibility of choosing a room, great sound, comfort - extremely positive emotions and impressions
We were at the Pobeda cinema last weekend and decided to go to a new bar. When they came in, the curtain of this bar was closed and they explained that the bartender had gone on a break, but when Mikhail the bartender returned, there was a wild stench of cigarettes. We are all human beings, but at work it would be possible to use at least some kind of perfume or basic chewing gum. Mikhail rolled his eyes at our comment about the long absence and opened the bar. They asked for help choosing dishes, to which they received the answer "everything is written on the menu, can you choose for yourself?". We ordered alcohol, and saw that they were pouring it not by grams, but "by eye." Either this is professionalism, or an attempt at deception, even for a couple of ml. We were about to leave, and we were asked to write a positive review in the complaint book for his full name, saying they would give us a good bonus. But with such an attitude and service, I don't even want to come here anymore. It would be great if the administration of this cinema would pay attention to how the employee Mikhail performs his duties.
The cinema itself is interesting and beautiful!
I liked the cinema after the restoration. There are no queues. Lots of space. Wide rows and comfortable halls, the aesthetics of the USSR are beautifully inscribed in the new look of the halls. If possible, I highly recommend it.
I was on Venom 3 on 10/26/2024.
Expectations were not fulfilled.
The first thing I was surprised by was the huge queues, both in the hall and in the cafe.
The queue at the cafe was several meters long, and there was only one cash register.
As a result, no snacks were purchased for the session, since it was obvious that I would not have time to start, although I arrived 10 minutes before the session.
But the queue in the hall was also large, as people started running just a few minutes before the start of the film, since all the visitors had not had time to leave the last session.
In general, there is a serious drawback in terms of time management.
Next is the quality of the projectors.
They are installed at the corners of the screen canvas and, apparently, are very cheap, since they did not transmit the black color.
As a result, the black color looked very highlighted and was like a light gray.
Next, the duration of the session itself.
Everyone knows that Marvel movies have scenes after the credits, and that the viewing time should be planned with this in mind.
"Venom 3" had two scenes, however, after the first scene in the hall, all the lights would turn on, and what was on the screen simply became invisible…
In general, there are three serious drawbacks, I lower three stars.
Repairs are generally normal.
We came to Minsk for the weekend. We decided to go to this cinema to watch the movie "evil". There was a room with only sofas for the session. There were 4 adults and one child. They did not give us two sofas to buy, they said that the child would not be able to sit there with us. They only offered to buy another whole sofa for two seats. In the end, we just went to another cinema. How do you want 2 parents and a child to come to a fairy tale movie? Where do you think the child should sit? To buy two sofas with full payment without a discount on a children's ticket. 70 rubles for two sofas, two adults and a child. For this price, you can go to any cinema in Minsk.
We were after the reconstruction - great!
Everything is very modern, but at the same time preserving history.
I put this cinema in the 3rd place after the halls with beds and recliners in Moon.
By the way, for a state organization, the staff was sooooo tactful and polite, for this a separate like

When visiting a cinema by car, be prepared for the fact that there will be questions about parking spaces. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Art exhibitions are held on the second floor. We were in the second hall, I don't know about the other three, the hall is small and cozy, unlike the seats they have no elbow partitions and cup holders, which creates discomfort for you and the viewer nearby. Our session lasted two and a half hours / I immediately remembered all the cinemas where there are no such terrible seats!
We went to "The Adventures of Paddington"
Hall #2 is stuffy and there is no ventilation. The wardrobe does not work, there is an urn at the exit, but it is very small. The normal-sized urn was not installed for convenience, CARL! Upholstered chairs are ordinary pillows that are uncomfortable to sit on. Apparently, they also forgot about the armrest. I advise you to avoid this cinema
It was opened after reconstruction. The salvo was updated .Now there is one large hall and 4 small buffets and cafes for couples and romantic meetings. It's great that the cinema was saved. From September 6, 2024 (official opening of all halls)it will work in full force
I've been thinking for a long time whether to write about it, but I think that such cases should be made public.
Last Friday, August 30, I visited the Pobeda cinema with a friend. Instead of a pleasant evening, I faced an extremely unpleasant situation.
When I was buying tickets a few days before the session, there was an incident with the administrator. The young man began to force the conversation despite the fact that I was clearly in a hurry and was busy. His attempt to get to know me caused me a feeling of anxiety.
On the very day of the session, I hoped that everything would go smoothly, although after what happened, I no longer had a special desire to go there. Unfortunately, the situation has only worsened. The receptionist was obviously watching us: He watched, tried to speak, and then sat down right behind us, although there were more than a hundred empty seats in the hall. I couldn't relax the whole movie because I felt unsafe.
I believe that such behavior is unacceptable, especially on the part of an employee. In the cinema, people should feel calm and comfortable, and not worry about unwanted attention. The cinema itself is beautiful and comfortable, but the first experience of visiting it turned out to be so unpleasant that now I don't want to go back there at all.
I left a review, of course, not from my personal account.
We made a good repair, the cafe was also pleased with the choice, but the hall was upset: we went to the Count of Monte Cristo, there are no armrests between the seats (very uncomfortable because of this + we sat in the first row, in front of us there is another row where you can sit on bags, it is also not very convenient, because sometimes there was no it can be seen ... otherwise there are no questions :)
10/20.24 I visited this cinema with my wife to watch the film "The Count of Monte Cristo", faced the incompetence of the staff and was forced to return the tickets and leave a complaint, I really hope that it will reach the higher management! I don't intend to come to this cinema anymore!
The incompetence consisted in an incorrect and unfounded remark to my wife that she lay down on my legs because she had a severe stomach ache
I attached a photo of the place where my wife allowed herself to lie down on my feet (without throwing her legs into the seats!).
We went with friends on 05.11.2024 to the screening of the film "Timir". God forbid we watched it for 30 minutes and left. The movie was turned off several times and I had to go down to warn the administrators about it. No one responded to the complaints, the money was not returned. We won't come again.
So, after traveling through many countries, I saw for the first time that there is a theater that can sell two tickets to the same place, and the attitude of the staff at the box office is also extremely impatient! It is highly not recommended!
I first visited in the year 1984 - 85 ... There was also a Summer cinema Hall. ,, The first horse", ,,Notes of a dead man", etc . And I haven't been there for 35 years ... I'm not from Minsk, but I have an idea to visit... He lived temporarily on Komsomolskaya Street in the eighties. The center of Minsk, and there are so many interesting things nearby! ))
On 10/26/24 we visited the Pobeda cinema, the film "The Count of Monte Cristo", hall number 2. Ventilation did not work at all! There was nothing to breathe in the hall! A steam room literally! There is dirt in the toilets, full urns. There is no toilet paper! This impression spoiled the whole evening.

The staff and the cinema itself are very pleasant. I was pleased with the large amount of space between the rows
The hall is stuffy, they didn't hear about ventilation there, I barely sat until the end of the session. You can faint like that.
There is zero service. They ruined the whole impression of the film.
The city's favorite movie theater! Great movies, the atmosphere is incredible!

The staff are not all competent, ONE OF them offered me to hand over a ticket, because there seemed to be no people to watch the film except me. In addition, the institution has raised ticket prices after the renovation.
Just like I got into my childhood) it's such an atmospheric and sweet place, somehow cozy, calm and homely. The ice cream in the lobby is very tasty. And I liked the hall too. Who will be visiting the city - go, you will not regret it)
