This is the coolest hotel in Crete. There is everything for children! The beach is sandy, always clean. The food is great! There is a day children's dining room!!! The animation is at the highest level! The only downside is that the wind season starts at the end of August. You don't buy into the sea.

A good hotel is one of the best in Crete, but there are many BUT, the restaurant has paid services, the waiter comes up, asks to show the room card, writes down what drinks to bring, at the end they bill. Cocktails, beer, juices, paid in the evening, one restaurant. For this price, they should wash their feet in the room, but no, they only collect euros... I don't plan to visit this place anymore.

The location is good - equidistant from all parts of the island, although you need a car or bus to get to any interesting places... everything is fine in the hotel - but there are special features:
1. Midges flying at night and flying into rooms - there are fuminators in the room - but it would be more effective to do something on the territory
2. Sewage odors that periodically appear under the windows - especially at night
3. There is no clear organization of additional services - applications for technical condition, if something needs to be washed, then you need to look for some things, then forms, etc.
In general, if you don't find fault, then the standard five. And to be honest, the assessment is good...

We stayed at the Hotel from 5 to 12 September 2019. Excellent hotel, large territory, cozy rooms, excellent food. But in such an expensive hotel there is no drinking water in the rooms, nor coolers with water at least at the reception. This is very inconvenient! I had to buy water! Spoils the impression.

2 times we rested there with small children. This is the best hotel for such a vacation. Small children are comfortable and interesting. The food is very tasty. Convenient location of the rooms. I liked everything!

A good place to relax, a wide sandy beach with a length of 5 km., beautiful sea, near the city of Georgopolis, a mountain river feeds into the sea, the purest cold water. It's cool to cool down on hot days.
