The interior is bombed. I liked everything very much. The masters and the administrator just fell into a heart from the moment we entered the salon. I made a puncture. Everything is very sterile. Terrible service. I tried to use the salon twice. For the first time I contacted Instagram direct, waited 5 hours for an answer, made an agreement, somehow signed up for a window, and they simply did not inform me about the free windows, I had to guess and pry. When I came to the salon, at the time of recording, without delay, the master had another client. Then another and another. Friends of the master and the administrator just came and chatted merrily. At some point, 5 people crowded into the salon with me. Through the window, clogged with such hard work and persuasion. The master was able to receive me in about 30 minutes, solved my question in just a minute and let me go. We agreed that I would contact you later.
The second time I tried to sign up after three months, again I couldn't get through Yandex.Direct. I decided to act for sure and find their phone number. I found it only in the telegram, got through, explained the problem. I was advised to come without an appointment, as I just needed to buy jewelry to replace the damaged one, or I could choose via telegram and they would send it to me with delivery. In the evening I decided that I wanted to go, but in the morning I realized that I would not make it. The issue is quite urgent, as the puncture may simply grow.
At 11 a.m., I wrote to the administrator in telegram, asked him to throw off the assortment of jewelry. The message was read and not answered. Two hours later, at one o'clock in the afternoon, she reminded me of herself, but the message was read again and did not respond. An hour later, I could no longer stand such disregard for myself and was outraged in a cultural form. As a result, I was told that I did not respect the administrator, with whom I was actually in one-sided correspondence, and go for a walk, Vasya. No apologies, nothing. The administrator deleted our dialogue on my phone too, apparently being overly cautious, because I warned that I would leave a negative review.
The attitude is extremely disrespectful, for the second time. As a matter of principle, I do not recommend this salon.
